The staff in general were courteous and very helpful and were a reasonable request was made they were willing to oblige. The room cleaning staff were great and willing to help were possible . I would like to thank reception staff for a wonderful experience .I would certainly recommend this establishment to others good facilities and wonderful people are part of a good recipe for an enjoyable stay . the restaurant staff were equally great and always willing to assist. One particular front line person I would like to thank she has a great smile and a wonderful personality the team needs more people like you BEST WISHES and GOOD LUCK

Initially there was some issues with the WiFi in the room but that was rectified to a large degree but not totally maybe it was the location of the room or the WiFi infrastructure in general.

We liked the location, tucked away from the crazily busy roads of Legian, this peaceful property is like an oasis. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the bright and bubbly Wayan at reception who has the incredible knack of remembering everyone’s name - very skilful. The pool is wonderful for swimming, it must be 50m! The rooms large and comfortable. The upper room that we had afforded privacy but from its balcony there is a view over the pool area. The lower rooms open directly onto the pool and we saw that there were private villa-like rooms with a plunge pool. We particularly enjoy the breakfast at Jackfruit with its delicious fare, excellent coffee and great music. The restaurant Fat Chow is also very good and where we have eaten on several occasions.

As with so many hotels, sometimes the eye for detail is lacking where the cleaning is concerned - backs of doors, under beds and behind sofas etc. but overall the Lagoon is a pretty clean property. The shower water pressure does need attention.

Great bed, comfortable, large room. It's an older property but everything was clean. We liked the more traditional style. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is very central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and an easy ten minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The wifi log in could be updated so you don't have to re-login every time you want to use it. There were windows from another property overlooking most of the private pool and the outdoor shower area. Not a big issue if you're planning on keeping your swim suit on.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, there is a great breakfast cafe called Jackfruit and a lovely restaurant called Fat Chow, both are just outside reception. Aircon was good and the bed was comfy.

The room was dated and smelt really musty until we aired it out, ran the water etc, this lasted a few days. The sheets look old and need replacing and the TV always had errors, the only channel that worked was ABC Australia. We asked for this to be looked at a couple of times but they did not/could not fix it. Its a shame because the hotel has good bones and could be great but needs some renovations/love.

Everything was great . The swim out rooms are definitely worth the extra money. Breakfast at Jack Fruit onsite was superb and with a good variety . What we loved most of all was the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Nothing was to much drama . To Wayan and Ari at swim up pool bar and Tini on the front desk we cant thank you enough for your warm hospitality. We look forward to coming back and catching up with you again .

If i had to be negative about something i would say the beds were a bit hard for my liking and the shower could use a little updating .

This little hotel is an absolute gem. Our pool access room was large with a big comfortable bed, it was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast each morning at Jackfruit was lovely and we ate dinner at Fat Chow's which was delicious. We highly recommend The Lagoon and would definitely stay here again!!

Another breakfast option for vegetarians eg pancakes would have been great although this didn't take away from our stay. This is not a complaint though.

The staff was exceptional! They catered to my every need no matter what. The little restaurant right outside the entrance Jackfruit has the best sourdough bread in all of Bali. I am a baker & make my own sourdough bread. Thought my bread was pretty good but their's is King!

The Staff were EXcellent . Manager Tini just so helpful. The room openned onto the pool. The room size was great. The swim up bar and staff were wxcellent. We came from a 4,5 star resort to the lagoon. We were suprised we loved our stay . Will recomend this hotel....

Breakfast from the Jackfruit Resturant was passable . Next trip we will not pay for breakie we will head to town . There was one girl at reception lacked english , There are a few steps and that makes luddage a tast , especially for the elderly.

Small hotel, quite personal. Staff were amazing, so friendly and cheerful. The location was fantastic. The Yes Spa is located directly across the road with fantastic prices, gorgeous staff and beautiful premises. Also, a legitimate money exchange next door to the spa. The hotel had a great vibe to it. Not too busy as it's small, but comfortable, extremely clean and definitely value for money. Fat Chow's located at front of hotel was an absolute bonus but there are plenty of great restaurant's and a lot of shopping. Also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will be back.

Our shower didn't have much water pressure. This is all we could pick on.
