Very beautiful and clean resort, the staff very friendly, and the food was excellent, especially breakfast with lots of choices and very fresh and tasty food. Excellent stay with kids - the free kid's menu is excellent, and the kids club and pool were great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with kids!

The beach was nothing special, ok for water sport but not great to swim.

The beach is sandy but was really dirty, so much trash near the water. (Looks like it washed up from the sea, so I’m not saying it’s the fault of the resort, more just an fyi if you have young kids) The kids meals are tiny, so if going half board, bear in mind that anyone 12 and under is only allowed to order from a limited kids menu, which isn’t enough nor as good as the adults menu

The pool and the beach are amazing. You can do all the beach sports like speed boat, banana boats, flying cats etc from this beach itself. They have free cycles for riding on the beach, free kids club where you can leave your kids between 9 to 6, book nanny for under 2, pool table, table tennis etc. The spa has some good packages and great technicians.

The food in the restaurant is not so great. The local cusines are good but most of the other cusines are sub par. The morning buffet breakfast is worth the money and has a great selection over 100 items. But please avoid the lunch and dinner packaged with your hotel room booking as the are just 2 course meal and have poor la-carte' menu.

Kept well and always clean. The kids club staff were fantastic as well as the space.

The hotel isn’t very big so having one restaurant and one bar only makes sense. However, if you’re staying with the family for a week and don’t want to venture out much, the menu options seem small. Maybe another snack bar with a different menu would help or a bigger menu in the existing restaurant.

the food quality and offerings: only 1 restaurant serving all day dining. very limited menu with lack of proficiency from the Culinary Team. Local food selections are not acceptable. Western food selections are not of international standards.

Location that near the beach and watersport attraction

has been waiting for kids activities for 2 hours at kids club but there is no activies like on the schedule board it makes my kids sad

Lovely staff, customer focused and friendly. They were thoughtful to provide a sofa bed in the room free of charge to ensure we had enough space for our family to sleep. Kid-friendly hotel. Two kids can eat a 3-course meal absolutely free of charge with any paid adult main course, any time of the day. My kids enjoyed their meals. The kids club had daily activities to keep them busy. Location is good, there are a few restaurants, massage spas, money changers, grocery store within walking distance. However for sight-seeing you will need to book a cab for a day trip. The hotel has beach access to Nusa Dua beach.

The beach is not as great as other resorts in Nusa Dua. We also stayed at Merusaka in Nusa Dua 2 weeks back and the beach was fab with crystal clear, turquoise blue waters. The pool and the property are small, more like a hotel than a resort. At breakfast, they kept running out of something as relevant as butter (we ate a little late around 9+). Breakfast was ok, not a large spread but enough to keep you more than satisfied.

Great staff. Breakfast excellent, beds excellent, the room overall very nice. Hotel is nice but doesnt offer much. The water of the inside pool is far too cold, we have not seen anyone using it in 5 days. Outside pool ok, but not too big. The whole property is rather small. View from all of the rooms in the right side is horrible.

The beach was the biggest disappointment. Lots of rubbish and seaweed. We had a hydraulic shovel working on the beach all day for 5 days trying to move the send from one side to the other. Could not swim in the sea even once. Better to stay in a hotel further up in Nusa Dua beach. There the beach was million times cleaner and nicer.

Excellent hotel for families, Breakfast was amazing different options available bit western and Balinese. affordable prices for pool bar and restaurant.
