I liked that the location is just opposite the beach and close to convenient stores. The atmosphere in the pool was great in the afternoons, the pool was nice.

On first day when I arrived I had some questions for the girls at front desk, maybe silly questions. When I walked away all 3 women had a big giggle and I turned back to look and they were looking back at me. I felt they were laughing at me which I felt was disrespectful. You don't need to understand the language to know when people are taking the piss. Save the internal jokes and remarks when a person is well out of earshot.

A lovely L-shaped pool with crystal clear waters. The pool indicates the depths with a little S-shaped wall for the shallow end. A pool bar is also available. Breakfast was great - with many options: fruit & yogurt, various eggs and local foods - delicious fried noodles, breads and croissants and sweet treats. The location is excellent—right on the glorious Seminyak beach, with lovely long walks in either direction. The beach was mostly very clean and litter-free. However, in the last two days, there had been a surge of currents, tides, and winds, and a lot of rubbish washed up. People were cleaning it up. Taxis also readily available and the staff offers to order a safe taxi for their guests. The room was quiet and had a lot of space. We loved the creative treats of animals made up with the extra towels. Water and toiletries are replaced every day.

A small observation here: there was no cheese for breakfast to go with the croissant or toast. The manicure at the Spa: the colour came off four days later. I did go back and asked them to remove it completely.

The quiet location, the swimming pool was great. The staff lovely and helpful and friendly. Great for our family of 12. Family consists of grandparents, adults teenagers, and 3 and 5 year old. So close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and after reading the reviews of some guests before we went who complained about the breakfast, do not believe those negative reviews as the food was fresh and tasty and plenty of variety including a dedicated egg station.

It would have been lovely to have a later closing time of the pool. The water pressure in the shower could have been better in all of our rooms.

Let me start by saying that we are not resort people. But we originally booked a different hotel that ended up being terrible so we booked a room at this resort last minute. We were so glad that we did! This place is pricier than some of the cheap hotels around, but it's totally worth the price. There was a huge buffet-style breakfast, a really nice and sparkling clean pool with a swim up bar, and the best part is that it's literally ON the beach. We rented surfboards and spent lots of time in the ocean. It was a really relaxing way to spend the last 3 days of our trip.

The hotel restaurant was expensive

Great pool with beach views. In a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were also daily bus shuttles to Seminyak square and Kuta.

Needed to do a better job cleaning.

Convenient location, good AC in room, comfortable bed and pillows, restaurant was good, breakfast was adequate, staff were lovely.

Mixed up booking request! Got it sorted though! Very noisy at night, loud fireworks on beach close by but that’s what’s expected in Bali. Really disliked how other guests would put towels on sun lounges but not be there! Same people hogging best beds overlooking beach! Very very selfish people stay there! Management need to do something about it as there are limited lounges and space by the pool! Wouldn’t stay there again! A man tried to start an argument with me about me using a lounge that he said was his!!!! Loser!!!

It’s rather old and in need of some revamping. Rooms were small but satisfactory. They were clean which was great. Nowhere to hang wet swimming costumes and nothing dried outside due to the humidity so it would have been good to have some sort of drying rack to hang things inside. Not enough staff around the pool so was hard to order food and drinks and there is a sign saying that you can’t enter if you’re in your swimming costume so that proved a bit difficult. We ended up venturing out to eat during the day.

Excellent resort, open aired resort, right on the beach, COLD aircon, HOT showers, if you like true Indonesian style interior exterior this is the place for you! Buffet breakfast had a large selection, coffee actually was good! The pool was clean, the swim up bar is awesome! Stayed here for our honeymoon, close to everything, shops, circle K, massage, airport is approx 30 mins away. Could not fault the staff at all; please tip your concierge man, he’s the best! He’s there every day, the room was clean, the sheets were clean and pressed, and bathroom was clean and smelt clean, little touches like shampoo and soap and toothbrushes, (don’t use water) only bottled water for teeth. We loved our stay!

Everything was great! I hope all the staff are looked after behind closed doors, and paid well that’s all I wish for 🙌🏽

Warm friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast included 5-6 heated options changed daily. Fruit juices tea coffee and sweet treats to finish off. And The Egg Ststion where staff will make eggs any way. Looking over the beach and the pool promotes relaxation.

No elevator so stairs for exercise.thankfully just one level at worst.. this is true Balinese style hotel and the carp have a huge swimming pond in the centre of the building atrium.
