- Morning coffee with sea view - food for a reasonable price - nice staff - free water every day

the Beach in front of the hotel is not really for swimming, the beach itself is lovely with sunbeds and umbrellas, the water is quite dirty though. we went to other beaches for swimming. the walls in the hotel are quite thin - you can hear every sound from everywhere.

The roof top pool and gym were mercifully empty so we had a great workout and was able to sunbathe topless.

The tiles in the pools are broken in places This is bound to cause an injury. The noise from other guests leaving their rooms early in the morning was a nuisance. The breakfast was awful, the coffee was undrinkable, consequently we only ate there once. The pasta ordered from the room service was revolting. The sheets had holes in and should have been repaired or replaced.

No umbrellas around the pool, shower not very good, very busy at breakfast time & covers always left off the food, breakfast dishes were often cold

The service the staff offered was great from the reception to the restaurant and in between. The staff always had smile in their face! The original room we booked through booking.com was very averaged, but after discussing with the reception, we were provided alternatives and ended up upgrading the room for a ocean view room (recommended). Price at their beach bar/restaurant was very competitive!

It wasn't mentioned in the description of the hotel on booking.com that the hotel was going through a transformation due to a change of ownership in march/april 2024. Therefore, there were no skybar (but the pool was accessible), there were only 1 restaurant and bar available and so on. In saying that, it didn't affect our stay too much. If I really had to say something I didn't like was probably the issues at the restaurant with making sure they had all the ingredients to make what they advertised. For example, there were 2-3 days without burgers due to no cheese, no meat or no bread. - but that was very minor! :)

Good clean facilities. Location on the beach was great. Staff very friendly. Infinity pool was very quiet and perfect view.

Bit of walk to get to good restaurants and daily supplies.

Rooftop pool could be better if more areas made for sun beds that capture the views and a little more shade from direct sun. Had two rooms due to a/c breakage. This was not a problem but saw that both rooms hand held shower head didn’t sit in the fitting properly making showering more difficult than it had to be. Neither of these things would stop me staying there again 😊

At the check out they asked us to pay 100.000rp for dirty sheets on one day (when we were 22 days there). It was weird. I didn't pay, because to me - to change a dirty sheet is one of the main purposes of the hotel and it IS included in the price of every night. Other thing is that the beach is not very clean and the ocean is not deep, but with little children it was ok. 🦟 Be aware of mosquitos at the sunset!!!! (6:30pm) There are millions of them!!! Same breakfast every morning... So for 22 mornings we were already pretty sick of it... Don't recommend staying here for so long as we did) Everyone was asking us already when do we leave 😅

The bedroom is the best. Big bed, bud and clean bedroom and bathroom room

The only thing that I don’t like is some of security guards attitude. They really watching over us, like we are a prisoner. Some of them doesn’t like to smile or smiled back to us, especially the security guards that worked on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Very rude and arrogant smh

From start to finish the staff were amazing! Friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional. Our room had everything we needed, a very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. The large pool and lovely grounds were clean and constantly being maintained. The rooftop infinity pool was a great for watching sunrise. The beachfront bar/restaurant had a small but great selection of food … Great cocktails too!

Everything, it ticked off all the boxes. Clean Beach, which was the resorts backyard. Had a gym and a nice pool overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come again. Thanks to all that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. 🙏

Nothing for me. But some would like a resort closer to shops and restaurants. To be fair, it wasn't too far from restaurants. You can scooter ride to several restaurants in minutes. The gym could be slightly maintained.
