Great location, quite, nice staff, amazing exotic bathroom with no roof which we loved and child enjoyed

No kettle or tea /coffee facility not only in the bungalow but in the entire resort so unable to have a hot drink within the resort.No hot water in the shower throughout entire 5 nights stay. Air conditioning has not been cleaned / maintained for years judging by the quality and smell of the air coming out and making us caught most of the time when aircon was on, making us to wake up and caught at night too.

Well, Well, Well.... amazing place, amazing staff, amazing conditions. Very friendly place for kids, very good swimming pool Staff very helpful and open for everything what is needed to make your vacation as the best vacation 4ever... Fantastic location, in 100% better then in front of everything with see view, not so crowded and close to the best GadoGado on the island. You can find difficult opinions, but if you're looking for the place with Hilton conditions, it's mean that Gili Trawangan island isn't your best place for unforgettable vacation with Bali style.

Amazing location, only a short walk from the pier which is convenient as there are no motorised vehicles only horse drawn carriages on this island! Staff are very helpful, organised our laundry to be done, rooms are spacious and comfortable! Outdoor shower was a different experience but nice!

Air conditioning difficult to control, often times too cold at night time, needs to offer option of blanket/duvet as currently just a sheet on the beds!

Super cute pool, very friendly staff and I surprisingly really liked showering outside. It was also a nice and quiet location, almost no trouble from the mosque songs that you hear across the island. Just very nice people, could leave our luggage and pick it up later and got whished a nice time everytime we would leave/come back.

I would've liked to maybe have a table inside or something to put my stuff on because now it felt a bit crowded with all my stuff everywhere but nowhere at the same time.

It was very calm at night despite the closeness to the very island center and nightlife. The pool came in handy since sometimes it gets hard to swim in the ocean due to the currents. AC worked very well. Overall, very cosy and calm stay.

The pool and bathroom could use some renovation, but that could be said about almost all accomodation in Indonesia. The water in the outside shower was cold. But these did not disrupt our stay in a significant way. the only thing which coukd be improved is more hangers and something to put your clothes and towel on.

Perfect location- within walking distance to the port and plenty of restaurants but in a quiet location. Lovely pool & rooms. The staff were very helpful and helped us to organise bikes, laundry & tours.

Would have liked to have the room cleaned & fresh towels every other day or so

We decided to come back to Gili T at the end of our trip and needed somewhere affordable to stay. Staff were so helpful and lovely. Helped sort our bicycles when we arrived and always had a friendly greeting when we arrived 'home'. Good location for price with it only being a short walk from the beach and main strip.

The bedding was just a sheet which is fine in the hot weather however a comforter would have been nice aswell.

at first I was doubtful to stay this hotel because some of bad reviews but find out this hotel is very nice and having very helpful and nice staff ! nice ambience and very strategies place. close to go anywhere ! it's noisy sometimes but not always.

Basic room, comfortable beds and excellent aircon. Shower outside, cold water only. Not a problem in the tropics. Pool was fabulous, big and clean. Location is amazing. One street back from the main beach front. So quiet. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and amazing cafes for breakfast. Felt very safe.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was super comfy and I loved the outside showers. The location was great - easy to get my heavy bag to from the harbour and away from the Main Street so was quiet enough. Good value for money.
