Super nice stay - I inquired for a quieter room and got assigned to one facing the garden, which was amazing, super quiet and relaxing environment despite of the very central location. Location is great too, if you are looking for easy access to beach, spa, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was not big, but had changing offer every day, which was great. Very helpful and kind staff.

Other people pass by the big glass door of the room to access their rooms, so kind of have to keep the curtains closed if privacy is wanted. The light in the room and bathroom could be a bit better.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Shower and bath were clean and nice. Staff were friendly. The grounds are nice with 3 accessible pools. Very close to shops and restaurants. Labrissa market, echo beach etc. We had a quiet room at the back which was nice but I could still hear the music from local bars. Restaurant is clean and the staff were friendly.

Curtains were block out which was great but they leave the light on outside the rooms so light comes in up the top/sides and down the bottom of the curtains. Bathroom door is glass so light comes thorough early morning. Breakfast is ok but not many western options other than pancakes. Mainly rice, potatoes, soup etc. I also did not like being called at 12pm for checkout when I was already on my way down to reception. Ask for a quiet room or you can hear music from nearby bars.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Everything is nearby. Literally few minutes from La brise, from the beach, around 15min walk from the famous bars old man and mexicola and even 20+min walk on the beach can take you to Atlas and Finn’s club. The staff is nice and reception is open 24h There’s a bar in front of the hotel with a live band. A pharmacy nearby, food everywhere, atm, etc

The breakfast is nice but maybe change from time to time as it felt the same breakfast everyday. Some people will not like how loud the live band music from the bar in front of the hotel might sound but it was ok for us it’s ended at 11pm

A nice quiet place located off the main road. Pool area is lovely and gets spots of sun most of the day. It is quite exposed to reception but they keep to themselves! Room was great, they offered to clean it and work around our schedules which I thought was a nice touch. Cute doggos on reception!! friendly staff. Lots of nice plants. Great area close to the beach (which seems busy but is honestly pretty easy to navigate including surfing - lots of kooks not catching anything with their instructors), lots to wander around and good food places nearby. Big spacious rooms. Chilled filtered water available out of a dispenser on every floor which was a nice touch!

Unfortunately we were on level 3 and they only have stairs which meant we avoided going back and forth to our room. Shower areas getting a little bit run down but didn't bother us too much! TVs didn't work. Would be great to have a breakfast option.

It is an excellent hotel. The best part was the incredibly friendly staff throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was very good. The facilities were outstanding, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was impeccable. I requested an iron and an adapter, and they promptly delivered them to my room without any issues.

There were construction works along the street, which made it difficult to get around. Online taxi services like Gojek and Grab couldn't reach the hotel, so you had to walk to another corner because local taxis do not allow them to pick you up at the hotel.

Lovely small hotel great facilities and staff.

The location is 5’ from the beach, so if you’d like to surf, run or enjoy a meal by the sea it’s a great place to be-plus the sunsets are stunning! The room was a good side for two people with air conditioning, space to store your bags and tv, hairdryer too upon request. There was a swimming pool for chill and cool time! We had a good experience and great value.

Our room was opposite a live music sports bar, we actually enjoyed the music and had a few drinks, but if you’d prefer a quiet one, maybe ask for a room further back, it wasn’t an issue for us.

The baech is far away. I saw no pool, like the one pictured in the ad above. There's nowhere, so far as I could tell, to sit out and lounge, like that picture infers. The beach wasn't visible and it was at least a 1/4 mile away. It was alright for me, thjough, because I wasn't interested in accessing the beach.

The breakfasts were not scrumptious. They were utilitarian, at best. I didn't like that the bathroom door didn't stay open on its own. It has an automatic closing mechanism that was inconvenient.

The rooms next to the swimming pool are wonderful. You can just wake up and jump into it. The breakfast is included and you get to choose several options. We visited in December and there were almost no people using the pool which was fantastic. The place is very convenient, is very close the the beach, and there are restaurants and shops around. At reception they help you with everyhting you need, also if yoy need to rent a bike. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We chose one of the cheapest rooms at first and we could see that they needed a bit of an update in terms of bathroom fixtures, as they were a bit rusty due to the humidity (well is a humid country) and the room felt a bit "sad" as the window has views to the "not so nice" part of the town, but overall nice and clean. When we upgraded to the rooms next to the pool the rooms were fantastic. Is worth it to get one of these instead. Tip to the management: get pillows less thick, our neck hurt because they are so big. Also the rooms with open bathrooms we could've used an anti-mosquito plug in. the open bathroom as is very humid atracts a lot of mosquitos and if don't pay attention and close the bathroom door you get all bitten up during the night.

Excellent and friendly customer service from the staff. We chose a pool side room which was great, pretty well a private pool outside our door. Lovely well kept gardens. Food in cafe tasty and well presented. Really close to mini mart, ATM, pharmacy, art market, restaurants and beach. Modest price per night.

Nothing to fault with hotel in any way. For me beach access was difficult as I have arthritis in my knees and steps down were steep and crumbling. Great view though.
