I was staying at this hotel following an unexcpected accident and surgery in Bali. I was not originally booked to stay here but had to revise my plans to fit my new situation. The hotel was chosen on the basis that it was wheelchair accessible, which is not easy to find in Bali. We were very happy with our choice. The hotel so very kindly provided us with use of a wheelchair during our stay there and the staff really took good care of us and helped when going up/down the ramps. Felt really safe and so could really enjoy my stay there although of course I could not use much of the facilities. Want to say a big thank you and keep up the great service :-)

Loved the pool, our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves in there for hours each day. The breakfast was really great, lots of options. The rooms were large and clean with really comfortable beds and great air-con. About a 15 min walk to restaurants on the beach which were really lovely and several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel also provides water coolers on every floor which was one of the only places in Bali that we found to provide this - being able to easily fill up our water bottles was much appreciated, especially with a large family of 6.

Attempted to use the gym but it was a bit of a fail. Weights available were 5, 10 or 20kg (nothing in between) and the weights machine was missing the pin that allows you to select the desired weight, so was not usable. Air con wasn't working (it was 33 degrees) and when I cranked up the treadmill to go for a run there was a loud bang from the electrical socket which continued sparking even when I had switched it off. Called a staff member and hopefully they took care of it.

Breakfast was great, great selection. Staff were amazing, very friendly and so helpful, Wirik was very helpful with our little boy in the morning. Lunch and pool food/drinks were very reasonable price Rooms were spacious and clean

We wanted a separate room (2 bedroom) for our kids which we couldn't get, therefore we were all in one room, was a bit chaotic.

Location was great, friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

We didn’t have hot water when we arrived.. It came back at night. We booked the room with outdoor jacuzzi, jets weren’t strong enough and water came out pretty brown. Also it wasn’t very private as there were buildings around and people could see you. Room smelled a little bit. With all this considered, it was a bit overpriced.

The location was great. Pool area fantastic. The staff were amazing. Lintang especially made us feel like we were coming home to family. The happiest person in Bali.

The bathroom needs a little improvement but did not ruin our stay.

Fantastic pool area with perfect water temperature, lovely breakfast with good choices, Great service at pool side bar, they took your order and brought it out to where you sat around the pool. It was a short walk to beach area through other resorts across the road or a slightly longer one if you walked around. We had a lovely relaxing time, would stay again. WIFI was very good.

Our rooms needed a bit of an update, but still comfortable.

The room was lovely and big, although a bit damp on arrival. With the aircon set to dry though, it was fine in no time. Great facilities and the in house food was really good. The pool and pool bar look amazing but it unfortunately rained the whole time we were there, so that will have to be for next time.

The hall ways outside the rooms carry sound a little too well, so people walking down the hall and talking (or kids screaming, as was the case for us) can be quite loud in the rooms, especially early morning. Other than that though, all was good.

The hotel is built around a great complex of connected pools and a range of places to relax including the essential swim up bar. The overall feeling was of space and light. Everything seemed to be well managed , not always the case in Bali hotels, and all requests were handled promptly and professionally. Our twin room had very comfortable beds and all the facilities necessary. While not actually on the beach the hotel is only a five minute walk away and is as central as could be to all Sanur has to offer. I would definitely come back.

A fair amount of maintenance is necessary to repair broken tiles and half finished work in both the walkways and the rooms. It is disappointing that this was not done during the quiet Covid affected period. Having said this none of these issues actually affected the enjoyment of the place.

staff were lovely and very helpful...always smiling. Didnt like the bathroom setup...no bathroom door and toilet cubicle difficult to get in and out especially for my older friend.

Pool daybed hogs ....had to get to breakfast earlier in order to go and get a daybed.

The location made it very easy to move around Sanur Also the closeness to the outside Restaurants made it easy to support the local people

The lack of Hot Water was an issue Understand that they are working on fixing the problem but having cold showers when you leave at 3 am is not acceptable We stayed for 20 nights and had hot water maybe for 6 days Also no door on Bathroom is a lack of privacy Lack of Umbrellas around pool was an issue When one breaks it is taken away but not replaced The saving of chairs and umbrellas is understandable as people need to sit and be in the shade More umbrellas and chairs would help the situation and stop people from reserving chairs
