The bed was huge, and the room as well was nice, clean and large. We stayed with our 2 small kids and plenty of room. We had the swim out pool and was great for the kids with the step being so large. The pool was great and the large kids area too. Nice and quiet, with a short walk to the beach.

The glass panels in the doors on the bathroom door. This means if someone is sleeping and you get up in the night and need to turn the light on, you can't really as it shines through the whole room. The glass is good in the day for more natural light in the room, but I do think that a pull down blind etc needs to be an option, we tried to use a towel but it only covered the top panel. You had to pay for a proper coffee, I think one should be included with the breakfast. A few more suns beds around the pool would be good.

Fairly priced hotel, comfortable bed, nice pool, great room service, They remembered my husbands birthday did a surprise visit to our room, sang and brought a cake for my husband too.

The first day we arrived way before our check in time, the guy at reception was quite rude to us for no reason, we had made the payment for our room and he allowed us to leave our luggage there but asked us to pay for breakfast first even before being welcomed to sit down at the restaurant area. Another downside is that If your flight is delayed and you arrive past midnight, there is no one at front desk reception past midnight. This happened to our friends.

Private walk out access to the pool is fantastic. Delicious pool bar cocktails of which were cheaper than drinking out! Included breakfast was delicious and gave us no reason to dine elsewhere. Lunch and dinner meals were tasty too. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. They also gave us recommendations on where to dine out or just generally enjoy having a chat/laugh with guests. Close to the beach - approx 5 min walk. Being a little away from the main town meant that it was quieter (you are generally a drive or 20-30 min walk to most places but this didn't bother us) Spa therapists were fantastic. I had two massages and wish I had booked in more treatments! You're able to hire a scooter from reception which worked out to be approx 80k IDR/day during our visit. Thank you to Eka and the whole team. We had a fabulous time!!.

Canggu is under a huge development so there is construction everywhere. Roads are very busy! This is not unlike many other areas in Bali though. We also didn't notice the construction noise next door in the evening and it didn't really bother us during the day. As buildings age, things start to wear down somewhat. You do notice this a bit in the bathroom area. Would be good if the pool was able to be heated too as the majority of it is covered in shade and can get cold.

The staff was excellente! the food was perfect. The swimming pool was verry nice. The rooms were verru clean, and the size of the rooms were perfect. The massages at the hotel were amazing. Location is perfect near canggu centre but just out of the busy part of canggu. The balcony was also verry good.

Only we missed fresh juices during breakfeast and the opportunity to drink dairy free cappuccino. The swimming pool was verry nice but a little bit cold. And for a reating of 5 stars i missed opurtunity do some sport accomodattion.

We enjoyed the friendly staff as they were very helpful and have scooter hiring too. The pool was clean and bedroom was cleaned daily.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from Canggu centre as you would have to travel around the river if you were to use a car that would take more than 20 minutes. Although you can hire a scooter and go through a short cut which would only take less than 10 minutes. Sometimes the aircon would leak from the ceiling and drip on the floor and the tiles can pick up dirt so use some slippers when walking around the room.

-The staff are very helpful & accommodating -The rooms & even the bathrooms are bigger than expected -The facilities (pool, rooftop bar) are much welcome additions

-There was construction ongoing beside the property, so if yoy had a room on the 3rd floor, workers had a view of our bedroom

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a Pool Access Room, conveniently located opposite the Swim-up Bar, which I had requested. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making my stay truly exceptional. The room was immaculately cleaned daily, with fresh towels and complimentary water bottles provided. I appreciated the replenished soft drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge, a lovely touch. The spacious bathroom boasted a toilet, shower, and bathtub, along with a safe for securing valuables. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I indulged in the blissful Spa packages, treating myself to a heavenly body scrub. Room service was also a delight, with delicious food options and a memorable Floating Breakfast on my first day. Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I look forward to returning soon. The staff's warmth, attention to detail, and excellent amenities made for an unforgettable experience

During my stay (5 nights 6 days), I noticed a few areas for improvement. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed due to construction, which was a shame. However, the main restaurant was still available, providing a good alternative. I did feel that the swim-up bar and pool closed a bit too early, so extending their hours could be beneficial. Additionally, offering hair spa packages would be a great enhancement to their existing spa services. Despite these minor limitations, my overall experience remained positive. The staff's warmth and hospitality, combined with the Resort's comfortable amenities, made for an enjoyable stay. With a few tweaks, this Resort has the potential to exceed expectations even further

The property is very beautiful with large rooms and huge beds. We had a fantastic pool access room. Loved it, the pool is very cool and refreshing. It was close to the beach only a five minute walk. Super quiet and peaceful here. A great place to escape to. Would be great for a honeymoon or couple in love. Not much around here but surf lessons at the beach are always an option. Great place to stay away from the crowds. I will definitely be back.

The air conditioning unit was inside a wooden grate and it struggled a bit, no doubt due to not being cleaned. Filter cleaning needs to be done.

Direct access to the pool from my room balcony is amazing. The pool is quite small so it's really just to play around and enjoy the breeze. Super close to the beach so we can just walk over to La Brisa, Como, and other cafes around Canggu. They have a menu for breakfast with delicious brunch and local food. But the buffet selection is quite limited and not as great.

There were some bats at the balcony at night and they would poop near the balcony door, but housekeeping will clean it the next day. The walk to the beach is very dark at night, we didn't dare to walk although it's just about 5-10mins walk from the nearest beach.

The hotel is located in a developing area in Canggu which meant there was a lot of ongoing construction work around the hotel. A 10 min walk away you would reach the main streets which had plenty of shops, restaurants & a few gyms. The room was very spacious, we had an upper floor room which gave us a balcony to relax on in the evening. The hotel offers massages and breakfast was included in our stay.

The shower often ran cold & the breakfast options although seem plentiful are limited in choice if you are a picky eater.
