Very friendly staff! Great kids' club and a wide selection of activities such as table tennis, pool etc. Swimming pool was of decent size and clean. In the room, shower water was warm and had good pressure.

Dated fixtures in the common facilities. Games e.g. dart board, pool tables have to be better maintained/repaired. Swimming pool floor had loose debris that needs to be cleared up. Asian food selection was commendable but could be more expanded and be of higher quality (more tasty).

It is great for big families with three and two bedroom suites and facilities for everyone such as games room, table tennis, basketball court, and spa. The staff are responsive and provided good service. The food at Dragon Inn Chinese restaurant is very good. Quite a nice breakfast spread at Terrace Cafe.

The facilities could be better maintained eg table tennis table can be cleaner, workable darts, etc. The glass mirror in one of our rooms dropped on the basin top. However, the staff managed to fix it. The location is a bit far from town. The description mentioned there is Badminton but there isn’t any court or equipment.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was quite good as well. Pool was quite nice and the rooms were clean. The first room allotted to us smelt funny so we requested to be moved and we were granted that request. I will gladly stay there. It is a bit far away from the city but grab is cheap so doesn’t matter that much. Rooms were very spacious as we had a two bedroom suite which had two bathrooms which was very convenient

Love the quiet and its away from all the hassle and bustle. All the staff were really helpful and courteous, from front desk, dining, cleaners and spa. The room was very clean and we were upgraded after signing up for membership. The cafe was also great and its opened 24hrs

was disappointed there were no bathrobes. water from the heater was not so great. the room had a little musty smell but cleared after we left the balcony door opened for awhile

The front desk, housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Ambience of the hotel is also peaceful and not very "Commercial". The children play is area is nice to have around to keep the kids busy. Tea tree spa was wonderful with great ambience and the massage was exquisite. A little on the pricier bracket considering Batam, however given the previous points, well worth it. Wife and kid even went for the massage and enjoyed themselves. Transport arrangements are available, we went on a Sunday, to Grand Batam Mall, return service is also provided at set timings, you have to make arrangements with the front desk. Swimming pool is wonderful, with the adults section, a kids section with quite a tall slide, and a small Lazy river if you can call it that. The pebbles on the base of the pool entrance do sting a little, for those with sensitive feet.

The breakfast in the first 2 days was underwhelming. There is not much variety and the service is very slow. There was a Seafood BBQ night, we went in the earlier part of the dinner, however many of the food items were not replenished and left empty. The children play area however, would require more frequent cleaning to be carried out, as there was quite an aroma, especially in the afternoons.

Variety of dining options within the resort. Chinese restaurant was excellent, terrace cafe had good options as well. Swimming pool was cozy. Shuttle service was excellent and Driver Abang Suyono was super understanding and helpful with our large group of kids. Holiday Inn Batam is a very family-friendly place and we enjoyed it a lot.

Location was not the most accessible so going to town was about 30 mins drive from there. We would preferred ceiling fan in the suite that we booked - unfortunately they did not have that. Also, shower head was non-handheld and it would have been better if the had handheld instead.

The facility is very good and very clean . Swimming pool is very clean but some part has maintenance. We ask for ice bucket and it’s very fast to send to our room without charges . Panda kid club is good but may be need to add more things for the kids. (Eg- small balls)

The color of water is a bit yellowish , not sure it’s normal ? The restaurant is very expensive , Orchid Thai restaurant is expensive and not worth it . Taste is not good. No menu book in the hotel room .

I miss this place so much and all staff very helpful really, we feel safe n sounds.Have shuttle service to the mall and fetch us from the mall. Nice view resort from the our room.This will be our first choice for family gathering.n swimming pool so clean n not so deep n just nice for children.n they serve bbq near by the pool. The driver Henki was very helpful n really hardworking n kind man. He really went extra mile for us. Surely all the staff here are asset for the management..The manager should give them the best rewards so that they feel happy continue with this kind n generous service..They are so polite n this place is the best.my children love this place so much.No regret guys ..go for it and make it as your favorite place..I'm from Singapore n will go back again..

The staff were very accommodative and friendly. Also good they had the shuttle service to Grand Batam mall and also pick up and drop off shuttle to the ferry terminal. Breakfast had good variety. Chinese restaurant food was tasty and of good quality overall. Rooms were of very decent size and comfortable for families.

The place is far from the city but shuttle service is available. Rooms are a bit dated and it needs renovation. Sheets and towels are clean but have stains on them. Was disappointed that the teppanyaki was closed on Tuesday evening.

It was a wonderful short trip away. The surrounding was peaceful with beautiful views of the landscape. Beautiful hills in the back drop of our stay. Children had lots of fun in the pool. The food was delicious. We had a bbq dinner buffet. The setting was cosy and romantic.The live station of fried noodles was amazing, tempted to asked his chef for his recipe. Staff were friendly and polite. Room is spacious.

This was a last minute plan. We were from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. It was about a 30 to 40 minute drive to the resort. Not a new resort, so everything is not brand new and shiny or smells new . But overall was value for money.
