Loved the service by concierge team and the Housekeeping team.

The buffet breakfast closes too early .. it should be till 10.30am as it is a holiday resort most guests will want to wake up little later. My brother in law was upset with the service at the swimming pool on the request for the umbrellas to be set up for us. It took over 1 hour for the service to be delivered. That was disappointing as we saw that the staff were quick to assist the other guests (American/European). A number of excuses were given and finally they did set up the additional umbrella.

Food was never an issue for us with two young kids and elderly. Nirwana Gardens has got shuttle service to the other part of it.

The beach is not exactly clean nor encouraged for swimming. But I am glad the huge swimming pool made up for it.

The staff-service at the resort is excellent. The beach is pristine and very serene ( we were in the off-season). The villa is great for a large family like ours. we enjoyed our stay.

The prices at the resort store is exorbitant. Also the breakfast spread was great only on the first day, in the rest of our stay, there was no buffet, but only the standard repetition.

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Everybody grew beyond theirselves to make our stay pleasant for all of us. We had a 3 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family of 6. The surrounding gardens are well maintained, the location was peaceful and especially the kids loved the pool with waterslide. Kids club was lovingly, they took good care of our grandchildren.

Food options very limited and expensive for what you get. Due to the remote location there's no chance to dine outside the resort. During our stay many places were closed and after some days they even reduced the breakfast buffet to mainly a la carte. After complaining to the management we found a satsfying solution for us.

We were given a free upgrade to a villa with a private pool, it’s was a steal.The villa probably needs a bit of refurbishment. The food from the Restaurant is average, and it’s very expensive. Beer is SGD10, which is very expensive, pick up from duty free or the terminal ferry before you head to the resort.

Great staff and location.

No A/C in the ground floor of the villa made for a very uncomfortable to stay. The property is not exposed to sea breezes so it is very hot and uncomfortable. Installing a small A/C on the ground floor would make the stay perfect

stayed in 3br villa and pleasantly surprised by the villa and resort. there were 3 bathrooms (though downstairs shower had no shower curtain), big tv downstairs (smaller one in master) with lots of channels and overall well maintained.

just at this price point, expectations a little higher - living room not big enough for 6 pax, no helpful amenities like beach bag, umbrella, slippers

loved the view! the place was such a great getaway and we absolutely loved everything about the villa. staff were amazing and we felt so welcome from the moment we arrived

suria 4 toilet has a funny smell but probably just piping, could just put some good air freshener in the toilets. food abit pricey.

Beach, Swimming pool, Villa and hospitality of the staffs.

Foods and drinks are very expensive and we felt a little rushed out of breakfast every morning even though the staffs always talked to us in a very polite manner.

It was big and spacious area with nice swimming pools near me and delicious food near me.

There were many insects flying around and a cockroach went in my bathroom somehow
