while driving in with your partner/spouse/family and parking in the spacious compound can be quite awkward. If I do not communicate that I need an umbrella after parking thenI will be drenched and no one at the gate would care to ask you or apologize for the oversight. A little bit of training is necessary for the welcoming staff to think and ask if we need an umbrella or need any further help. This has been the weak link even during my last visit to the hotel. It leaves you with a bit of a bad taste right at the beginning of your stay. The mini bar card mentions a lot of things in the fridge. Unfortunately, it was empty.

Loved the food, location, staff and facilities. The TV was very nice with access to many channels. The Regency Cafe was very well managed. We had the complementary breakfast which was amazing. For lunch we chose a meal from the A la carte which was well served and delicious. The washrooms were perfect. The staff were kind enough to allow us to have a late check out so that we could have lunch.

It took some time for the AC to cool the room up. I was not expecting to see a little bit of the wall paper peeling off at the bottom on one side wall inside a 5 star room. There was also a peculiar smell that occurs when a room has not been aired for sometime, however it stopped once the AC cooled the room up.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank the restaurant teams and all the chefs to take care of all my preferences every day. Our room was very clean. The supervisor from housekeeping will verify our room and check if we need anything extra. Thank you, the reception team, for all your help and dedication to your work.

My opinion is if you get a long stay, guests just change they breakfast that's all.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations, it was clean, smelled very nice everywhere, the food was very tasty, the pool was big and clean, there was alcohol. I don't usually write hotel reviews, but this one deserves it.

The fact that the pool is open until 7 p.m. It would be more convenient for it to work until around 9 pm, because it would be very nice to be able to use it in the evening, especially after a tiring day of sightseeing.

One of the best hyatt properties that i have stayed in till date and all credit goes to the absolutely amazing staff....The front office staff Parvathy and Franklin were too good...Especially Ms Parvathy went extra mile to ensure that we had a very comfortable and memorable stay...i just cannot thank her enough..The housekeeping staff did excellent work in keeping the room clean and attending to little requests here and there...The restaurant staff were really on their toes like Nur, Godwin ....The morning breakfast buffet is a treat reflecting the true Kerela cuisine and their bakery section is really too good, very fresh and delicious....If we could we would have stayed for a few more days.

The ala carte menu should be expanded and revised...The property looks a little understaffed...the pool is vwry disappointing and unclean...towels are not provided and the pool staff were lazy and least interested in cleaning the pool

The location, service quality and offerings are simply great. You can ask the chef to make you traditional Kerala food items and they do it really well. Plus, they have a driver called Murali, who is amazing in terms of customer service. In general also, the staff is really good. For the past two years the service quality has not changed

The options on the menu are very limited. Workaround is to speak with the chef and get something custom made. That always works. Getting Murali as your driver becomes difficult at times, even if you book a few days in advance.

Clean, spacious rooms, good service and delicious breakfasts.

For anyone staying longer than a few days, it would be nice to have another restaurant to provide some variety. Menu could benefit from having more South Indian vegetarian options - most of the veggie options served were North Indian and although they were very well made, it seems a shame to not showcase Kerala veg cuisine a bit more. The hotel does not have a liquor licence or bar.

The hospitality at the hotel is excellent. Rooms are spacious and close enough to the main area of Thrissur. It's on the highway going towards Guruvayur. Food was delicious and the breakfast spread was very good. Loved the surprise birthday cake. Abhijith at the restaurant was very helpful.

No welcome drink. Feels like a business hotel at times.

The breakfast choice was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff service was outstanding and everyone went out of the way to help. Special mention for Jabson who was exceptional.

Housekeeping earlier in the mornings would have been preferable.

Everything was very good. Especially the stuff were very friendly and helpful. You could ask them for any help and they were already ready to do that. The swimming pool added cherry on the cake for pure relaxation.
