Perfectly situated; enough away from the main road that it was quiet but close enough that it was a quick walk to the action. The property was well equipped, clean, and the design and layout was great for a family.

We lost electricity to the kitchen area and the bedroom which couldn’t be attended to until the morning. It was mildly inconvenient as we had to have the staff take our things from the fridge and freezer to stop them from spoiling. We also have to have phone chargers etc in another room for the night. It was fixed promptly the next morning, however the same issue happened again the next day.

Absolutely loved this place- beautiful staff, fantastic service, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, great room service, nice pool, outdoor shower, good design, great aircon, close to shops but away from business and noise. Felt completely relaxed here. Staff promptly helped with any assistance required- great job!!! Grab cars easily found the villa. Also loved that there was the option of onsite dining and the lobby made the villas feel secure. Management has obviously addressed previous complaints. Soap, shampoo etc labelled and loved the aircon in the master bedroom!

I’m not going to detail minor issues- for me, things like ants, the drain smell in outside toilet, mozzies in the outdoor living space etc were insignificant. It’s Asia!!! The overall stay was beyond my expectation.

walking into the villas was absolutely beautiful, perfect location and staff very friendly.

my only negative would be a few things. One of the glass doors didn’t open up to pool it was like it was permanently locked until the last day they fixed it. the bathroom as quite mouldy and shower head needed a very good clean water sprayed in all directions.

Very nice house with outdoor showers, on suite bathrooms, private pool and comfy beds. Drinking water provided. Super attentive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Close to store and restaurants. 15 min walk to the beach. Quiet area.

We had a villa for four people. There was a kitchen but not enough equipment to avtually cook. There were four envelopes, one pan frier, one knife. That was it. The last 300 meters walk to the villas was dark. It is a area under development.

This property was incredible! The location, 10/10! The staff were so kind and friendly. The property was stunning, quiet & so relaxing. You get the best of both worlds with a private villa but still have the luxury of breakfast delivered each day, room service, cleaning etc. Taman Mesari was honestly so perfect, we will stay here again next time!

Fantastic location! Very quiet once you get off the Main Street. Close to Bintang Supermarket and great restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. It was great to jump in the pool to cool down and the common area was great to chill.

If we get picky - Some of the gardens were dead at the villa around the shower area and on the high walls. It didn’t ruin the experience though.

Cleanliness, Breakfast in the room, cleanliness, they actually pampered us really well. always someone at the reception, everyday cleaning. We booked the villa for 5 days so we got floating breakfast free of cost. As the drinking water in Bali is not safe, this was the first villa which provided us with 25 liters cold and hot drinking water machine. So we could enjoy hot weather with cold drinking water 24/7.

We would have preferred a bedroom lock. they only have lock on the main door which can be openend from outside with a card (as done by cleaning staff), i would have preferred extra personal bedroom lock.

Very welcoming from the moment we arrived, they talked us through the breakfast options and told us we could go through early as our last guests had already left. Explained everything to us about our rooms, e.g. where things were, how things work. I did read online about how it needs maintenance, although I saw some things people were talking about the facility itself was amazing. So I can easily overlook small/minor details that don't actually affect my overall experience.

I didn't actually know that I could organise a massage at my villa! I must have looked over that part but saw it online after I left. I would've actually used this service daily if I had of known. Haha

Beautiful Villa with great comfy bed and pillows, huge bathroom, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with good size fridge and great pool in nice grounds. One of the nicest villas we have stayed in. Staff are outstanding.

Having an outdoor living area is a problem when it rains as the couches get wet but there was a small table and chairs to sit at under cover. The couch though is very uncomfortable anyway.

The breakfast was great with a decent selection of choices, both Western and Indonesian. The only thing that could have been better would be the time it was delivered. Reception would always ask what time we would require breakfast, and while we would always say 8am it was regularly bought at 7am - 7.15am. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful.

There were a few things that were not working when we arrived like the lights and the toilet door not closing, however the staff did get these issues fixed eventually.
