Another wonderful stay at the Palm Beach Resort. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. We had a problem with the first room. It was changed promptly and to our satisfaction. The restaurant is consistently good and very inexpensive. The pool is spotlessly clean. Close walk to German Beach. The gardens are beautiful. Just a wonderful all round experience that keeps us coming back time and time again. If you are looking for a luxury resort this may not be the one for you. If you are looking for an affordable, friendly hotel with everything you could possibly want for the price then this is your destination in Bali. Already planning the next trip to the Palm Beach Resort.

I think it was once a very nice hotel in the 90's. It's older style and seems, haven't been much renovated. But the location is great. Along this way, there are several hotels which cost twice or three times. The access to the beach is very easy, although it's not really direct to the beach. What I like most here, is the staff. THEY ALL ARE SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE! 💓 From the security, front desk, housekeeping, gardener, to the restaurant staffs, everyone was friendly. Thank you, Guys!!! 🙏🏻 The warmth you share with us, make out stay totally comfortable 🥰 I love the breakfast. The choices are not big, but they taste really great! I love everything which was served for breakfast 💓 P.S: People who gave negative reviews about this hotel... sorry, you can't expect 5stars hotel room if it's written 3stars 😅 and you can find many more 5 stars hotel close to this one. But this hotel doesn't deserve bad reviews, as they already offer cheap price. ✌🏻😇 For those who have lower budget, want close and easy access to the beach, doesn't mind about simple breakfast and homey but not too luxurious place to stay, I would totally recommended this one! 👍🏻

The bed/matrass made noise when we moved (room 803). Maybe, it needs to be changed/repair?!

Hotel was beautiful. Plants/trees, flowers, very green. Gorgeous stay. A pleasure to be there. Staff were so friendly Food and spa treatments were great value. Room service was prompt and food always delivered immediately Communication was good Taxi there and back was early, easy to find, and got me to the airport efficiently Bedroom was gorgeous

Shower needed a shower curtain as I got water all over the floor Could have benefitted from a small shop for items like toothpaste

Pool clean and challenging not to take a dive. Room clean, however, needs some more attention, cause of normal wear and tear. Breakfast good to start the day with.

Bed linnen, towels, etc, have had their time. Small little repairs on the cabinet doors etc. The street side is used by youngsters to gather and chill, which is very loud at night hours.

I was disappointed with my experience at the Day Spa. I had three different treatments and unfortunately i got the same person each time. She in my opinion was not trained in the field and did not listen to me when I said she was being too rough and strong. Maybe if I had a different person my experiences would of been different

I stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel on 23 Nov - 2 Dec 2024. This hotel has always been my regular place to stay in Bali. For several years now, I have been regularly going to Bali at the end of every year to vacation and relax and enjoy tourism on the island of Bali. And this hotel is always a top choice for staying. Nice rooms, clean, comfortable, strategic location, affordable prices, delicious food and the best quality hospitality services by the staff (both in the Rooms, Front Office, Restaurant, SPA, Security departments). PALM BEACH HOTEL BALI IS THE BEST

A bit old fashion hotels but staffs are very kind and helpful. Strategic location as it is very near to kuta beach. Mattress quality should be improved to support better quality of sleep

Limited breakfast variety, no bathub, sulfur smelling water

Proximity to surfing reefs

Wi-fi was substandard even compared to cafes, but adequate for basic emails etc

The location was good. The campus was very peaceful. Beautiful flowers and full of greenery. A person in need of peace should choose this place. The beach was just 5 minutes walking. Breakfast was very good. It's continental buffet breakfast. All the staff weather at reception, or Gardner, or cook or cleaning person, everyone was so kind , put a smile on their face, and always greet you, and was helpful.

There was not much to dislike. The TV in my room was not working. And the cupboard doors and bathroom doors need some repairs. That's all.

Shady pool area. Good inexpensive restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms with fridge and air con. Quiet location opposite beach. Short walk to main street shops, restaurants etc.
