The location was perfect, we were within walking distance of major shopping centres and it didn't take us long to get anywhere by car. The staff were incredibly friendly. Our 3 bedroom apartment was superb. The gym was spacious and had just enough equipment. Breakfast was delicious. The service I received in the beauty salon was amazing and the service provided by the Spa was just what I needed on our last day.

The large filtered water bottle in the apartment, we had to change ourselves when empty. There was meant to be new bottles located on the floor which we couldn't find.

Such a pleasant stay, the staffs were always welcoming and nice. Us family would always end up in ascott no matter what. Definitely will come back soon!

Everything was perfect, except my sister got bitten by bedbugs on her body on our second last day of stay we’re not sure where it came from but the staffs were helpful to help clean and vacuum the bed for us. Hopefully ascott can take note of this to ensure the cleanliness is maintained and to inform the housekeepers to ensure they check the beds just in case. Another issue is the pool was still under construction, we came in December 2023 the adult pool was under construction as well so its kinda sad.

Its strategic location and the staffs are very helpful and friendly.

There's unpleasant smell in my room that we suspected came from the aircond. It became worst on our last day.

My stay in the spacious Ascott Hotel Residence apartment on the 20th floor was exceptional. Even as a single occupant, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed living room, and luxurious, large bathroom; room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were excellent, and all areas were impeccably maintained. The residence provided a comfortable and home-like experience, and I plan to utilize the property for both short-term and extended stays in the future. The convenient proximity to Grand Indonesia Mall, Hyatt Aryaduta Hotel, and Kempinski Hotel Plaza Indonesia was a significant advantage.❤️

During our stay, we have encountered an unexpected event. My mother was feeling unwell and need to go to the hospital immediately. Luckily, Miss Tusmiati is very kind and helpful during our stay. She helps my mother when she’s feeling unwell and needs to go to the hospital, how thoughtful of her. I am beyond grateful to meet her during our stay. Mr Rafliansyah helps us during check-in and check-out. Check-in and check-out process was fast, and we get to enjoy some drinks while waiting for our room. Mr Raflianshah also help us by giving suggestions when we ask about which hospital we should headed to. And during our check-out he still check on my mother’s well-being. Not to forget about the strategic location of this hotel and how spacious and clean the room was! This hotel is just a walking distance to Thamrin, Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia. The convenience store such as Indomaret as just across the road. Room was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Shower gel and shampoo smells good! All of the staff are very helpful and kind (security, concierge, receptionist you name it)! Great service and love the experience at the hotel. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Love it and highly recommended especially when you travel with family or with big group.

Good location, just walk 5 minutes to reach Grand Indonesia Mall. Receptiom friendly staff Gate security staff were helpfull and friendly..he even help us to cross the road, when we went to Grand Indonesia mall. Housekeeping staff quite fast to answer our needs. The room were spacious. They provide a galon mineral water for us.

Kitchen facility : electric pot can't work. There is oven in kitchen but looks dirty and don't have any tray to bake something..unfortunately we buy some croissant..so we Can't make it warm. Using the microwave with the grill function..also can't works. Slippers & hairdryer were not provided in our rooms, we have to call the housekeeping for it. We have to wait for the hairdryer about 1 hour.

- The hotel is very clean and beautiful. - It is right next to Grand Indo Mall and Thamrin City Mall (the hotel is in between these two malls by just a cross of a road away 👍🏻). It is also walkable to Plaza Mall so it is very convenient. - Room is very spacious and comfortable. - Staffs are helpful and friendly.

- The shower is in the bathtub which is quite dangerous as the bathtub is very slanted and too tall to get into. It is also slippery. It may be a struggle and dangerous for elderlies. - Pool was still under construction during our stay so only a small space avail. for swimming. Unsure when will be ready.

Very big room for all 4 rooms we rented, kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, brew coffee is available. A very special one is the 3 bed-room unit which we were not only able to wash our clothes with washing machine but also a dryer is available to dry up our clothes. Many shopping malls is only walking distance away, and easy access to many restaurants. Very happening at night because the hotel is located in the strategic location of Jakarta city center. Security check is tight therefore we feel safe staying in the hotle.

Body lotion was not provided to us until we discovered that we have to make a request for it. Mug and glass is not provided sufficiently for very room we rented, 2 bed-room or 3 bed-room unit are provided with only 2 mugs at each room. It should be understood by hotel if 2 bed-room unit can be stayed by 4 persons, 4 mugs or 4 glasses should be available in the room, likewise for 3-bed room unit.

Upon arrival, our experience was delightful as we were warmly welcomed with refreshing "Jamu" drinks by the friendly frontliner. Having booked a 3-bedroom apartment, we found ample space for relaxation and leisure. The furnishings and amenities contributed to the cozy atmosphere, enhancing our overall stay experience. Regarding the facilities, the highlight was undoubtedly the pool area. The pool exceeded our expectations, offering a great space for relaxation and enjoyment. The adult pool, with its depth of 1.8 meters, provided a serene environment tailored for adult guests seeking a tranquil swimming experience. In terms of location, the hotel's positioning was ideal. Situated conveniently between the Grand Indonesia Mall and accessible street food vendors, we found ourselves in the midst of both shopping and culinary delights. This central location facilitated easy exploration of the city's offerings, whether for leisurely strolls through the mall or culinary adventures in the bustling streets. Overall, our stay was characterized by exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities. The combination of warm greetings, efficient service, and prime location made our experience truly memorable and enjoyable.

The most convenient location between Grand Indonesia (a large shopping center) and Thamrin City Mall (a shopping complex that sells a variety of batik clothing). All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile on their face. Security and check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. My elderly dad caught a terrible cold and we were impressed with the Night team including the receptionist Mr Dannan and the security who were very caring and patient with us in the middle of a very stressful night. We are also very grateful to the staff that organised a wheelchair and taxi for us to the hospital the following morning. Our room was always very clean thanks to the warm and excellent service by Mr Syaifuddin. Despite being very busy tending to the entire floor that we were on, My Syaifuddin and the other housekeeping staff were always ready to help us whenever we asked.

The swimming pool was very tiny and couldn’t really accommodate a large number of guests.
