the facilities are spotless and beautiful, the food is very high quality and delicious! The rooms are huge and our swim out room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Service is excellent - all of the staff were so kind. The housekeepers were excellent, honest and hardworking.

-there was no background music playing around the pool. - there are no water sports AT ALL available. Not much to do in the day except lay by the pool as the beach isn't good for swimming, snorkelling or water sports. It's great place for those who just want to relax and do nothing but it got a little boring for us. The lobby bar way to hot and not lively at all. Need more fans in restaurants and common areas. overall still a great experience - the staff are all incredible.

You get what you pay for and the Ritz Carlton lives up to that adage. It's a large resort spread over acres of oceanside land. From the reception, there is an elevator to a station to be transported to your room, which of course did not disappoint. Though "slightly" aging, the room has a salubrious feel, with a large melt-into bed with a view over your feet to a swim-up pool. There was plenty of space for luggage and people to stretch out. Of course, there were touches like automatic shutters and blinds, an espresso machine and a balcony with steps into the pool outside the room. Service everywhere was as you'd expect, above and beyond. The pool was large and irresistible and despite the rain warm and inviting. The ocean on this side of the island is clear and beautiful so our time was spent between the sea, the pool and the private pavilions with drinks in hand. We ate at the poolside restaurants which of course was sensational. Again, the service was amazing and the people were lovely at all times.

We were warned -and had - a monkey room invasion. It wasn't really a problem as they only got some fruit however one person found it amusing and another didn't. The most disappointing thing was only spending the last night of our stay there. Next time we will stay longer.

The ambiance was great and suitable for small family or couple spending holiday at this kinda villa. We do enjoyed our time here especially all the staff in Ritz were super nice to us:)

My partner and I both think food and drinks are quite simple, nothing special, I would say not as good as other Ritz offers in other countries. Ritz Bali is aged as compared to other hotels in the same area, probably because it was one of many ones built in the early years. I think the resort needs a proper upgrade to justify the amount they are charging.

We loved the spacious room and how it was laid out. It worked for us a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The staff were absolutely amazing. Their service were above and beyond. We loved how the meals for kids under 2yo were free. The bartender, Andi, next to the pool were amazing and really nice to the kids. The food were superb. We loved everything we ordered and enjoyed the breakfast more than the other resorts we stayed in Bali. Overall we kept comparing other resorts to Ritz-Carlton, and next time we are in Bali, we will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, there was a few glitches in the room where the lights didn't turn on/off properly and the engineers came to try and fix it. I am amazed at how they always tried to do a quick fix so they didn't bother us, but will come back when the room is being cleaned to propely fix the problem. We really do appreciate that.

huge lovely property on the scenic Nusa Dua coast with beautiful Balinese architecture. very good facilities although slightly dated . overall been very well kept after the pandemic. the staff were excellent. rooms were excellent size. the breakfast spread and quality was one of the best. beautiful grounds. 24h gym.

wild monkeys which can be a problem so balconies are less useful and windows and doors need to be closed as they were coming out of Covid the restaurant choices within hotel were limited but easy access to nearby restaurants made up for it

The property is beautiful, food is very good, hotel staff was very polite.

The clases in the activities room, could be held by professionals of the matter instead of hotel staff, for example the Pilates class felt very last minute put together ish. Coffee art class was awesome. Great gym.Great spa.

Breakfast was excellent. Room exceptional. Both Beach restaurants were good but the menus in each were virtually identical. Would be a big improvement if they had different menus and therefore offered more variation for guests choosing to dine by the beach every evening. Staff were truly exceptional.They were all extremely helpful, cheerful and polite.

The beach furniture, particularly the sun parasols/umbrellas, need replacing. The swimming pool will soon need upgrading.

Wonderful relaxing stay. The purpose of our stay was to arrive and not leave the hotel until our flight home, and that is exactly what we did. On arrival the room was spectacular, the pool lagoon access was so luxurious. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel isn’t new but is well maintained. The food was of a high standard, fresh and tasty, in all 3 restaurants we visited. The room service was also great. We didn’t do breakfast so can’t comment on that. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained. This is a lovely hotel to meander around, it is large but feels intimate at the same time. If you don’t like to walk there are plenty buggy’s to drive you around. We enjoyed the gym, very clean, along with the spa, sauna and steam room. The highlight for me was the Spa, I had 2 services that were amazing. All staff are knowledgeable about products and the service you are about to receive. The entry to the spa and reception is all high end and the treatment rooms are very well appointed. If you are looking for a quality experience that comes at a price, and it should. This is worth the money, even if you only do it once. The large pool was clean as was the beach sand, however this isn’t a swimming beach. We didn’t use the sunloungers around the pool area. As always the staff were amazing, kind and always focused on the guest experience. This hotel and all that it offers gave us exactly what we wanted, a relaxing, peaceful holiday. if you are looking for a cheap holiday this isn’t the spot.

I suggest that non smoking rooms be available. if the guests in the next lagoon access room are smoking on their deck it is intrusive.

The staff are more attentive and professional. solve problems immediately.

The restaurant could be very busy during the breakfast but you will get in eventually during the high season
