Beautiful property on a clean beach not very far from the airport Groves of the carefully manicured trees and foliage gardens Themed cottage type resort living with swimming pool, gym, spa, golf carts to ferry guests within the resort Spacious rooms with large bathrooms, big balconies and foot massager in every room Caring staff especially led by Gen Manager Anand Chatterjee and Chief chef Rodney Fernandes Great food and staff especially at beautiful beach shack called 'Poseidon's Cafe' which was the best hangout location. Sushi, wraps, burger, local cuisine and much more with a always happy staff to serve you. Chef Gaurav, Shawn with the support staff Alvio, Lloyd and Asst. Food Beverage Head Sanjeev were extremely prompt and eager to support you with customised choices and comforts. Chief chef Rodney takes personal interest in customer's satisfaction and willing to make adjustments, which is a great sign of hospitality. They will surely be the reason for me to come back.

Minor challenges with the local transport which was outsourced by the hotel. Billing issue due to their software which overcharged a little but later excess was refunded promptly by the hotel in a few days.

The location of the Hotel is great just 45 min away from the North Goa attractions. The beach is super awesome, shallow and safe for activities. The swimming pool is amazing, well maintained with some great paid activities like zorbing. Breakfast was super awesome and some of the options were different and new.. The taste was super awesome. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. On our request, they went above and beyond by arranging a packed breakfast at 4:00 AM. That was super helpful I appreciate the Eco friendly approach by serving drinking water in a glass bottle instead of plastic ones.

The hotel has limited parking but the Vallet staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. There is a 100 meter patch of approach road which needs fixing. Add sign boards for directions to the beach

Pre-Arrival: We booked two rooms on bookings.com for our family of five plus a babysitter. After the booking, I followed up directly with the hotel over a call and had a great response, including assurance of an extra bed in one of the rooms. Check-In Process: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Everything we needed to know was promptly explained, and the extra bed was set up immediately. The rooms were good and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Access to the private beach was easy and convenient. Breakfast: The breakfast was good. While there weren't many options for Western cuisine beyond bread and pastries, the Indian breakfast choices were decent. Service during breakfast was excellent. Beachside Restaurant: The beachside restaurant had a great feel in the evening, and the service was perfect. Lunch Restaurant: The lunch restaurant served great food, but the service was just okay. However, during breakfast, the service in this restaurant was consistently good, at least during our stay. Guest Relations: Throughout our stay, a lady from guest relations was in touch with us to ensure we made the most of our time and celebrated the kids' birthday well. She also followed up to see if everything went well, which felt great. Checkout: Checkout was smooth, and cab bookings were easy. Overall, we had no complaints and just want to thank the team for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend Planet Hollywood Resort in Goa for a memorable and comfortable family vacation.

Property was big and had all amenities. Beach access is a bonus. Staff are willing to help and make your stay pleasant.

Lighting in the rooms was rubbish and lack of moisture control making the room wet and inconvenient all the times. The glass wall to the bath was a big let down. Not sure how its designed for family rooms as it leaves minimum privacy while taking a shower esp with young kids in the room. Cost of food was very high. Dinner buffet was mostly bland.

Breakfast buffet and service of the restaurant staff was good. The pool was massive and was clean. Room was big and comfortable. Leg massager was a good addition. The plants, flowers and the garden area was beautiful and well maintained. Buggy service from the room to the beach was good too.

Approach road to the hotel is in a very bad state and has been like that for many years (probsbly the worst i've seen in Goa). Dinner meal a la carte food was of average quality. Had to call housekeeping to service the room. Safe in the room wasn't working. No sports channels available on the TV in the room. Some linen on the balcony seating and poolside seating was visibly dirty.

Our booking being in the off-season, would have be upgraded easily....But putting this aside, I would love to re-vist here for our family beach vacation every year.

The breakfast spread was amazing and so is tge in room dining. Also the staff cater to special requests and arrange for goan cusine. Appreciate also that satin pillow covers were changed to cotton upon request.

The flooring of the rooms need upkeep. My room flooring panels were loose and chipped off at certain places which is a let down for a 5 star. Also the road just outside the resort is bumpy and needs to be repaired. The bathrooms also are poorly lit.

The chalet was nothing short of a fairytale story. Right at step away from the ocean, the room was stunning. You wake up seeing the ocean and can hear the waves crashing at night while you have a dreamy night. The resort is so romantic, the little lamps along the way, the lights, sandy beaches and so much. Saiket the Duty Manager, Amaya the driver, Amjed the restaurant person, Abhishek the chef and many more made our stay the most memorable stay in the entire life time. GM Anand made us so so so welcomed. We felt so spoilt right from the start to the check out day. This holiday was indeed a blessing and fairytale, thankyou Anand for yet another fantastic and a very emotional memory. We sure to visit again in future and it is only because of the amazing hospitality. Love you team PH, cannot wait to see you guys again xx

Pool was amazing, its huge! The reception area is spacious and inviting. The food was lovely and good selection. l also used the salon that was friendly and professional. The beach is a short walk at the rear of the grounds. We found the beach to be beautiful white sands with shacks at either side of the beach that also served nice food and offered sunbeds.

The location is great for the beach but not for popping to a shop. The hotel taxi is expensive compared to other taxis in Goa. They make you think you have to use them but you do not, I called a local taxi from outside that was a third less in cost.

Property is very clean and greenery. Lot of animities and activities are available at the property like carrom, snooker, table tennis , swimming, paint ball shooting , archery . Beach is very nearby

Roads near property is not good. Also during night..streetlight is not available.
