This is my first trip to Bali. I made a reservation for this hotel because of the suggestion from my students. That's quite a good choice for us not just cospa but also its location and room quality. This hotel is very close to our symposium and the airport. I walked to this hotel and stayed for at least four days here. In addition, it's also a good experence for me to visit several shopping mall near here. Anyway, thank you Bali, and hotel Kuta Tuban. See you next time.

The location is perfect if you come from the airport and need a place that is very very close to it. The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast was ok

I didn’t like the treatment I received from the driver (I know that is a third party service but it indeed is partnered with the hotel) The driver charged me significantly more for the airport - hotel route (with Gojek or grab I would have paid 50 %less) And when the day after I informed the driver that I preferred to cancel the reservation with him due to the high cost (he asked me 550k while with Gojek was 125k for the same route) he started insulting me on WhatsApp in a very unpleasant way. I informed the hotel manager that was very sorry and agreed with me that the driver’s request and reaction was not acceptable

Perfect for 1 night as it is so close to the airport and free airport shuttle each hour. They gave us 2 rooms next to each other for our family, which other places throughout our trip seemed to struggle with. Nice touch with free soft drink and chips in room fridge- no other hotels had done this. Comfy beds and nice pool. Buffet Breakfast was very decent! We ate dinner there too- which was nice and convenient because we were a bit burnt out from out 2 weeks of Bali adventure- but the 20% tax on dinner was the most we had experienced in the whole 2 week trip.

Great location for transiting in Bali. The complimentary shuttle pick up and drop off at the airport is a great service. Check in was seamless and quick. Room is basic, but clean and well presented. On site restaurant provides good meals at a reasonable price. Massages at the onsite Spa were excellent. Breakfast offering was expansive and has something for everyone. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Member's Program provides 15% discount at the restaurant, spa etc which is great. Appreciate the affordable, late check out option being available for those departing Bali late at night.

Would like to be able to bill additional charges to my room, so I am settling / paying once rather than having numerous transactions on my card. The larger bus is not suitable for older people to get on and off and not enough space between the seats for legs.

It was my second stay at Harris Tuban and once again I thoroughly enjoyed it. I stayed in Bali for one night on my way to another city in Indonesia. The staff including the ones who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, front desk staff, and those who helped with the luggage, were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the provided slippers were handy since I had not brought any. The only minor issue was the lighting which was not bright enough for me to work on the bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of food selections. I really enjoyed my breakfast. All in all, I was very pleased and will definitely stay at Harris again when I visit Indonesia and stop over in Bali in the future. I will recommend Harris Tuban to travelers who need comfortable accommodation and good food close to the airport. Great work to all staff!

Minor issue, lighting in the room

We stayed only one night. It was perfect for early morning transfer to the airport, plus free hourly shuttle! The pool was lovely, clean and inviting, with pool beds and towels. They have a nice bar and small restaurant with a good menu, that met our needs in the evening. The hotel also gives you a breakfast box choice if you are leaving before breakfast opening time. We arrived before our check-in time but because the room was ready they gave us the key straight away. This was very much appreciated. Comfy bed and lovely hot shower. TV in the room. Very friendly staff. Only 15 minute walk to Kuta beach area. Overall a great place for an airport transfer stop and good value for money.

The fridge in our room had a very sour smell. We kept it firmly shut and didn't use it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioner worked well. Bed comfortable. Room clean. Meals in restaurant were very good. We were not going to be there for our breakfast on the 2nd morning so they gave us the option of 4 types of a set menu for dinner on the night instead before which was very nice. Pool area looked lovely and a man played a musical instrument near the bar near the pool every so often was enjoyable.

Room a bit dated. View out of the window was the roof of a house and a bit of a bare garden. Would have liked to have more fresh water available in the room. Pool not very deep. There were other rooms which would have had much better views near the pool and bar area.

Close to airport as we arrived Bali in the evening were flying out to Lombok the next morning.

The emailed instructions for the free shuttle from the domestic airport said ‘Beside Papimart, near parking area’, we found the closest Papimart in an airport car park, it was a long walk from the arrivals exit. After waiting 40 minutes and no shuttle bus arriving we had to walk to the hotel as it was closer than going back to the main airport to find a taxi. We were told at check-in the email instructions are outdated as that Papimart is now closed and management has not updated the information that is sent out automatically. Very disappointing as we had booked a poolside room but the pool was closed when we eventually checked in. Few vegetarian/vegan choices on the breakfast buffet, but the restaurant manager helped get some almond milk and grilled tomatoes.

Rooms already cooled and drinks and snacks in fridge. 5. The 24hr restaurant served us a delicious dinner at 12am with smile on their face. 6. Comfort of beds, slippers, toothbrush, fresh cool water to drink. 7. The delicious buffet breakfast, staff were on standby bringing us coffee and cooked eggs. Variety of food and delish. 8. Room service prompt and polite 9. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Overall, it was a nice place. We stayed there many years ago and enjoyed the breakfast buffet; still good but a bit less, for example, no yogurt, etc. Hope you don't mind orange; orange colour theme. Still would recommend the place.

The picture of where to wait for transport needs to be clearer. Also about the walk over from the airport hall. There were two places not too far from each other which were the same sign color and words outside so it needs to be clear which one. We waited an hour for Harris transport. Information said it was on the hour. We missed the on the hour, getting to the pick-up point at 4:15, but the bus came at 5:25 well after the hour. Disappointed. Then it took one hour due to traffic to get to Harris, though it's very close to the airport which is why we chose it. If you don't have luggage, just a backpack or carryon, it's best to walk 10-15 minutes versus waiting or being stuck in traffic.
