The hotel is so close to the airport you can walk it in 15 minutes, or take a $7 taxi ride that takes five minutes. The staff were very polite and the bed extremely comfortable. The were glass bottles of water in the room so more than just cheap plastic bottles. There was tea and coffee. There was a comfortable arm chair in the room and the shower was large and had good pressure and hot water.

I missed breakfast by twenty minutes but they weren't flexible [it finishes at 10am despite being an airport hotel - I arrived at 3am]. The TV reception wasn't great and not many English channels. I stayed at a Quest in Cebu in the Philippines and it felt like a good four star hotel, but this place looks a bit run down and in need of refurbishment so I was a little disappointed, especially as the price was the same.

Overall we didn't dislike any of the stuff. We are willing to revisit the hotel

The location it's really close to airport, the WiFi, close to the beach and easy to find everything around. The breakfast was really nice, the staff were amazing nice and friendly so welcoming. I really enjoyed and recommend it. I'll back soon and stay in the same hotel 😊

I heard something really noise from the room next to me. Sounds like they were built something I'm not sure what it was. After all was good.

The customer service here is truly exceptional. They create a warm and inviting atmosphere, always going above and beyond to help. It feels comforting to know that they genuinely care about your needs.

It would be wonderful if the restaurant could offer an international food menu. That way, more people can enjoy a diverse range of flavors and cuisines.

The staff, the location of the property, the proximity to the airport and the ease of checking in and out. Easy to go to Kuta beach, room service is also good, though only until 10PM.

The first room had an issue with plumbing: leaking and flooding of the toilet. But Nathan took quick action and transfered us to another room, which we highly appreciated.

I loved this place. It was so perfect for my son and I. Big spacious room, daily housekeeping and such a big comfy bed. The staff here are incredible. Very young staff which I think is fantastic. They are so willing to help and really take the time to speak to you and actually thank you, and mean it, when you stay here. The pool is awesome. I didn't use it but my baby had a swim and thoroughly enjoyed. My room had a balcony and I really enjoyed that. The tv channels are awesome. Quite a variety of English channels. Selfish of me, but I really liked that. The breakfast here was absolutely beautiful. My boring Western palate couldn't handle all the Indonesian food but you have the option to order Western breakfasts which you don't need to pay extra for. The staff and chef noticed the 1st day that I didn't eat from the buffet. The next day, they had introduced some western style foods for us. Thank you to everybody here and especially the restaurant crew.

The only thing is the rooms are not soundproof. You have the worshipping over an extremely loud speaker so the first couple days it's a bit daunting and you're questioning whether you made the right decision booking here but you get used to it! The other issue was again the soundproofing. Had a couple in a room next to us going for gold and probably didn't realize that we could hear EVERYTHING. The springs in the bed and the woman screaming her appreciation. It woke my baby up at 2.30 in the morning so I was not as impressed as the woman as you could imagine. By way of revenge, I allowed my overtired infant to cry and bang on their wall from 5am. Petty but satisfying 🤭😂

The location only 5minutes from the airport and not too far from Kuta busy area, the room is clean and good lighting, The towel fragrance also unwind after shower from our tired day. Also The staff super friendly and helpful, It was Ms.Putri who sincere to help and share information.

Calls to prayer so loud especially so early in the morning. Meals at the restaurant rather scant and took a very long time to arrive. Lack of alternate restaurants nearby. Cost of a hotel driver to get to the airport 10 minutes away.

This hotel can imporve by leaps and bounds on few small things. Check taps . Insall intercoms and room service etc. Otherwise the hotel is good with all that is required for a tourise. Very close to airport in a quite neighbourhood. if you are looking for poshness in exteriors then this is not the hotel for you. Book the senior suite and its worth the money.

wash basin had some problems leading to leak elsewhere . no intercom.

Long Pool good for swimming lengths if only 2-3 other people in it Hot water in poolside shower! Comfortable room with balcony. Kettle etc- Good! Near different restaurants 9n same street. No traffic noise etc on back of hotel. Cheap tasty dishes in restaurant. Menu bit limited.. Good value for money!

Whole place a bit worn, eg floorboards round pool. NOT dangerous!.Understandable after2 years of pandemic!
