The location was great, it was easy to get to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and everyone staying there was easy to get along with too. The pool was lovely and the room had good facilieties including the best air con we've ever had, a really cold fridge and a wardrobe.

The shower was difficult to use. It didn't stay on the shower setting so you had to hold the plug up while showering, but it did wash us.

The inner courtyard is cute and gives the hotel a nice atmosphere. The pool looks clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable / softest I had so far since my 2 months of travelling. The AC works amazingly and the cold stays in the room. There's a balcony big enough for 2 chairs and a table.

The shower has no pressure at all, I almost couldn't get my shampoo out of my hair. Either the water is burning hot with good pressure or cold with no pressure at all. The mirror is dirty and kinda foggy so you don't see yourself clearly.

Bigger room with balcony (table and chairs are there) overlooking the swimming pool. Nice surroundings. King size comfortable bed with a bit messy beddings. Bedside lamps, Enough good furniture. Very good WiFi. OK bathroom with hot shower. Toiletries. Minibar. Aircon. I didn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice, clean, inviting. Friendly Reception.

The staff kindly gave me a better room as it was raining and I had an injury. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and large balcony. Breakfast was available with a range of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice, clean pool with a breeze. I would stay again.

The bath wasn't clean on arrival but was cleaned well when the room was made up.

The swimming pool and the space to be outside are wonderful to chill out. The room has a really big and comfortable bed. Even with a wide terrace with a table and two chairs. For the price I think it is really a very good choice, especially if you need to be near the airport.

The bathroom is a bit old, could be a bit more comfortable. And the room furniture, apart from old it seemed not to be properly cleaned.

Convenient to mart stores laundry kuta main street but hidden a little back from main St so nice n quiet relaxing by the pool or kick back for a day and watch Netflix on internet TV my room had big double bed comfy for my taste and a mini fridge some hotels at this price don't have one staff are happy to help so for me 10/10 for value and meet my needs

Good staff, nice room and bed, close to the airport and walking distance to Kuta beach, easy check in and check out, quiet and calm place.

The stairs, I was like 3 flights of stairs up, not the best with the heat. The breakfast wasn't anything spectacular or sufficient, very basic but still okay to get you through an hour or two.

Nearby the beach and convenient to go anywhere. You can find and buy anything here because there are many shops nearby

The AC in my room didn't work well and off. I had to ask the technician to fix. We booked 6 rooms but there was 1 room with breakfast. I asked free breakfast for the rest of rooms but they said no. I don't think that's the good service if the manager can bring to the customers because we booked 6 rooms, not 1

Quality of the accom for the cost was incredibly impressive. Pool was great. Pet lizards were fun. We booked last minute and arrived 60 mins before check in time and they were able to accommodate a room for us straight away! Good location to get around Kuta and very close to the airport which was great for us. We did not stay for brakfast so cannot comment on this.

Wifi was spotty and v average.
