fairly typical Balinese hotel. Two good size pools, one with a swim up bar, the other had a bar alongside. Great location in the heart of Legian withe any number of cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

As a 70 yr old I found the rooftop pool very difficult to get in and out of. there was only one ladder, the rungs were very smooth, round metal, no flattened tread to make it easier to bear my weight as I tried to climb out. The rungs were also 50-60cm apart which made it almost impossible for me to haul myself out without help. After several failed attempts I made one last attempt before calling for help and that time I managed it!

The building is aging and fittings are a bit tired Breakfast not good value do not recommend opting for paying for brekky in advance There are much better brekky venues within 5 mins walk such as Pad on Bene just around the corner

Everything. Value for money is incredible. The hotel is very central, in a safe area that was safe for a young girl to walk around alone at night time. Both the hotel staff and the locals were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. There are shops, pharmacies, shopping centres, international and local restaurants, and bars all within a 5-15 minutes walk, and the local Uber-like company, Grab, is very cheap for scooter rides, car rides, and food or grocery delivery. the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are mini-marts both across the road from the hotel and one in the lobby of the hotel. There are two great pools, one more tranquil on the rooftop, as well as a hotel spa and restaurant. The rooms are very spacious, with large balconies, overlooking a garden with local trees and the main pool. There was a minibar, which supplied two free bottles of water, coffee, and tea each day, and daily housekeeping was available. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay at this hotel next time I visit Bali, and recommend it to anyone else visiting. Reception staff were variable, some excellent but a couple were found to be wanting and provided poor hospitality service. Plumbing issues on both of our past visits

My usual stay when in Bali. Great price and location. Comfy beds, good aircons, 2 pools 1 with swimup bar. Restaurant.with good well price food.😊

Could do with some extra lounge chairs around the pools and some sun umbrellas at the rooftop pool

Loved our pool access room air conditioner was a bit loud & could have been a bit cooler but other than that all was god. The location of the Hotel is fantastic close to great restaurants, great shopping & plenty of massage salons. Pool was clean & refreshing sometimes hard to get a banana lounge but only had to wait a bit before one became available. Breakfast is basic but enough to start your day. Staff were lovely & friendly.

A few friends we were holidayung with had toilet issues in their rooms that lasted 2 days. They weren’t able to use their toilets & were told to use the pool toilets while they were sorting the issue. 2 days & nights is not good to be without a toilet in your room.

The staff are friendly & willing to accommodate your needs. Good value for money hotel whilst the rooms are a little outdated so not perfect, but it was clean, a good size with a balcony & had everything we needed. The location was great. There was a ground pool in the shade & a rooftop pool in the sun with lounge chairs & a basic pool bar @ the ground pool. There is also a bar by the rooftop pool but currently not open & breakfast when included is a choice of a plate of fruit & a main (Indonesian food or banana pancake or aussie breakfast or eggs Benedict, etc) and juice & tea or coffee self serve. We stayed 2 weeks.

The lack of lighting in the room but this is common in Asian hotels I think

The room was an amazing size, and having a bathtub made such a nice addition. The balcony was a good size also. We had an original complaint about the aircon which wasn't working but the hotel came up immediately to try fix it then offered us the choice of a new room or a fan when it wasn't fully functional. We chose a fan and this was a huge help.

No hairdryer was an odd lack for a room with so many other amenities. Also just to be aware that you may be kept waiting on arrival for your room and we were unclear what to do whilst waiting do ended up standing for 10 minutes looking lost until someone told us to sit down.

They gave a free upgrade, to a ground floor level, very customer friendly people, breakfast was good, with a good selection, buffet style. In house menu was also good with western food. Overall good place to stay.

The way the housekeeping manage their aircon, and also the cleaning up of the room. I saw the house keep spray detergent and smear the toilet water into the living room and clean without proper and separate clean water to mop the floor. Housekeeping staff were ok, and friendly but i felt they should have better training on cleanliness.
