great vibe / look of the place breakfast is the best hotel-breakfast we’ve had in 3 months traveling, very diverse and huge portions great food during the day and not expensive! (15% discount on food and 3 cocktails for 100rp) lovely hardworking staff

during our stay, they worked on the wifi, which made it very bad unfortunately the sheets of the bed where thin, but while a fleece cover is provided, this was still a bit less However! What we noticed is that they take a good look at their reviews and fix everything that is said to be a negative. Most negative comments I read before booking have been fixed before and during our stay and I would just like to compliment them on wanting to do better each time! great stay :)

Loved the location, loved the staff , really helpful We booked this hotel the night before through booking.com as we randomly decided to stay back in gilli t , the location in 1 minute walk from the beach and 1 minute walk from the food court and the ferry port so you can just walk with your luggage no need to get on the horses.

They need to have better beds, they make too much noise when you move The walls are really thin so you can literally hear everything people are saying and doing in the room beside you.

Great location near the port and party areas but still quiet at night! Friendly staff and great service: when we found flies in our room after housekeeping they immediately tackled the issue, they also provided us with towels for our snorkeling trip.

Quite smelly bathroom, you could smell the drains were very stinky. The airconditioning was really cold, so we had to turn it off during the night.

Such a great stay! I could’ve picked a better one. Nice pool, nice breakfast, aircon working perfectly. Close to the centre and port. However, what made this so special is the staff from the restaurant and hotel. Such great people with high energy. My dad surely made good friends in his stay there and we also! I could trust without a doubt in all of them, besides we were leaving and they said they charged more and gave us back money. Anyway! It was an amazing stay!

I booked the pool side suite and the room was gorgeous. It was really spacious with the pool right outside the door. The staff were all incredible and accommodating. We forgot to put the sign to make up the room one day, and they cleaned it for us at 8pm after we requested. The food was really amazing and the chef would accommodate for my husband who is vegetarian. The cats were really cute and friendly, especially Nemo. The free breakfast was the best free breakfast I’ve had. But the best part was probably the staff, always smiling and happy to help with anything and everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you Gili Amor.

Very friendly staff, gave recommendations for bikes and boat tickets and everything. The location is perfect, short walk from the harbour, close to the night market and many restaurants and bars. Bike parking in front of the hotel, water dispenser available and yummy breakfast. I also liked style of the building.

The rooms were on the smaller side, also there weren't any surfaces to place things. E.g. board in bathroom to put toiletry bag.

Good wifi and always working, very tasty and good selection of breakfast, clean pool, nice staff. Strong aircon in room number 2. Perfect location! They provide an ear plug..I love it.

Disgusting bathroom and shower, needs refresh..otherwise it would be such a perfect hotel.. We stayed 12 nights there, for the first 3 days no housekeeping showed up, I had to request a cleaning of room every 2-3 days. At the end of stay I was informed that we need to put sign on doors every time we need cleaning. Unfortunately nobody from reception tell me that upon check in! TV in room but not even single chanel working. Also the towels was very worn and thin. Apart from that it is very nice hotel and I will stay there again soon.

Miss Ina(wati) at the reception is a dream! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never got such a warm and pleasant welcome! And she was even only seventeen. Terima kasih banyak, Ina, for making our stay so memorable! "With love", "con amor" :-) Location not directly at the sea but very easy and pleasant to rent a bike. We never used the pool as the sea is so nice. We travelled around Bali and Lombok for a month and i loved Gili Trawangan the most! And again, who cannot love Ina?

We had the cheapest room, that was maybe not the best choice but was still ok! Avoid the lesser rooms by booking a room with terrace. And of course, Gili is muslim country as it is part of Lombok, i prefer Bali Hindu, so you wake up at 5 AM from the muslim prayers through the strong boxes at the mosque. Also during the day. I'm so glad that i don't live in a muslim country.

A beautiful hotel to stay at. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it’s just walking distance from the ferry port. The rooms are decently sized and the bathroom is also big enough. Having balconies in each room is a very nice gesture from the hotel and gives a good view of the sky changing colours as the sun goes down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended to stay at this resort while in Gili Trawangan.

In terms of the food, for breakfast there are only a couple of options for vegetarians one of which is just a bowl seeds with fruits & another being wraps without the eggs option. Hope they add a few more vegetarian options to their breakfast menu. Did not have any of the other meals at the resort so cannot comment on that.

I lived 5 nights in room 5 with my wife and kid 6 years old. Location pretty convenient, even if one of you can't ride bicycle. It was possible to reach most of attractions by walk (max distance to sunset side of the island up to 20 minutes walk). However, you can rent any kind of bike right near the hotel by 50K. Stuff was pretty responsive, with a little bit chill as everyone on Gilis. Breakfast was good, with simple, but satisfying options. "Full breakfast" is the great! Swimming pool was little bit cold, but clean and nice with a plenty of seats around, including two big wooden chairs bound to this room. All days was quite calm and silent. No roosters and night parties around. Swimming pool is closing at 10 p.m. Even muslim prayers at 5 a.m. weren't so annoying. Room was spacious and cleaning service was always on duty. Windows view right to the pool, but curtains were enought to cover all sensitive areas of the room. Two cats live on this area, so be ready for milk lovers guests. Want to highlight sofa - with 45 degrees setup you can sit like a boss. Children friendly.

Strong smell in a bathroom at start. Fortunately, disappeared after ventillation and air extraction. TV didn't work and repair service was expected two weeks later. Fortunately, problem was in RC batteries only. Table was filled with chips and fridge was filled was beer and soft drinks (not for free). Everything were removed in a few minutes after complain. Floor was a little bit dirty at the beginning, but was cleared well after awhile. Mirror in the bathroom is covered in streaks. I believe it could be cleaned, but we didn't complain. Very spicy carbonara in the cafe, but was replaced with much less spicy version after complain for free. Be ready to wait breakfast cooking for 15-20 minutes if there are a lot of guests in the morning.
