Situated in good location, walking distance to restaurants, shops,beach, shopping malls, massage. Easy check in & out. Very friendly staff. Good size rooms, good showers, good a/c. Good value for money

Couple broken cardio machines broken, need adjustable bench in gym . Pools are nice but water is warm, so couldn't cool down in pool.

Pool was great area. Loved the bar in the pool.

That many other people staying there, put there towels down on chairs in morning and then went out for the day so no one could sit on those chairs. Not good. Unacceptable.

Pool area with a swim up bar...clean room and comfy bed...great little run of shops part of the resort with barber,waxing nails centre,tattooist,medical centre,teeth whitening and a cafe...good happy staff...all in the centre of Kuta surrounded by a miriad of great restaurants and bars

Nice big room and bed overlooking pools, enjoyed the choice at the buffet breakfast each morning. 10 minute walk to the beach

Quite expensive late check out compared to the price we paid for the room I think this was almost 80% of the room cost for a night. Gym equipment was a bit broken (bike seats not staying up and the other was broken)

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We would like to give a special mention to one of your staff members. His name is Arji. I hope I`m spelling his name correctly. He is a polite and extremely helpful young man that is working at your Hotel for no wages, He is also a student with ambitions to one day work on a Cruise ship. We spent time talking with him at the pool bar and also when he served us at the buffet breakfast , and he is doing a fantastic job at improving his English speaking. The ceiling in the corridor leading to the lower rooms is leaking . The water is dripping onto the tiled floor. But I believe this is going to be fixed..

-receptionist gave us wrong information and ruined our last night dinner. On fridays there is bbq organised in the garden (we extended our stay at hotel not on booking.com). I asked reception if half board guests can join....No. u have to pay extra....we arrive at 9.30 pm at restaurant and staff asked us why we didn’t join bbq as hb are also invited!!!! At that time all staff were moving tables, chairs so we had to wait long for our food and we think it was scraps from bbq meals too as our goreng was partly spicy even that meal it is isnt:) -staff don't know the room numbers as orientation. This was confirmed by a friend of mine who is indonesian! Also poor numbering display or a map. -just two big towels in the room, no hand towels, basic amenities.

Location was great, a few minutes away from shops, bars and the beach

Booked a premium deluxe double room. Room was absolutely fine but had no view at all other than directly into the opposite room. When queried with reception as to whether this was a premium deluxe room, was told it was as it was in the new block of rooms that had been refurbished and being advertised as deluxe was about the room and not T all about the outside views. Additionally the AC did not work very well at all.reported to reception a few times and they were very quick to send someone but still it didn’t work very well.

Pool was great, food from the restaurant nice. Food and drink reasonable price. Staff were lovely. Property has a spa. Has a reasonable gym, there were USB chargers in my room type so I didnt need an adapter (my friends room didnt have though). toothbrush and paste, shower gel and shampoo were provided. Bathrooms nicely finished and very clean. Clothes dryer outside all rooms. Location is fantastic. Rooms were big with seating option aside from the bed

There were no tissues in the room, the balcony is small - it has a wooden Clothes dryer on it to dry clothes which is great but there was no space to sit outside

Really nice hotel in the middle of Kuta's bustling centre, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Given the name, we were worried it might have a noisy beach club vibe but it was incredibly family/couple friendly and relaxing. Excellent breakfast buffet with a lot of choice, and great half board menu for lunch/dinner - we were particularly impressed as vegetarians. Nice open pool area with plenty of sun beds and a swim-up bar. The room was also spacious, clean and comfortable. We could have easily stayed for longer!

Minor thing we noticed was the same songs on repeat by the pool each day - would have been nice to have different / more relaxing music.

Leaked at westafel which they fix at the first day but water become hot after. The 3 rd day fix by the cleaning officer after he check. Sleeper have to be asked, same as handtowel and they only provide toilet tissue😅
