The staff of the Villas was extremely nice and tried to help us with anything we needed. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is really great for young people, not so suitable with families with young children.

Not sure if the property can change anything, so leaving this as a guidance for guests. The pool was not heated and relied on the sun, which didn't reach our villa (only ~1 hour a day) so throughout all the stay our daughter could not swim in the pool, and sunbathing also not possible. We had to buy a lot of mosquito protection products, countless mosquitos, as well as lizards, bugs and spiders, so not place for people who have phobias.

Staff was fantastic. Always trying to help. Clean room and comfortable bed. Ideal for couples certainly not families.

Location not ideal…noisy and hard to sleep at night. Motorbikes sounds 2-3am really not pleasant. We had our 3yo with us and the noise disturbed all of our sleep Breakfast was served cold so not that nice.

Lovely apartment, very private, with fantastic private pool. Excellent location in quiet street but close to everything. Really comfy bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful reception and maintenance staff. Pub noise didn't bother me and stops at 11pm every night anyway Actually had some great music on although I did get bad food poisoning from the food there.

Two rats came out at night in my room, heard them every night, and found droppings right next to my luggage. Apart from that apartment was well cleaned every day, including the pool which some villas do neglect. Shower and basin only worked some of the time. Not a big problem when you can jump in the pool, but had to wash hands in bath. Pool pump also broke during my stay. To be fair water is a common problem here. I'm sure the pandemic has been tough for Bali but hopefully they can start reinvesting more in maintenance Aircon was a bit on the weak side for the room size. I was a bit surprised not be asked about my stay during it or upon checkout.

everything is good, friendly staff, good location, walking distance (less than 3 mins) to convenient shop (cicle K) & spa for massage or hair wash 15 mins walking distance to beach/ Made’s Warung & Bintang Supermarket!!! they have very nice Ayam Soto! must try

Accommodation: awesome, lush surroundings, very quiet near some great restaurants. Centrally located near Seminyak. Villa: large, very clean, king bed, private pool and outside facilities Inc microwave and fridge. Pool a decent size for swimming, cleaned every day as was the entire villa. Staff: very attentive, accommodating and hard working. Kitchen staff were able to provide room service when my wife was unable to attend breakfast on a couple of occasions and also looked after our baby son whilst we were eating. Credit to all staff. Food: small restaurant serving hot food. Breakfast is a choice of American or continental with fresh juices and hot beverage. You can order additional meals or use Grab to order take out. Overall a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. If you want privacy and away from the noise and hussle, this is a good choice yet still be accessible to town centre withing a 10min car ride.

There were a couple of chameleons that found their way into the villa and made themselves at home for a couple of nights

The villa was absolutely beautiful and surreal. We had a pleasant experience staying at the villa and it was pretty peaceful and really private. The staff were very friendly and they always greeted us every morning and were very helpful with our first visit in Bali. The location was perfect as it was a walking distance from the Seminyak centre for shopping and lots of restaurants and other activities like massages and etc.

There isn’t anything to fault of the villa. They had been pretty good to us and was very accommodating with all our needs.

Staff were always so lovely and welcoming from the day we arrived to the day we left. Room was always immaculate to come back to. A few leaves and flowers fallen from trees were always well cleaned up on decking and pool area. Pictures on booking are accurate. I had muddled up my dates and they promptly accommodated an extra night for us.

As we were checking out and the room had been inspected we were questioned about a bathrobe/kimono which was not in the room as I had left it with towels on floor the previous day to be washed. They later found it but would be nice if there was a system to ensure it is replaced or noted when taken from room so this doesn't happen. Although this was unfortunate, the reception lady was lovely to deal with through this.

The staff! Amazing, very friendly. House keeping done everyday whilst we were out. Staff go above and beyond to help and always say hello and very happy. Breakfast brought to our room when we asked for it and on time. Bed comfy.

Smell in the bathroom was musty (Like moth balls) and overpowering. Although after being moved because of a swarm of bees decided to migrate to our villa the bathroom was fine in this villa. A little out of the way (Walking distance in the heat) of main shopping areas and restaurants but easy to get transport.

The staff were so beautiful and attentive. The room was large and comfortable and it was in a great location.

We did choose this room as it said it had a full kitchen. I contacted the lasanti and even asked to make sure, as we like to mix going out to eat with cooking ourselves. When we arrived it was a full kitchen but not alot of equipment. Knives were blunt etc. But to say all this we went and asked the staff for various things and they brought them straight to us!

We stayed in a Deluxe One Bedroom Villa with private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were attentive when we notified them that our TV wasn't turning on, and replaced it immediately. This place was the nicest place we could find at the time, and it has all the bells and whistles. Large bathroom, complete with oversized bath and separate oversized shower. Although we couldn't fault our stay, we did find better value for money at another villa that was in a better location (still within Seminyak).

We found the wifi to be slow, and we found the location to be not as well-lit at night. The fridge was a small bar fridge and we found this limiting on freezer space.
