Good vibes and tasteful styling. Close to the port and on the main shopping street. Rooftop cafe overlooks the harbour. Makes a good base from which to explore Komodo and the islands nearby.

Not many complaints. These are minor issues: 1. It felt like our room was in a basement even though it was on the 2nd floor. That may be common to all places on this street, as they're built into the hillside. 2. The rooftop cafe had a limited menu.

the staff were lovely and the rooms were really nice considering the price. Location was also great because it was right in the middle of town. I did the massage at their spa (and while it was only a fan and no aircond), the masseuse was wonderful and the massage was so relaxing! We stayed here because we were stranded thanks to Mt Lewotobi, and when we managed to get a flight at the very last minute, all the staff were so helpful in helping us get to the airport ASAP. Extremely grateful for them and their hospitality.

The room is a good size for a budget hotel and there is free water and tea facilities shared in the hall. The shampoo and body wash provided in the bathrooms are lovely and the beds and duvet super comfortable. Aircon works well. The spa on site gives fantastic massages and the views from the restaurant are amazing for the famous sunset in Labuan Bajo. There is a very convenient shop and ATM opposite.

I stayed in room 15 first and during heavy rain the sewage system backed up into the bathroom leaving toilet matter on the floor in the shower basin and in the toilet. The sunset room 11 has a nice balcony but is not high up for the sunset the best sunset view will be from the restaurant. There is no luggage shelf in the room for a suitcase or large bag so if two of you are travelling together there will be limited floor space. The bathroom layout is a little annoying with the light switches and sink behind the door but not impossible to work around.

Could not have asked for a better view!!!! Absolutely stunning. Super friendly service from start to finish. Welcome fruit juice, served with glass straws (nice to see our hosts care about the environment). We were served dinner and breakfast on our private balcony overlooking beautiful sunsets and spectacular sunrises. Rooms and bathroom are simple, comfortable, functional and clean. Hot water in the shower was great. Hardly any other tourist around, such a lovely part of the island.

Very cute and authentic design, it really looks like a tree house with all the levels and steps. Extremely breathtaking view to Labuan Bajo marina from the restaurant at the roof. Restaurant is very cozy, good music, delicious food, friendly stuff. Spa is good, spa therapists very friendly and skillful. The room is nice, clean, comfortable bed and pillows, AC worked well, Eco-friendly amenities in the shower. Location is very convenient, shops and cafes are near by, easy pick up to go to a dive resort. Wi-Fi is good too.

I did enjoy my stay. no negative comments

I booked the Eco Tree for the night before and after the liveaboard I went on to discover the Komodo Islands. It is the perfect starting point as it is very centrally located at the harbor and everything that makes a tourist's heart beat faster is within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, so you can relax here after an exhausting trip before continuing on. But there is also no way around the Exo tree to relax after a few days liveaboard. I can only recommend it to anyone.

We booked our accommodation for the wrong date by accident and so when we arrived to check in, we had no booking and the place was full. We came here at 8pm and they gave us a room for a good price within 5 minutes which I thought was really great service. The bed was large and comfortable, good shower and it had some views of the port. The location is great, close to many restaurants and the port for trips into Komodo National Park.

It is quite noisy here from the road and construction but I am used to it from traveling around for a while now and just used earplugs.

Location was great, pretty walking distance to one another, the room smells absolutely nice, there also a water dispenser outside together with coffees n teas. The nearest laundry is 400m, the rooptop is facing the harbour, the breakfast is just nice. Personally i love it so much

It was a fantastic location. We had a room overlooking the sea, and the restaurant on the roof had an even better view. Lovely staff who were attentive to our needs. Chilled out atmosphere, similar to the rest of the town and close to everything. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at.

Room was a bit basic, but given how cheap it was and all the positives of the hotel cannot really complain

Loved the old wooden charm of the hotel as well as the harbour views from the upstairs restaurant. Slightly more pricey than some other ‘equivalent’ hotels in the area but still thought it was value for money. Rooms are nicely decorated although if you get a lower ground room (as we did) then no views, not even windows. Didn’t bother us for just the 1night we stayed but if you stay for longer then maybe request a room upstairs. Good breakfast options.

As mentioned, our room didn’t have any windows so was dark to wake up in which may not appeal to some.
