Very nice and convenient hotel to stay in. We booked it for two nights as a place to take a break before heading off elsewhere. Very big rooms and well maintained, staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. Did not try any of the meals in the restaurant there but it always seemed busy there which was a good sign. We did order room service once though and it went to the bin, other than the platter of fresh fruit. The location is very decent and very close to the harbour . Beds were very comfy.

I like the following: 1.Rooms: Rooms (AC rooms)were clean and tidy; staff was very nice and helpful- thanks to reception - sunnu and fiddi. Room services were great as rooms were getting cleaned everyday. The bathrooms were modern with all required amenities- modern toilets, clean bathing area, clean towels, dryer , in fact they provided all the personal supplies on a daily basis. 2.Restaurant: The restaurant staff was very accommodating and providing services based on your needs and dietary requirements - thanks to the entire restaurant staff. The breakfast was good with many options one can choose from. You can opt for fresh juices and vegan meals. 3. Pool: The pool was wonderful and surrounding pool area was well maintained. My kids definitely enjoyed the pool. 4. Location: Hotel’s distance to the beach was just 10 mins walk and it is not far from sunnor market area, clubs and restaurants.

- The room I checked-in had a faulty AC, however they changed the room immediately but I would suggest ppl to check the ac😊 as first task after checking-I’m - Passive smoking gives me migraines so personally I did not like people smoking in the restaurant or near to the pool side. They should have proper smoking zones and should not allow smoking everywhere. - Pool side is little bit slippery but not that much of an issue bcuz the staff was regularly mopping the floor

The breakfast buffet definitely needs a overhaul I didn’t eat most mornings because it just wasn’t nice. The television channels are very dated not ideal if you have children. Location is on busy main road

Pool access is very convenient, comfortable beds, good waterpressure, nice room service and very timely. Able to leave some luggage until one comes back.

First day the bedlinnen was dirty with crusty filth on the left side from previous guests and they said they couldn't change it before 22.00 o'clock. They didn't even offer me to change room I myself had to ask as it was 18.00 o'clock and I wanted to take a nap. Moved room which was fine until I the next morning wanted to go for breakfast and the door would not close. It would stay open with a 30cm gap. Now I had to wait for maintenance because obviously didn't want to leave with all of my things in the room. It was difficult to communicate with both front desk and Housekeeping on the phone. It seemed only one person was good enough in English to be able to understand when there are issues.

We stayed for one night after flying into Bali before we caught the ferry to Nusa Lembongan the next day. It was perfect for this. 24 hour check in, great clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and buffet breakfast included. Only 6 minute drive from the ferry which was great.

The hotel is beautiful and a great price for location and amenities.

The whole property is immaculate. Fresh white paint inside and out, not a weed in site. Staff are working all day to clean and manicure, even the external corridors on each floor. The 2 single beds we had are the among the best beds we've ever slept in. Efficient reception staff. A grand entrance and foyer which make waiting for taxis easy and comfortable. Our room was a standard hotel room with a balcony with clothes hanger. Perfectly comfortable. Meals are fine, but not exceptional. An attempt is made to vary the hot food each day. There's good range of breakfast food and a varied dining and room service menu. Room service is excellent but having the plates etc removed took well into the next day. We have moved now to a 4 star hotel in Nusa Dua and can say that the Grand Palace, Sanur is indeed a palace by comparison! The location is good. Easy for getting transport but about a 15 minute walk to the Icon shopping mall and the beach.

Really not much all, hard to fault. Just the usual complaints i have at every hotel - could do with more power points, suitcase stands and 2 chairs in a room instead of 1 (but there are chairs on the balcony that can be brought in).

We booked the executive room with the pool it was beyond our expectations just beautiful The staff could not help you enough. and the breakfast was excellent We would certainly stay there again

The hotel could benefit from having a bar to relax at in the evenings as you are not that close to Sanur's main strip although only a $5 taxi ride away. You could walk but the pavements and roads are not in the best condition and it is too dark at night. We did go across the road for a meal but wouldn't attempt that again as it was extremely dangerous although the restaurant was good

Rooms are big and clean staff are always friendly and helpful.Great breakfast and nice big pool is cool not like all pools in Bali.You are the bypass so pickup is easy . Quick walk to the beach and main street of Sanur.But there is a shuttle bus if you don't like to walk .The Hotel is on the bypass but you can't hear the traffic.Great hotel if you have alot of day trips. With great access for the drivers less detour for the drivers .I would recommend Grand palace hotel to stay if you're visiting Bali.

Bar fridge in your room it's cool .But not iced cold like Australia .But it's Bali it's cool as the fridge in the shops in Bali so it normal.

We had a poolside room,with private balcony & loungers,it was so relaxing & peaceful.Also,as the rooms are all surrounding the lap pool,& 4 stories high,this meant our room was shaded from the sun,we were able to sleep in ,& the pool water was lovely & cold,especially good in the summer heat.Although the front of the hotel is right on the main road-& extremely busy & noisy outside-we didn't hear any traffic noise all,within the hotel itself.

The fact the pathway along the front of the hotel is in a terrible state,potholes & hazards everywhere,making it extremely difficult to dodge the dreadful traffic,cars,buses,scooters etc,thundering past,made impossible to cross the road,& the security on duty wasn't much help! We were able to find a Lakeway further down,to the laft,which when followed all the way,we arrived at the beach,a quick 10 minute walk
