Nice and clean hotel

Location given at booking.com is wrong. Should be 10.8333764N, 78.6880436E. Booking.com says valid payment includes Mastercard, but this was not accepted. Cash only

It is more like a guest house than a hotel. The property is near the main area but not on the road, so it is less noisy and less dusty. The apartment was nicely sized, with one bed, one kitchen, two restrooms, and one hall. Two TVs were there, but we used only one in the hall. The running water was good. The AC worked fine. The beds were good. The linens were good. An extra cot and bed were provided for the third person. There is no restaurant, but breakfast & room service were available. Open parking in front of the property is available.

They didn't provide any toiletries. The wall mixer in the restroom is dysfunctional, with the hot water tap broken. The 2nd restroom didn't have a bathing facility. Although the room is apartment-like, there are no kitchen items or appliances. There is no AC in the hall. Parking is not private.

Good Location close to river, bus station & rock temple. I got an upgrade to a suite. Staff were welcoming & wonderful. Suite facilities included air conditioning, 2 tvs, intercom/phone, cupboard, bedside drawers, lots of sockets, chairs, sofa, table, fans, linens, towels, soap, mosquito Repellent provided in room (requested during booking), breakfast (free & included in my upgrade, they arranged even though they don't have a kitchen). Free bottle of water given. Lift was available.

Wifi was available but weak network. No hair dryer / shampoo (although I didn't ask as I had carried my own), no toilet roll (usually only chains or 3 or more stars have rolls), no tea/coffee/kettle facility in room or hotel but they ordered in & delivered (for a charge, paid by me), They also don't have a kitchen but they ordered in & delivered our lunch (for a charge, paid by us), I kept windows closed at all times as we had the aircon on (but there is no view anyway as the hotel faces other buildings on 2 sides / a construction site on 3rd / and a smelly storm drain on the 4th)

Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the hotel is perfect for someone wanting to be away from the hustle bustle of the city. Very comfortable for a solo traveler, looking for a short stay. Excellent turnaround time with regard to laundry services. The staff went out of their way to arrange for an auto as I was leaving for the railway station around midnight.

It was clean , friendly staff and in the centre, good accomodation for driver as well

Wifi can be better . Air con for living room as well. In booking.com its projected as a hotel with room service . But they dont hv room service . But the staff gets you bf etc from nearby restaurant . Staff is very good and excellent

The hotel's central location in Tiruchirappalli, albeit at the end of an alleyway, offered a peaceful retreat. The staff stood out for their exceptional helpfulness, going above and beyond by assisting with bus ticket bookings. The room and amenities were satisfactory and contributed to a comfortable stay.

The only minor inconvenience was the hotel's entrance location, which might be slightly difficult to find for first-time visitors.

The room as very comfortable and the bed was amazing too. One staff member was so helpful that he went and bought me juice when I arrived late in the evening. I also got a lot of help at the time of departure with getting a taxi. I felt safe and good at the property.

The location wasn't the best, felt like it was maybe a bit far from the things that I wanted to see. But at the same time the city is quite big and the location was still okay. The soundproofing could be even better as I could hear some noise in late night when people were in the hallway.

I like the room, everything was working well. A/C, shower with hot water, lift, quiet, clean (could be better to reach european standart but it was fine) Well situated between the rock fort temple and Srirangam. Fast check- in, and smiling staff.

The price of the coffee = 70 RPS. Thats all.

Quiet neighborhood with awesome view at the attic, away from the main road. the staffs very friendly. The usher was helpful in getting coffee and meal. The room was comfortable. Value for the price. Bed was comfortable. Its good for a transit hotel.

No shops and restaurant close to the hotel. Good to have a bike or car or do a 10 min walk. Bathroom need to be upkept.

The staff were very good, kind and all information provided. Even helped in transports. Room was very clean. Centrally located, though it is bit inside the main road. Main road is not very far. Uber, Redtaxi or Rapido approaching faster.

Cloth hanging Rods behind the main entry door in room would have been better.
