Spacious room, great breakfast, you can book snorkeling at the front desk for a good price, laundry service: 2kg for 66k, very nicely folded and cleaned well. Very friendly staff. If you get lucky enough to get the balcony bed in each room it’s like your own private room. Ac works well.

If you get a room close to the bar it’s very hard to fall asleep until midnight, music is super loud. hot water shower only worked occasionally, ceiling started leaking half way through my stay then they painted over it but it dripped and there were black specks of paint all over the bathroom. wifi was horrible, cut out frequently. Not social in the slightest. Blanket was just a thin sheet.

The staff knew everybody by name and welcomed you every morning with a smile. The onsite bar was great value and handy to close buy. Can rent bikes through the hostel allowing you to park our front and not worry about it at night. The breakfast was simple but had a few options you could choose from. The location on the main strip meant everything was in walking distance from the hostel.

If you are a light sleeper the rooms aren't isolated from one another ie the roof and walls don't touch so noise travels very well especially when you have loud neighbours (not the hostels fault but just to be aware). The linen could do with an upgrade there was some quite visible wear and tear.

This hostel was only a short walk from the port, so it's nice not to have to trek! Esp in the heat with big backpacks! The staff were amazing, especially Em Ary, who couldn't do enough for us and gave us tips on where to go and sorted bikes also for us. Such a fab soul! The hostel has 3 nights on (karaoke, r&r big, and Latino night), and you can meet people there easily. Can't fault it at all, Lava bar and staff there all amazing too! Also get brekky included and it was spot on each morning. Thanks so much guys 🙏🏽 rooms were cool we had a 3 bed dorm, and it was comfy and did the trick :)

The hostel was good. The Wi-Fi was good. The beds were good. It was next to a bar they gave you a free welcome drink! That was nice! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.The location was great. You could be on the beach in 2 minutes.

There was no hot water in the shower. I didn't expect that, but I think it might have been common for the island. The fans in the room were almost too loud to use.

The beds were really comfy and the air con works really well too, was always nice and cool in our room. Just a couple minutes from the harbor and lots of bars and restaurants just next door! The staff is soo friendly too, I felt very welcome & the free breakfast is great, you can choose between eggs and banana pancake + fruits and toast

Our room was right next to the Lava Bar & the music and bar noise was sooo loud! Fortunately they mainly stop the music at around .30 am because otherwise it is impossible to even have to normal conversation in the room, let alone sleep..... also the bathroom was always hot and stuffy since the room was upstairs and directly beneath the alu roof, i guess there is nothing to be done. the bathroom door didn't shut properly either and it could be a little cleaner/renovated. Overall still great value for the money though!

Staff were amazing! I left my kindle behind and they were so helpful in organising a way to return it to me!! Great communication and very welcoming! Location is perfect

It is right next to the lava bar, so there is very loud music until 12am. This isn’t a problem as it is expected, but just something to be aware of :)

Location is perfect it’s right in the action you can hit all the fun pubs and the beach and the restaurants easy peezy. Staff are so so kind the breakfast in the mornings are good and it’s friendly vibe up in the cafeteria place. The bathrooms are kept clean good work team. I was able to meet some cool people here!

If you don’t like noise at night you shouldn’t sleep here probably. The hostel could use a common space for during the day. It was easy to make friends with the people in my room but there wasn’t really a hang out zone to meet people from other rooms.

Gili Beach Bum was in a fantastic location, right on the main strip. This made for loud music at night so not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet stay, but otherwise not a bother. The rooms were clean and spacious, high ceilings and about three people per dorm. The air conditioning was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and had good running hot water. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Free breakfast was a god send.

It was quite spread out so made it hard to meet people at times. Could have done with more organized group activities.

Beach Bum Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Gili T! It's the only hostel on the main road, right behind one of the coolest bars called Lava. The rooms are spacious and with only 3 to 4 beds it's easy to have your own space and still make friends with other solo travelers. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they keep the rooms and bathrooms pretty clean, and you get a complimentary simple breakfast every day. You can also book activities, bikes, and even your ferry back to Bali through them. I spent 3 weeks there and loved every minute of it!

Basically nothing. Loved my stay in Gili Beach Bum the whole time I was in Gili T! If anything, the WiFi could be better... but if you spend most of the day at the beach or doing activities it won't affect you too much.

Amazing hotel with big room. It was very clean and eve had 4th bed on the 2nd floor. AC was working super well. We rented nice bikes in the hotel, the price was cheaper than renting outside. The breakfast was super tasty and the dining place is so vibrant. Recommended!!

There is a karaoke sometimes working until midnight I think so get ready to listen to some songs)) But for me it was okay, I went to listen)
