1. The rooms were impeccable. Really clean with not a speck of dust in any forgotten corners (cause I usually check these things first) or even on the chairs out in the balcony. 2. Every staff member we encountered was extremely cordial and responsive 3. The location was right on the road, near enough all the important places of interest yet tucked away from the lights and clamour of the market/town; with most of the rooms facing the forest/plantation.

I liked the kindness of the staffs the most. They did an extra mile. I have an 8 month old and they provided food for him like we give at home. Their food was extraordinary. Also activities area and garden area was maintained very clean. I felt like I didn't want to come back home from that place. Had great fun. A must go place

Swimming pool can be much better. And rooms were small

The hotel is not bad, but the blanket in the room is terrible, it’s heavy, it’s unclear how it was tucked in, everything is bunched up. Please solve the issue with the blanket, and everything will be fine. And in room 506 the minibar was loud, we had to turn it off at night.

Breakfast is good. Loved the foos ball and Gym. Had a good time swimming in the pool. Open terrace dining hall with a view for sunrise.

There were some recreational activities indoor as well outdoor. Infant there was a bonfire on the night I stayed and ambience was great. It was a nice clean property.

Some indoor games need maintenance, like there was no table tennis ball and foosball handles need to be fixed.

Our rooms were upgraded ! Everything was fantastic. Especially Kids spent time to look monkeys (photograph,..). Rooftop was top !

In the kiosque there was music after 10pm - till 10.30pm (very loud indian songs 😒)

The layout of the hotel was good. The ambience, service and the food was excellent.

The only draw back was there is no lift facility on the bottom villa's. The top of the resort is connected with lifts at all levels.

The place offered a superb stay along with family. The place had various activities n a beautiful garden area. It was amicably serene place near Kumily/Thekkady.

Nothing that I didn't like, but yes there is always a scope of improvement.

Although the location was very easily accessible (on the road), for a resort I preferred the location could've been slightly interior. But once In, it was calm and gave me and family the sign on a getaway almost immediately. Every of the Staff were courteous and had a smile on their faces. Never let any questions or requests turned off. They are indeed the success of this place.

The food quality and spread could improve. The recreation facility was too less and was slightly un attended to. It could be the Covid situation that pushed the recreation and involvement as less, but wanted to point out to let know that this is still possible observing all the protocols to make the guests feel the value for mone, especially when choosing to spend the special occasion such as New year this time.
