The online images accurately reflected my expectations; the pool was well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this accommodation in Sunar to anyone seeking a place to stay. The bedding was both clean and comfortable, and there was a water tank available with mineral water. Additionally, I enjoyed a Balinese massage for 28 AUD for two hours, which was a delightful bonus. The package also included complimentary barista coffee, juice, a free 15-minute massage, and daily transportation to Sunar Beach. The beach area was OK, featuring markets and hotels along the shoreline.

Beautiful room. Wonderful, comfortable bed,dreamy pillows. Staff were genuinely fantastic, courteous, friendly, and treated me like a queen. Nothing was too much trouble for Ayu,Putri,Saka, and Hendra. Truly wonderful. Loved the extra complimentary bonuses of breakfast, coffee, or fresh juice all day. Laundry complimentary. Stunning room with a pool at your door. The fridge and mini kitchen were convenient. WIFI was great as was large screen TV. Overall, excellent. Will stay again.

Beautiful rooms, large fridge and tv. swimming pool right outside the room. Breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices. Coffee and juices were free all day which was incredible. All the staff were outstanding. So very friendly and always asking if you need anything. Lovely drivers who were willing to drop you to the beach or to the mall for free. Really excellent service. I will happily go back there.

Being older the distance from the beach was for me a little far but the drivers are happy to take you so it shouldn’t be a problem.

This property is a hidden gem! Brand new villas and everything smells new. The staff here are exceptional. Very friendly and can’t do enough for you! Free cappuccino’s! Yay!!!

Can be a little bit noisy from the bypass during the day

First of all, from the bottom of my heart, I would love to thank Abian Klumpu staff for an amazing experience of staying at their facility on my first trip to Bali. My deepest thanks goes to manager Asti, Ayu, chef Nengan, Bima, Putri, Priska, Virda, Edi, Mehindra, Yoga, Harmini, Desi, the engineer/maintenance man….and many others (please forgive me if I forgot the names). The service and care at Abian Klumpu is 5+ star, above and beyond. The staff are so kind, caring and compassionate. Immediately, upon my arrival at midnight, Sunday, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Bima, who smoothly processed my accommodation and welcomed me to a very beautiful room, where I could rest and recover from the flight. The next day I was warmly greeted by the manager Asti, who is so kind and that evening organised a complementary dinner at the authentic Indonesian restaurant Akah/Sanur. And as part of the service, Bima dropped me off (and later picked me up) to this beautiful restaurant. The service at the restaurant was perfect, and I would like to thank the manager of the restaurant Ketut for serving me and suggestions of local specialities….Paket Sate & Gulai Babi…pork on a skewer, rice and soup. I absolutely loved it and went there a second time at the end of my trip. Special thank you and appreciation goes to Bima, who was so kind and went above and beyond with his service. Not only did Bima do what’s within his work duties, he also volunteered on his days off, and came with his scooter to take me to the local shops. This was special experience. Thank you Bima 👍 I would love to thank Putri, who is so caring for the guests. When I was out for dinner, Putri ensured I came back safely to the villa. And then, as it was my birthday trip, management surprised me with a birthday cake upon return. Thank you Asti, Putri, and everyone. Also, I would love to thank the chef Nengan, who served me with some special food upon request, especially Miso soup and Bento.

Room 2 is right next to the kitchen, and in the mornings, there will be a noice from people serving breakfast. I am okay from waking up early, but those willing sleeping in, may find very noisy.

This place is a little hidden gem- the gate to the property is on the main road in Sanur so you would never think there is this amazing oasis waiting for you there. The villas are pretty brand new, the staff are amazingly lovely - Special thanks to Ayu, Putri, Deeta and Agus for making our stay extremely pleasant. Beautiful pool, good a la carte breakfast and lunch menu and a free shuttle that will take you to the centre of Sanur for dinner with a plethora of options. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be back.

Really nothing. Everything in the pictures is exactly the same as when you are there. The place is stunning.

The inclusive breakfast and juices were amazing, fresh, aesthetic! They even had a floating breakfast on site which you can book free-of-charge to have at the pool. There is a spa facility on-site and the massage was very nice at a very good price (even by Bali standards). I was a solo traveller and felt very safe at the resort - it attracted nice, quiet guests. I also got a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise and the manager brought me a few gifts like fresh baked cookies during my stay.

By around 2pm, the deck area at the private access to the pool had limited sun due to shade - but not the end of the world and you could still sunbathe on the communal sun lounges! Some of the reception staff were more responsive than others on WhatsApp.

It was pretty and all the staff wer amazing welcoming and accommodating. Had a celebration that felt like it was just for us upon arrival:)

The beds wer unbearable and our room shared a wall with the staff area where there was a water bucket hanging on the other side of the wall from us and there wer TONS of mosquitos all the time because of that . All because we had that first spot the staff would be having a great time in the morning around 530 and 6 am where they’d be making tons of noise and wer wer forced to wake up super early.

Breakfast was amazing! Great choices & generous serving sizes. Fresh juice available all day until around 6pm. Rooms were lovely.... clean, tidy & made up daily if requested. Staff were absolutely wonderful.... so friendly & helpful! Special mention for the Boss & Edi!! The couples massages were excellent value and so relaxing.

Location was disappointing. A good 30 minute walk to Sanur Beach along a very busy road. Property was located on the main bypass so the road noise was noticeable and walking out onto the road could be quite treacherous. No restaurant or bar at the facility, however lunch was available for purchase from the kitchen & Bintang available for purchase. Only 2 restaurants close by - 1 is Italian & the other is seafood. More restaurants can be found about 15-20mins walk further down the road towards Sanur Beach.

The property is lovely and clean, with a really comfortable bed and a very handy mini kitchen! Our favourite part was the little reading spot by the pool! The staff were fantastic and super attentive, and we have some lovely massages in the spa.

It’s located by a main road making it difficult to walk to nearby stores or walk into Sanur (you will need a cab or scooter). You cannot hear the noise from the main road from the inside of the hotel though! The hotel offered drop-offs into Sanur at various times during the day, but it would have been nice to be closer to the centre or in a location with some more restaurants around.
