My fourth time staying at Kelapa and I had a wonderful and happy time as usual. Great place

Fabulous people working there. Food was delicious. Loved the pool, direct beach access, the evening candles around the property, indoor and outdoor shower, comfortable bed, absorbent towels, bar fridge……the list goes on. Really loved everything about our stay. Should have booked for a longer time than 3 nights. Enjoyed the quiet and seeing the locals gather each night at sunset at the beach.

The location is right at the front of the beach. Beautiful infinity pool. Our room #5 is right at the front of garden, pool and easy access to the restaurant.

The breakfast was okay but overrated for extra pancakes! Lucky we were only for short stays. The villa is quite far from the popular Lovina beach and there is only 1 nearby restaurant with reasonable price. Prepare extra cost to catch a Grab taxi to go anywhere. Prices at Northern Bali are surprisingly overrated!

it was a fabulous quiet villa with a great clean big pool by the sea, the room was very comfortable and clean, big bathroom, nice gardens, lovely breakfast including fresh fruits and juices , nice quality meals in the garden in the evenings at sunset, the staff were very efficient, we loved it,we will definitely go back, we did the dolphin and snorkel cruise from there ,it was amazing,

a little bit far from restaurants and sightseeing ,but we hired a motorbike for 2 days and we were happy to spend the rest of the time near the villa after that

Lovely property. Stunning views, beautiful gardens and great pool. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Although the food in the restaurant was extremely good we felt it was expensive for Bali so we only had one dinner there. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable but bathroom need a bit of a scrub.

The gardens and pool overlooking the ocean are absolutely gorgeous! The sunsets each night are so stunning and you have a prime view from the pool area. The food from the kitchen is delicious and well presented. We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The only minor feedback I have would be to change the showerhead. Other than this everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We asked for 2 extra pillows and they were at the room before we got back from lunch. The pool and view was great. The sound of the waves was lovely. We rented a scooter and explored different parts of Lovina and surrounding areas. The staff was wonderful. So pleasant and accommodating but not pushy.

This is the best place in Lovina, wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The infinity pool and jacuzzi are right in front of the sea. Just beautiful. It’s away from the less attractive parts of Lovina, which for me was a big plus, I loved retiring to this little piece of heaven. The room was huge and the bathroom absolutely gorgeous. And last but not least, the staff is amazing. So attentive and kind.

Everything about this property was amazing. Spotless manicured gardens. Beautiful pool. 5 villas only- so peaceful and quiet and relaxing. Felt like our own private retreat at times..Staff were beautiful. Amazing views right on waterfront.

The staff at this location were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged a sunrise dolphin watching boat tour which was definitely one of the highlights of our whole Bali trip. they also helped get us a scooter very quickly upon us asking. We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of our holiday and were able to relax by the beautiful clean pool and sea view. The room and bathroom was spotless.

Often throughout the day, a gentleman from the connecting property (perhaps the manager/owner) would come and complain to staff quite abruptly within our ear shot which is quite distracting to our peaceful sunbathing sessions and made us uncomfortable at times especially since the staff were nothing but exceptional to us. He would also help himself in the kitchen in front of us which came off quite unprofessional as as if we were in his way. It was pricey compared to other hotels we stayed in of similar standards in Bali but that could have been due to not being such a touristy area. Will need scooter or car to get to shops/bars etc.
