Room The room was incredibly spacious with a modern design. Unlike other places I've stayed where the lighting was often too dim to do makeup unless it was daytime with the curtains open, Centro had six bright white lights on the ceiling that illuminated the room perfectly. There were also two night lights for reading or sleeping. Bed This room had a king size bed and was so comfortable. The mattress was great. I had a good night's sleep. Toilet The toilet was large and nicely appointed. The bidet was new, and the toilet bowl was clean. There was a huge bathtub for soaking with both hot and cold water options. The showerhead was new, and the water pressure was excellent. Amenities The room featured a kitchenette equipped with a pot for cooking and some utensils in the cupboard. The dressing table came with a comfortable red chair, and the powerful air conditioning kept the room cool. Another aspect I loved about this place is that it's structured like a point block with only four rooms on the first floor. I stayed in room 312 and appreciated the privacy and tranquility. The staff was super nice and went out of their way to make my stay a great experience.

For the price I paid, there was little to complain about. Just a few tips for future travelers: bring bedroom slippers or slippers since the floor can get cold, a mosquito spray as they can follow you into the room, and your own bathing towel. If you’re not too particular, you can save money and still enjoy a luxurious stay at Centro—I did with my family. For transportation, you’ll need to call a Grab, which costs about IDR 33,000 to IDR 49,000 depending on your destination (roughly SGD 3.30 to SGD 4.90). It's a convenient and affordable way to go sightseeing. There are no lifts at this hotel however the staff will assist you to carry your luggage up and down if you require it.

It's location is good. The ambience is calm.

Tv should be upgraded especially the channels. Even local (Indonesia) channels are mostly not available.

The rooms are large, beautifully decorated and reasonably priced.There is also an oversized bathtub.

Hygiene is a bit poor, there is no hot water, and the toilet button is broken. Towels and bath towels have holes. The room card issue was not ideal. If it is a newly opened hotel, I hope it can be improved. After all, guests want to see your best side, so don't waste beautiful decorations and space. I personally prefer this type, but unfortunately this experience made me a bit disappointed. If the overall improvement is improved, tenants will be very satisfied, and the price can also be increased.Thanks

Worst ever 3start hotel. LOOBY AIRCON not working..what is stated in the booking.com deviates horrendously in physical. Checking in was slow and tedious process as the payment acceptance via credit card pin..in conjuction of poor customer service rendered. How could.the hotel staff infd us the water heater was not working in one of the room despite booking was made in advance. (nonrefundable for godsaken). The best part, the staff could humbly says can't add breakfast as they had not been.serving it for long time. Their rebuttal they can't update us on such mishap in advance as we made through the booking via booking.com [Keep mentioning this all the time whenever we vent our frustration] Even toiletries and amenities and overall environment was such a drastic run down..just a tooth brush and tooth paste..towels was not changed for long time..toilet has embedded stains on bath tub and toilet cover..balcony view not even garden view.all out three rooms.has defects here and there..bulbs was not replaced Either.. We have to keep calling for housekeeping assistance throughly during the check in like.wastes a few hours affecting our itinerary. This is worst than homestay setting..especially the safety is being compromised as the gate to each rows of allocated room the gate was just ajar..and poor lighting surrounding within the building. Very bad experience thus far..... End up check out on 2nd day in the morning. Would.like to seek the compensation during our first two day..if possible Feels totally being cheated. The price incurred for this hotel could get for better other 3 star hotel.i suppose lols. Pls remove this hotel.from this list.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. SIMPLY CAN SAY CAN'T EVEN ATTAINED MIN HOTEL 81 STANDARD.
