I had stayed here in a Suite for couple of nights and enjoyed my stay. They had an amazing spread for breakfast. Since the restaurant was located in the ground floor, I was able to get good food even past 10.

There were two inconveniences though. One is the sound proofing of the room. I could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. The other one is a minor one which is there was just one soap for hand wash and bath. They could be a little generous on that.

It’s well maintained and cozy. Staff were good and aided with our luggages and breakfast without asking. We really liked the breakfast provided. It was awesome!!! We had lunch at the restaurant (Kannappa restaurant) at the lobby and it was delicious. 🤤. I am salivating as I type this. I hope that the management maintains its standard as it is or even higher. I would definitely stay here again!!

If you shower at night, the heater may not be as hot as in the morning. Maintenance of the bathroom can be considered.

The location of hotel is perfect for travellers, it is just 5 min drive from railway station and it took only 15 min to reach airport. The staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel is super clean and neat. Food is excellent, must try there veg meal. Room service is far better than my expectations. They serve delicious morning breakfast from cereal- milk to puri bhaji as well, even hot dosa, uttapam are also served in breakfast. Plenty on variety in food with less price. Must visit once in a lifetime.

There is not a single thing to dislike about hotel. Everything was excellent.

Good location and spacious rooms

Hot water not available despite having informed about early morning requirement. Staff were in no mood to listen to requirement about swapping breakfast with dinner due to early checkout. They could have been bit flexible with their approach on case to case basis.

Location off the Highway is good for a stopover. It has a good chettinad restaurant attached to it. Rooms are well appointed

Bit overpriced for a hotel of this standard in this city. Breakfast area can be a little more spacious as it gets overcrowded. The parking is out door and do not understand how safe it it is.

Tastefully decorated well equipped rooms. Bar and superb Resturaunt on sight. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Well located for the railway station.

Outside of the city by 6kms so a tuk tuk or taxi ride to go anywhere.

Good location and value for the money

Elderly people find it difficult to climb first steps to reach the reception and the lift. They can arrange a wheelchair facility to take them to basement lift!!

The place was very clean, no typical hotel smell or smoking odour. All essentials, like soaps, shampoo, coffee kettle with coffee and tea bags and sweeteners were kept. Sheets and pillows were clean. The breakfast menu for the two days we stayed was good and different on each day. We had been there to pick our daughter, son-in-law and grandson from the airport. The hotel people extended their hospitality to them also and provided breakfast on extra cost, but it was real generous. The best of all are the staff. We have been to many hotels and resorts, but I would definitely say that I have not come across such well-behaved and friendly staff till date anywhere else. Hatsoff to the management for such maintenance. Lunch in the restaurant was served as if at home. I would love to give a full hearted 10 or even more, if possible.

The sambar for the idli has to be improved.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, AC cooling is effective. Breakfast is delicious and had many varieties. Staffs are polite and helpful. Ground floor restaurant is must try for non-veg items.

Open car parking to be improved, it is uncomfortable during rainy session. Car parking facility up to the lift lobby to be enhanced.
