WoW WoW WoW What an absolutely fabulous EXCEPTIONAL experience staying at Mandarin. I’m a Big FAN of MOJKT. Everything was EXCEPTIONAL Billy from front desk showed us the property and the views from the room are spectacularly “Monumental”. They have thought of everything and provide exceptional personalised service. Randy at the fitness center is professional and eager to help. Spa and massages are awesome. Concierge Aditya and team are knowledgeable. Breakfast is exceptional ably led by Bayu. Room decorated by Salvina, Tami and Ochi is exceptional. The list goes on and on…

We were staying at the MO in a City View Tower Suite which meant we were facing the main central monument and roundabout outside the hotel which is the best view to have. The Suite itself was very large and luxuriously furnished as one would expect at the MO. The rooms were spotless, cleaned twice a day including turn down service. Breakfast in the hotel is an occasion with a huge selection of buffet and made to order dishes - I was there for 5 nights and ate different each morning. I highly recommend checking out the restaurants and bar in the hotel. We tried each of them and all deliver wonderful food. The Pool area is very relaxing after a hard day in the city however I would also praise the location of this hotel because you have incredible transport, shopping and food options right outside the hotel in the various Malls and establishments across the roads.

No negative comments or aspects to note.

First of all, arriving at the premises with proper security checks ensures you feel safe right away. The staff’s welcome when you enter the hotel is very friendly and smooth. The check-in process is quick and seamless; in my case, Miss Dilla did a wonderful job, and one of her colleagues even offered me a welcome drink while I waited. Since I arrived much earlier than expected, they kindly brought me to the lounge and offered complimentary coffee and water while I waited for my room to be ready. I must say, this has been one of the best welcoming experiences I’ve ever had. Most importantly, the rooms are exactly as shown on booking.com—spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with great interior decor. Mandarin Oriental has also chosen a very strategic location for the hotel, making it convenient for guests. It’s close to major malls, a police station, and many other essential places, which greatly enhances the overall experience. A special thanks to the staff at the Lyon restaurant and Cinnamon. I can't remember all the names, but my gratitude extends to the entire team and to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Andrew Abram! Additionally, the hotel’s gym and spa are fantastic, offering a well-equipped fitness area and a serene spa experience. Whether you're working out or relaxing, both facilities are top-notch and truly enhance the overall stay.

There is nothing bad to say.

Everything! From the staff at reception ( Ochi) to Yula and Niki at the restaurant, everyone was awesome. Ochi made sure we were taken care of very well until our room was ready. Customer care and service are just exceptional, and you can see that the staff are happy doing what they do, and they are trained well. We are a fan and will visit again for sure.

There was nothing to not like. We just had a little issue in our room with one of the ceiling lights, and we had to sleep with it on the whole night. The reception staff did offer to come and have a look but it was really late at night and we didn't want to be disturbed. But other than that we had a great stay.

the staff were very accommodating 😊 Loved their service, the in room dining was super yummy & the restaurant Li Feng served really good dimsum. Special shoutout to Jonathan at front desk for my check in and check out at ungodly hours, To Chef Jeffrey & his team for making me so welcome at breakfast & for the cakes! & To Marsha at the poolside bar 🙏

shame that the French restaurant Lyon was either fully booked or booked for a private event.

The staff are very very sweet, caring and considerate. They made me feel at home. They have show their caring beyond my expectation from any hotel staff in other places I stayed before. Thank you Kelly, Oki, Neha, Rama, Ryan, Dewi, Ika- you are the best. Thank you to the very kind and caring manager of the breakfast in the hotel. Oki escort us to walk to the mall during his break time when we were too scared to cross the streets. I was very touched.

The toilet seat is a bit high and cold (not sure it was on purpose to cool down for the hot weather).

I had an incredible time during my stay! Yola, Manri, Dilla, Muhammed, and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch, and the hospitality made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was just what I needed. I'll definitely be coming back for another stay soon. Highly recommended!

It will be my first time to give a review here and I feel excited to do so. I cannot stress well enough how MO JKT exceeded our expectations. If there are three top-notch things I remember about our stay - it would be the service, the bed and room, and the food. For me, what makes MO JKT stand out is their service. The staff are all thoughtful and made our stay really special - we felt that they love what they do and will assist you in just about anything. In just a short period of time, the staff will make you feel like family and will go out of the way to help you. The hotel also has an elegant and polished vibe. It was in the middle of a very energetic spot in Jakarta but every time I enter the hotel, I feel like I am back home. There are also good cafes around the area. Not to mention, the big malls (alongside Bundaran HI) are nearby. Overall, there are many other great hotels in Jakarta, but MO will definitely be amongst (if not our top choice) our picks when we go back!

I have nothing to complain about, really! Cannot even nitpick at this point because it's just an awesome property overall!

It's a prime 5 start address in Jakarta, and they live up to this. Never feeled this pampered in any hotel. They provided any support they could on request.

The Swimming pool is s little small (but now we are really trying to find sometnign to say here). The traffic on the street is audible and the urban surroundings are forgettable, but that is Jakarta for you. Tight security for fear of Islamist pressure combined with misguided urban planning (these point are hardly the hotel's fault).

Absolutely loved the standards of comfort found at this Mandarin Hotels property in Jakarta . The room was a suite , wonderfully arranged with lots of space and very well decorated. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of items for this time of the day. The staff at this hotel incredibly well trained, kind and competent. Must mention that the food and the service at the Chinese restaurant was really outstanding.

Variety of international food on offer and available at the casual restaurant could have been grater .
