We love everything about this hotel. The location is brilliant, right on the beach and very quiet, even though it is close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the gardens are amazing. The food is fantastic and very reasonably priced, with the eating areas overlooking the beach. A great place to relax and watch the activities on the beach and people strolling past . It’s a small boutique hotel, with approximately 60 rooms, so never feels busy or overcrowded. Still good for families, as it has small pools for children. The staff are wonderful, friendly , efficient and so helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. It was heart- warming to return after the pandemic to find everything is as good, if not better , than it used to be.

Service was exceptional, always quick to respond to any of our needs. Beautiful pools with plenty of sun loungers for all guests. Located right on Legian Beach and backing onto Jalan Padma Utara for shopping, transport etc. Junior Suites were private and comfortable, all the staff right across the resort were always friendly, happy and helpful. Gardens are beautifully maintained.

A wider range for the dinner menu and a Premium cocktail range for those wanting top shelf spirits would make it even better

loved the breakfast, pool was excellent, very good water quality. All the staff were amazing, it is obvious to see you only employ genuine nice people. Location was great, once work is finished on the wall/footpath it will be even better.

Our room was 2nd floor. The room above we think had young children ,every morning about 5-6am, i was woken by the sound of feet running on the floor above and the harsh scraping of wooden furniture on the tile floor. I think at least wooden furniture legs could have felt or rubber protection on the feet to stop the noise at least. I understand the sound of feet running is unavoidable, although annoying when trying to sleep.

For us (an older couple) we appreciated that it didn’t have a ‘kids club’ therefore there weren’t as many families with kids running around the pool area, it was mainly occupied by couples. The staff were beautiful, kind, friendly and couldn’t be more obliging. our ‘Classic Deluxe Double Room’ was on the ground floor with a really lovely seated veranda, the bed was enormous and very comfortable, bathroom really well appointed. Food was great, most night there was some entertainment in the restaurant which was always great. pool only had one water level, 1.6m which took a bit to get used to, great pool support all day.

I am a little shaky and there are some pretty steep steps to get too the top pool and to get into the pool, there are no handrails for either of these steps which I found a worry when the paving is wet and slippery, a real concern for me. management did mention they were looking into rectifying this.

Pool in sun all day. Lots of pool lounges. Staff are consistently so welcoming and absolutely couldnt do enough for you whether it be dining, pool area, luggage, reception. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Great location. Awesome breaky with great coffee. Beds and pillows and beach towels all great. There are cheaper places to stay in Bali so this was a treat type stay for us...but we def enjoyed it. Room was large and had a bath/shower. Our fav waitress was the gorgeous heloful Mini...she optimises the beautiful nature of Indonesian welcome to us as a tourist. 🩵

people putting towels on pool lounges & not even in the pool area for hours on end. this needs to be monitored better

Breakfast was brilliant, all staff went above and beyond. Pool was always pristine and a pleasure to swim in. Location was easy to find other places from, walking distance to everything. Room was great and great supply of drinking water. Spa was fantastic, indulged in massages.

Next time would make sure we request a shower without bath. The room we had, had the shower over the bath and could easily slip when getting into it, maybe a nonslip mat in the bath could help. We made comment to ourselves, definitely not wheelchair friendly.

Pool was lovely. Quiet and peaceful. Very old style bali property with lovely grounds with views to the beach. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast was good at $16 aud, not large choice but everything you needed for a big day. We had motor bike which made getting to garlic lane super easy although a 15-20 minute walk will also get you there. Didnt check out the spa - just wish hotels were cheaper as guests would use the spa over and over again if it was. Not alot of great spa's around - we kept going back to yes spa up from Uncle Norms.

Mini bar is expensive. We paid $191 no breakfast per night/room on sale last minute booking (arriving 1 hour later) and think you can get better value now with so many hotels. The hotel should try a month of great value spa bookings slightly higher pricing to outside establishments as they would be booked solid!

A nice boutique hotel combining modern architecture with tasteful interior design. Very friendly and helpful staff. The garden and pools are very well maintained. Restaurant is offering reasonable food for a reasonable price. There is a public beach right across a small road that is closed by night for most traffic. Beach is relatively clean and several bars are offering lounge chairs for rent. You can bring a towel from Hotel.

The hotel is in one of the most touristed parts of Bali. Don’t go here if you want to disconnect and look for authenticity, peace and silence. For instance: The hotel is offering a drag queen show three times a week. Hotel guests like to make their ‘reservations’ at lounge chairs at the pool by putting their towels before breakfast. Not the fault of the hotel: plastic marine rubbish is also omnipresent in the waters around Bali. Unfortunately common in most parts of Southeast Asia. This shows on littered beaches and snorkeling spots where you find more straws floating instead of fish swimming.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff - all staff from reception to the restaurant to the gardeners are all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and so pleasant and helpful. They remembered our names from day 1.

We paid for an upgrade to the Junior Suite and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. The room was certainly cleaned well every day but it is very dated, and more than anything was the damp musty smell - it was awful and at times overbearing. We didn’t raise it as an issue as they staff could not to do anything. Its a message for management and I gave my feedback. We had some other annoying issues as well. Great pool but they really need to have some shade of the shallow kids pool.
