the location to the turtle beach is exceptional. can can literally walk across the road, get into the water and see turtles. Having a villa with a pool was perfect for steamy afternoons to cool off. walking distance to many restaurants and cycling to everywhere.

there was a waiter at the cafe attached to the villas that continually made fun of our country. he would swear every second word. we explained it wasn’t funny and he continued to do it. We limited our time at the cafe. it would be good to get room service from the cafe to the villa. I like a good coffee.

La Bella is a lovely resort right on turtle beach so we were able to walk out of our room, have a nice breakfast on the beach and straight into the water for snorkelling with turtles and beautiful tropical fish. This was our main reason for travelling to Gili T.

I feel I should be honest - the advertised tv with cable channels did not work and the internet was sketchy. We are an older couple and we don't usually want to party at night so being able to watch a movie in bed was difficult at times. This may not be an issue for most but we stayed here for around 18 nights total. Also, sorry to say the food was much better elsewhere. Basic Indo food was ok but 5 out of 6 pizzas on the menu included canned corn and the tuna bruschetta was a soggy slop with canned corn and a stiff little piece of overcooked tuna! We would have eaten there more often but the surrounding warungs/restaurants generally served better food. (Sorry La Bella).

Fantastic location. Beautiful villa with pool. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed and more. Pool was a fantastic bonus. Location was fabulous, right on Turtle point. A matter of steps away from the beach and right on the main strip of shops. Only 20 minutes walk from sunset beach. Would definately recommend these gorgeous villas.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Very nice staff & comfortable room. We stayed in 2 types of room. First we had the tropical bathroom one and we enjoyed showers right under the stars! That rooms is above the reception building. The other room was one with a shared pool, it was located 20m by the alley next to reception and it was a bit more spacious, no tropical bathroom, but with a nice and small pool to use. We had breakfast included at the restaurant and you can have it by the beach, you also get to use the beach sunbeds during the day while you swim with turtles! Highly recommended & very good value for money! I would stay again without a doubt!

I really enjoyed my stay. Maybe having more breakfast options would be good as only the bowls were vegetarian, plus having the option to add sweetener or sugar to the breakfast juices.

We upgraded to a room with a private pool before arriving and we are so glad we did! The outdoor space was great and the room was a good size. One of the best rooms I've stayed in and for a reasonable price. The hotel has sun loungers on the beach which you can enjoy for free. We walked 3 minutes further up the beach to turtle point for snorkeling and saw 6 or 7 turtles and so many fish! Others have seen turtles right in front of the hotel but we weren't so lucky. The location was great being only a 10 minute walk from the harbour. And a small walk to bars/restaurants. Breakfast was a good portion and tasty. We enjoyed this in our room which was lovely.

We were told different things by different staff members regarding breakfast. We were told to WhatsApp reception to order, so we did, but did not get a reply (after a 30 minute wait) and had to pop around to the restaurant to order. I requested a floating breakfast with us having a private pool but was told a couple of minutes after ordering that it would be 150K extra for this which I felt was unnecessarily high so we opted not to go for this. The hotel also owns the restaurant so we ate dinner there. It was more expensive than some places and not great quality but it seemed as though all restaurants on Gili T were the same.

Right on one of the nicest parts of the beach, where you can see turtles chilling just metres from the shore. Very comfortable sunbeds available for hotel guests and attentive and friendly staff. We went for the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint, stunning vista to wake up to. The breakfast service is fantastic; you can scan the QR code in the room and text them your order in WhatsApp and they will bring it to you on the balcony; you don’t even have to get out of bed! The tasty breakfast on the balcony with the view was one of my favourite parts of the whole trip.

Wifi slow but to be expected on these small islands with limited infrastructure; I’m sure it would be the same in any other hotel.

La Bella is right on the beach opposite turtle point, if you're spending the day on the beach, make sure you hire or have a snorkel because the turtles are amazing. You have private beds you don't need to pay for, but just a reminder that the hotel does not serve alcohol but there are plenty of other places near that do. Didn't try the food much, but what I had to eat and drink was nice. We had a room with a sea view on the second floor which was great, especially watching the world go by on the balcony. It's in a great location up from the pier away from the nightlife but only 10 minute's walk.

The power kept cutting in the room throughout the night, however, nothing wasn't fixed within the hour. The restaurant staff also forgot our food and drink order a couple of times.

The private villas with a pool were beautiful. Very spacious both inside and outside with everything you need. The location is fantastic right on the beach, however you do have to access them down the side alleyway which is under construction and very dark at night, though it didn’t bother us too much. The breakfast was great as well, choice of hot meal (eggs, omelette, nasi goreng etc) and came with fresh fruit, coffee/tea and fresh fruit juice. Restaurant staff were great.

We really enjoyed our stay there, however the property was undergoing renovations while we were there in July 2022. There is a fair bit of dust and noise around the villas. Our Villa was the only one that was complete as they were working on all the others, but not a major issue. Reception told us we could check in at 2.00pm so we waited around, however the room wasn’t ready until 4.30pm as it seemed they were still completing renovations on it and cleaning up around it. Pool was very highly chlorinated.

Staff-Right from check in, staff were all so nice and could not do enough for us. We asked them to come and check the TV and the air conditioning and show us how to use the safe after check in and they came straight away. We also requested a sheet instead of a duvet which they provided as well. Amazing staff Room- room was lovely, had everything you could need. Came with a little tank of filtered water which was great. The bathroom was also nice and spacious with a big shower. Breakfast - the carpe diem restaurant we had breakfast in was lovely, staff really nice and service was really quick. I fell in love with their carpe diem breakfast which was a strawberry smoothie bowl, banana cake and a cappuccino. Delicious. My partner had the English breakfast every day and loved it. Location- hotel is on the beachfront with free sun beds for residents of the hotel. 10 mins walk from padang bai harbour so in an ideal location. (TIP if walking back to the harbour from the hotel, the Eka Jaya(and other) check in desks are about 200m BEFORE the harbour on the same side as the hotel.... so save yourself a walk and check in on the way) Restaurant(carpe diem)- we had some meals here and the food was lovely and good value.

The air conditioning was not as strong as the other places we stayed in Bali. Also the TV didn't work,Netflix only worked for the first night and was then gone. But these were not big issues for us as we weren't in the room that much.
