All meals were outstanding! The service and hospitality was excellent. The rooms were large and very artistically appointed. The gardens and arches and the pool are all well maintained and delightful! They hade lovely high tea every evening and a very fun cultural event on one of the evenings. We had a very very noisy family next to us and when we requested the hotel reception they did help us in getting through to them and requesting them to maintain decorum in public shared areas.

The location is very isolated , which is good in many ways if you want to get away from the busy city life but we could not even get local handicrafts or souvenirs nearby. Maybe a small collection of such items in the fort itself would make it convenient. It's just a suggestion, it didn't really take away from the wonderful experience we had.

The buffet package made things very easy. The Saturday night lavish spread was excellent. The evening tea with snacks was also good. The proximity of the location to Delhi/Gurgaon makes it an excellent choice for a quiet weekend getaway.

Initially I was allotted one room the Aastha Mahal which was far away from the other rooms my family was given and it required climbing down two flights of stairs which was a little depressing and isolated. The pool was not clean and usable.

This is one of the most stunning locations I’ve ever visited. Overall, it’s an excellent destination for a perfect getaway.

The breakfast experience could be improved, especially for vegetarians like me. Having a live egg counter in the open during breakfast is quite off-putting due to the smell. Typically, hotels place the live egg counter indoors and serve the dishes after preparation, which helps to contain the smell. Additionally, non-vegetarian dishes were left uncovered without lids, which is unhygienic. Moreover, there are no restaurant services available for the rooms. If you miss dinner, you may find yourself with no food options for the entire night. Given the hotel's remote hilltop location, there are no nearby alternatives to get food, making this quite inconvenient.

The location is incredible, beautiful view from the top of the hill onto the plains. The fort is very tastefully renovated, one does not know what is original and what isn't. Staff was also very helpful and available. We had a tour of the property as soon as we arrived, and continued exploring after that. There are no restaurants in the area so we ate at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and we were happy to try Rajasthani specialities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included in our stay, which we were very happy about. There is a lot of art around the property, which is also a nice touch. Great place for relaxing for 2 days, somewhere historical and peaceful 2 hours away from Delhi.

The bed was way too short... and I am not even that tall! (1.70 m). Appart from that, nothing to complain about.

The service is EXCEPTIONAL. The staff did everything they could do make our stay comfortable and luxurious. The property itself is stunning too - we were there for a wedding and I’ve never experienced anything so grand or beautiful. The food is amazing - their ala carte menu is incredible and delicious. The rooms were large, clean, VERY spacious, very well maintained and the beds were super comfortable.

The location is very remote - be warned about the last 1km of the drive, it’ll wreak havoc on your car.

The property is beautiful. The Neemrana Group has done a wonderful job maintaining the rustic-ness of the fort. The rooms are spacious (luxury triple rooms, which we had booked) and the bathrooms are modern with all amenities. The bed linen and towels and rooms were clean, fluffy! The pool was lovely too - well maintained.

No room service! And if you need something, they keep bouncing you off from one helpline number to another. The staff - while very polite and as helpful as they can be - needs more training. I also didn't like the breakfast area - the decor seems totally out of touch with the fort as a whole.

I had booked a room for 2 days. I was not expecting that I was going to an isolated location on top of a hillock. The booked 3-bed room suit was very spacious, consisting of 5 small open spaces and a big washroom/ bathroom. The property was sufficiently big and well maintained, giving ancient rustic vibes. Despite a number of other guests of the hotel being there, including a big wedding group, there was a feeling of total privacy and having a lot of spaces and faculties at your disposal, like the swimming pool, library, game rooms, gardens, birds eye view of the surrounding farmlands from the fort's roof tops and other vantage points etc. etc. There's also a small theatre that hosts professional artists on Saturdays, which we were lucky to enjoy. The food had multiple choices and was well prepared. Different halls and locations were being used for the breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner, and there was no overcrowding anywhere. So it was a wonderful leisurely holiday for me and my family.

You don't get to see the local place, as the fort is on an isolated hilltop, which is neither populated nor easily accessible. But that's also an advantage if you want to shut yourself out of the busy world.

Amazing property! Very comfortable and had great service. Lots of open space to roam around. Great pool. Perfect place for a short stay. Ideally situated from Delhi. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely visit again.

The road leading up to the hill is not well maintained and seems misleading (though this might not be the fault of the hotel). However the road up the hill to the fort and the entrance is also non-descript and easy to miss. It could be made more clear and better maintained.

An amazing place where you can feel the spirit of history. The magic of this place lies in discovering this fort at every turn. A lot of work has been done, there is still some left to do, so you can appreciate the work and idea of people who contributed to the reconstruction of this place. I recommend it, it was worth spending time there. Calm down and relax with a view of the endless fields and palm groves. I would like to come back to this place in 5 years and see how it has rebuilt and changed because it has amazing possibilities.

The hotel has not yet used its possibilities and they are really big. For example, dinner on one of the fortifications overlooking the sunset. There is no entertainment or local attractions. The staff doesn't speak english much, but they try very hard to make the guests feel as good as possible.
