The staff were super friendly and nice. There is a villa butler standing by who you can reach easily through whatsapp. They will provide you with everything you need. Their candlelight dinner option is truly amazing and romantic. If you want to go out and do some activities, go to the beach or even an entire day tour, they have a driver on standby to drop you off or to drive you around for the day. Their driver, Komang, really helped us a lot with our trip planning and suggesting some nice places to visit. 10 out of 10 experience! Keep up the good work and we certainly will be back

Only downside is that the villa is near a busy road so you'll hear the noise coming from the road day and night. But it was easy to get used to and didn't bother us too much

The room and private pool were beautiful. The actual facility are very nice but it has an undesirable location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the property is on a very busy main drag. Even at our pool we could hear the constant flow of traffic/ loud motorcycles and horns. Because its a main drag there was constant activity and we found ourselves leaving the resort to get away from the noise. Also there was construction right next to our room and were rudely awoken a 7:30 am every morning to jackhammering. The sad part of these issues are they are not controllable by the resort. The construction is for a different management and the traffic is the traffic. Cannot say I would consider staying at this property again.

Gorgeous villa with very comfortable bed and linen, great shower, amazing clean pool and lounge chairs. The staff were incredible. So friendly, helpful and lovely. They organised a scooter hire, as well as in villa massages for us

On a main road so it has some traffic noise. The breakfast is $6 extra if you’d like to have in room and its wrapped in glad wrap so i would suggest eating in the restaurant (good food just a bit soggy in room)

The size was generous. Each room had air conditioning and you were able to close doors to spaces as well as open the stacker doors to access the outside area and pool. Great customer service too, the staff very very attentive.

The room had a kitchenette but no provision to actually use it. Not even able to dry dishes as no towel provided. The property was also on a main road so a little noisy as it is busy 24hrs a day.

Modern electrical appliances, well designed villa. especially the staffs there who are dedicated to make your staffs a fantastic experience. Shout out to front counter lady Sinta who is most professional. The best of my stay in Bali. No regret!

You have to walk 10 mins through the side walk to access the street where the supermarket and restaurant are located. But we are used to this after a few times.

Having a restaurant and reception attached to the villa was a such a relief... We both got really sick with Bali Belly and staff where able to arrange a fantastic Doctor to come to our Villa quickly who also brought the medication we needed. Being able to have food delivered when we could eat instead of needing to go and find it really helped our recovery. The reception staff where fantastic. If we where in a villa with no facilities we would have had a much harder time

Location means you need to get a taxi or the villa shuttle to go anywhere and Sanur overall is run down or being rebuilt but not completed yet

The overall design of the villas is simply fantastic, with the choice of colors and materials making you feel good from the first glance. The staff treated us like family, which truly made the overall experience unique!

The breakfast service could be quicker for some guests, although ordering à la carte worked well for us.

The hosts, and I say everyone of the staff, were so polite, respectful, friendly. A special thanks to front desk lady named Sinta.

All good. Except, I suggest the Villa offer a few more breakfast food menu items in Vegetarian Food.

The bed was super comfortable. The villa was lovely and the pool was clean. We only stayed two nights but would return to it again. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location is a little away from the beach. But it’s a very cheap ride so not a huge negative.

The villa was beautiful and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond for us. It was a great experience

It would have been even better if it was a little closer to the main strip but even a little map given out to walk to the beach would have been handy.
