The breakfast variety was good. Perhaps more selection of juices such as apple, pineapple. The Italian restaurant was divine. Highly recommend it. Had planned to go another day, but it was closed on Monday.

The hotel charged to have a bucket of ice delivered to the room.

Request for king size bed was granted. Thank you. Room was clean and amenities were all in place. We love the huge bathroom of the Riani. The concierge staffs were very helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay at the resort.

The food at Taman Sari wasn't that great compared to the Selera Restaurant at Nongsapoint Marina. The star attraction 220m jetty was not accessible due to upgrading. The main swimming pool were still not in operation.

Exceptional service from the porter to the front desk to the restaurant staff. Truly exceptional friendly service! And they even accommodated my request for bday deco for my wife. The Candlelit Dinner was definitely memorable and a good experience. Good WiFi. Peaceful surroundings. Very very clean toilet.

The location is far from town but not an issue actually. To go out, we need to book in house vehicle with driver that cost IDR 180,000 per trip. Secondly, no karaoke facilities.

The free shuttle service from Nongsa Ferry Terminal is a nice touch. The whole vibe of the resort; from the super friendly staff, the private beach and the option of restaurants with different cuisines. The choices of sea and land activities are good too.

Wifi in the room was not consistent; not being able to connect for most of the time. Had to sit outside my room for good wifi strength. Aqua Shop should have more drinks and snack choices; as the resort is away from convenience shops.

Birthday celebration, the room was being decorated, so it was a very nice surprise. The view from the resort was great, love the clear blue sky and the colour of the sea. Breakfast was decent and the room was spacious. Would recommend the Saturday BBQ buffet with live band. Definitely go to the spa if you'd like a good massage. Very chill and relax atmosphere, best place to clear your mind and simply rest. Nice walk along the Island Bar! Oh, there are a few swings facing the sea as well, my personal favourite.

Food and drinks from the restaurants are a bit pricy, could have more activities like table tennis, badminton, little games, etc. apart from the water sports. Could be a bit boring at night, as normally other resorts would have live music or some sort of entertainment available. The fridge in the room was a bit noisy and the hot water in the shower always turn cold after a short while.

The naturescape is really breathtaking. We really love the nature, the sea and the environment at the resort. Everywhere seems instagrammable! The island bar is also beautiful - live music would have been great there.

Unfortunately, the decor is very basic, I feel a painting would be nice to spice up the empty off-white walls. So much potential with the room, especially with the size. I found a pack of food from previous guest in my fridge. Also, the facilities are quite dated. The pool table has 2 badly bruised sticks - not much we can do inhouse other than the sea sports which was daytime activities. A karaoke room would have been great for the adult guests to interact. A bit far off from town centre, which means we had only the food from the hotel, which is not bad at all, but maybe pricy.

Hospitality services received from staffs at Taming Sari. Room is clean and housekeeping is good. Check in is fast.

Given room 341 which was very far end. Too many flight of stairs, slopes too steep and slippery after rain. Not enough street lights along the way while walking back to room. Poor direction guides from the lobby staffs. Pool shower room very rundown and basic facilities missing.

The resort with sea view was awesome room was very clean...breakfast was great...peaceful environment

The taxi service...the driver told us one price than when returned to resort he wanted double the price which not reasonable...he really over chargedus for the trip...and demanded to pass him in sg dollars...very disappointed with the driver....the driver was not safe also...when we bought food and came we saw him drinking beer when he knows that he need to send us back...the way he drive us back was horrible...he even stop halfway to pee that also right infront of us...horrible...hope you can stop his service to your resort for the safety of the guests...he's car number is 1629 black car his name is Ridzwan that's the name he told us....

The room that we got is very nice, directly infront of the beach on the first floor. The amenities around is also nice with the plentiful of water sports that can be done at Cabana and the massage place spa which is a few mins away from our room.

The only part we didnt like was during lunch where we had at the restaurant. The food was cold, it was likely at the counter for quite some time before the server send it over to us. This is only for the lunch food, breakfast is very nice! Additionally the western menu in terms of taste could have been better. We ordered the beef and cheese burger and the chicken chop on the first day. It has the recommendation by the chef symbol. However we were disappointed with the taste and it was cold. On the 2nd day we had the local dishes for lunch and it was amazing.

Lovely short stay. We stayed in the deluxe villa, which was spacious, quiet and secluded. Overall calming environment and friendly staff. Beach bar and pier particularly nice.

More communication about the property’s activities and services, including a map of the property, in the room would be helpful. The hotel is remote so be prepared to have all food/drink in the property itself, which can be costly. Would not recommend the beach BBQ. We were fortunate to have a discount on our stay, which was reasonable - paying standard/in-season prices would need serious consideration!
