Everything was perfect! We booked one week and ended up staying for three weeks :D The villas are super nice and you have a lot of spaces to chill out. It is very quiet but it is not far to the next supermarkets, shops, spa, restaurants etc. Everything is close by. It feels like a quiet oase in between the busy streets. Everything in the villas an around the villas is made with a lot of love and you feel well taken care of and welcome. Adi and his staff are always friendly, helpfull and doing everything to make you feel like home. If we come back to the region we know where to go ❤️

Adi and his team are faultless in there attention to detail. The 2 story 2 bathroom (one of which is open air), are really quirky - pool access from the lounge are is 1m. 24/7 security the only place I have stayed around the world were I didn’t feel the need to lock the door. Great air con and a mini bar replenished daily coke, sprite and beer.

I can honestly say there was anything I didn’t like.

Great Vibes at the compound with a well maintained garden. The open groundfloor area is nice to relax and eat. The bedroom is kinda cosy with the dark wooden interior. Scooter rental was flawless, same as airport transfer. 5 minutes drive to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurant around. Staff is friendly and helpful at all times.

The open style villa naturally comes with mosquitos and ants. The bedroom is not completely mosquito-proof due to gaps between roof, walls, doors and windows. Free mosquito-repellent and anti-bug-roomspray help but dont solve the problem. The kitchen is scarsely equipped and slightly rundown. Minor damages on doors and walls are present but not repaired. The room is clean but not super-clean since you find dirt and dust in corners and crevisses if you look closely. The bamboo roof is a work of art, but provides poor sound insulation: loud motobikes and fireworks from the beach are usually heard as if you would stand outside. For us, traveling with a 7 month old baby, the noise at night and the mosquitos in the bedroom were definetly a downer.

Villa is very beautiful and well managed. Manager and workers are very welcoming and caring for the guests. Thank you for your work 👍🏻😉 Location is little far from the beach but in exchange you get peace and quiet which we find as a good trade off. There is kitchen so you can cook what you want and they provide drinking water.

Nice traditional accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff. Two staff members are continuously working on keeping everything clean and neat. You're always greeted with a smile! Very nice location, walkable to one of the best beaches on the island. However, if exploring the island, renting a scooter would be advised. This can also be arranged by the accommodation. Nice detailing with fresh picked flowers (on bed, in bathroom etc.) and cool to see the orange flower used as a "watch your step" indicator. The accommodation is guarded 24/7. So you always have a safe feeling. Airco is working well, to have a nice cool sleep. It is a quiet place at night. Definitely recommend.

All easy things to fix and probably also due to just reopening after pandemic: The kitchen is limited, however also not really needed since food is really cheap when ordered by grab or going out for diner. Only single pit and single pan. The pool could have a better filter as it showed a lot of flakes in the water. Some small thing we're not fully working/expected. Soap pump, towels with big holes, only soap bar and not shampoo e.g.

Beautiful property with 5 cosy self contained villas in the quieter end of Legian. Clean and comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast was plentiful with tropical fruits and juices, coffee, pancakes, eggs and toast. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Mr Putu, Mr Adi and team maintain the property well and are also able to arrange laundry services and taxis if needed. Prince Coffee nearby is an awesome cafe with good coffee and meals. Convenient location with ATM and shops within a 5 minute walk.

Nothing to dislike. Just the imossies however they burn mosquito coils at night to keep them away 😊 wifi can be slow in the room but better near the pool.

This place was truly incredible. Exceptional and the best place we stayed in Bali in our 4 week visit around the country! Staff were amazing and super kind and friendly. The pool was very clean. The rooms were immaculate and were taken care of daily. The bathroom was stocked up and kitchen and dining space immaculate. The design of these places means you can socialise with other guests if you want to from the comfort your own villa as they’re open plan downstairs :)

Nothing. It was Incredible.

I enjoyed the bali feel of my accomadation, including the sound of bikes at night, close to local eateries....Adi the host was so lovely and accomadating to my young grandchild visiting and enjoying time in the pool....breakfast was not available, but a lovely Cafe 2 minutes walk from jepun, also the local pasar (Market was just across the river, handy for all the fresh fruits and local cakes bali is rich for.

Exceptionally friendly host that takes care about his guests. Villa with two rooms (open kitchen and living room area, closed sleeping area with A/C, 2 bathrooms. Pool in front of the villa. Guard at night. Super helpful support in organising transport (taxi, motorcycle for rent, etc.) and giving local recommendation.

5 mins drive from restaurant area and beach. Using gojek or grab app (local Uber variant) this is not a big issue. Ride cost is less than 1$ (motorcycle taxi) with max. 5 mins waiting time.

We stayed in villa for 2 weeks and it was a great pleasure. First, location. It is located not far from the Legian beach which is comfortable for beginners at serf (depending on season). However, the location will be convenient for those who rent a bike, which is highly recommended for pleasant stay in Bali. Service We’d like to notice high quality of service, clean rooms, daily change of bed linen and towels. We’d also recommend to take breakfasts, substantial and proposing variety of local fruits.
