The swimming pool open until late ! The staff very friendly Spa and dive center just across the street. Walking distance from the beach but you have to walk on a busy road to get there. Nice veggie and other restaurants walking distance.

On a busy and noisy street so when in the pool you here some traffic (not on the rooms though) The breakfast wasn’t great, it was just ok. took long to prepare and was probably just out of the freezer. We asked to pickup up at the ferry and the price of that pickup was very high (we discovered this later when comparing to other places and taxi).

This place is absolutly great 🥰. We stayed here for 6 nights. The stuff is the best and they are incredible friendly and helpful 🙏. The rooms are big and clean and they have a veranda. The shower is good with preasure and warm water. We had some issue with the wifi and they fixed it right away and after that it was perfect to work. The location is just a little outside of the village. There are some shops and restaurants in walking distance but the stuff even helped us to get some things we needed since we did not have a scooter. We also loved that they had a restaurant so we could enjoy lunch and dinner at the resort. The 2 pools were really nice and we loved the breakfast with the little messages every day. Also thank you for the birthday suprise to make the day special. We booked 2 tours through the resort and we highly recommend it: Ijen Crater in Java and a snorkling trip on the Menjangan Island. Also they organized us a private transport back to the airport.

We loved our stay there - the place and the rooms are so beautiful! Compared to other accomodations we've had in Bali for similar price, this was certainly the absolute best value for the money we've spent. Very friendly staff too! We also booked snorkeling via the hotel reception - super happy with that too!

We didn't like the coffee at the restaurant very much, compared to other places in the area it was quite overpriced too. But their desserts were fantastic!

Nice place in a far off location. very little to do outside the resort so it was a good place to relax. My room was comfortable and spacious. We ate all our meals at the restaurant, which is fairly good value for money and the spring rolls are awesome!!

No fridge in the room, up here there's not a CircleK every 20 meters and local stores don't stock a lot so a fridge would have been nice.

Great resort. Excellent rooms, friendly staff, good meals! Everything we needed, didnt have to go anywhere else while staying there besides when we went off to do some Scuba diving, which we booked at the resort. Even got our laundry done for a reasonable price. Massage was excellent, very firm, which I needed after a long scooter ride to get there!

Talkative staff, room was cleaned daily, the garden and pool area are incredible! When I was sick the staff cared for me and provided me food and tea. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

No phone in room so you had to walk to reception if you need something which was a it of a walk. No fridge. Also with room service you had to tell them to top up toilet paper. Coffee. . Replace towels.

Staff was attentive and polite. Pool was ok (but the water was a bit too strongly chlorinated). Location is quite good, second line from the beach (but still not close enough due to the state of the roads/pavements of neighbourhood). Many shops, massage, minimarkets, and ATMs nearby. There are many good restaurants nearby too, although you will need Google maps to find them - you may not even realize they exist from main road. Definitely sign up for their snorkeling trip to nearby Menjangan (Deer) island - was absolutely awed by the swarms of fish (even more than curated aquariums, I kid you not!), and the water depth (high enough that you don't accidentally damage the corals) and temperature was just absolutely perfect. Appreciated that they went out of their way to find me a mask with -6.0 myopia correction so that I was able to fully appreciate the fully natural and healthy reefs. Was glad that I did snorkelling instead of scuba (it is the same boat trip), since you will be unable to reach as close to the corals without damaging it.

Shuttle driver was very young and inexperienced and did not speak english. Upon arrival, they could also have done a better job at explaining the list of things to do. WiFi was terrible - was basically maxing out my roaming data plan - they should consider just investing in cheap WiFi extenders to cover the rooms (maybe they don't know this technology exists??). Room soundproofing was poor - you could literally hear the conversation of your next-door neighbours from their rooms... Bathroom had a strange sulfurous and simultaneous musty smell, and there was no hot water(!). The neighbourhood feels like a slum with no safe footpath for pedestrians (not the hotel's fault though), and despite being very close to the beach you wouldn't know it at all from the main road, as the beachline is completely 100% blocked by other hotels and buildings.
