This is everything you'd expect from a resort. It's got everything you need to not leave, if you didn't want to. There is a convenience store and cash point, almost next door. The location is great. It's literally a stones throw away from the beach that has some great restaurants and beach bars. I did read some reviews on here that said they had wished there was more breakfast choice. I'm not sure in what way, as there was a huge, varied choice daily, and available until 11 am. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the grounds are well maintained, and it's very clean. The beds are definitely some of the more comfy beds we've stayed in, and the grounds are set so that almost every room has a pool view. We would stay there again.

Happy hour cocktails (if this bothers you) are quite limited. We'd have perhaps drank at the pool bar for longer if there had been more choice. Not a big deal for us, but it's worth a mention.

Easily the best resort we have ever stayed at. I would have been happy spending my entire time in Bali here. Beautiful food, comfortable rooms, great variety of pools areas. The staff are absolutely wonderful; funny, kind, and generous with their time. The massages at the in-house spa are 10/10. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Seminyak.

That I couldn’t stay longer

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special (especially Cista); greeted by name at breakfast, flowers delivered to room for my daughter who was ill, fun animal towel creations each day by the fabulous Putu our lovely cleaner. The pool is clean and inviting. We had adjoining rooms with my daughters, which was perfect. Our rooms also flowed onto the deck and pool. A really lovely atmosphere. Will be back!

Great beach-like pool open until late. Good buffet breakfast until 11.00am.

There is no smoking in rooms which is great, but when people smoke on the balcony the smell still wafts into the rooms/balconies nearby. A mouthful of cigarette smoke firs thing in the morning on the balcony is revolting. Perhaps smoking and non-smoking wings an idea ?

Absolutely everything! Staff were outstanding!! In particular the staff at breakfast and the pool bar staff Gym was exactly what I needed Pool was perfect Room was clean and had everything I needed

Good location with a local Greek taverna on site as well as bar meals. Good breakfast included in our rate. Good swimming pools.

The room was fantastic, right infront of the pool. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. They never brushed us off but always had time for us. The breakfast buffet is worth it! Just remember to ask them for the hashbrowns (its not on the menu but they will cook them for you). Also the pastries need to be warmed up. The staff advised to put them through the toasting oven and they came out perfect (even though there is a sign saying strictly bread only!). Lots of fresh fruit too with fresh juices.

The deck chairs outside our room were mostly in sun in the late morning and afternoon. Food consistency was a bit variable, but really a very minor thing. The soft poached eggs were sometimes slightly on the harder side. Thier coffee is definitely not to my taste! Tasted a bit like a grain of some sort rather than pure coffee. But the tea was ok so I drank that instead.

All staff friendly couldn't do enough for you but the room Cleaning omg he.was amazing and also couldn't do enough the towel art is a talent and you find yourself wanting to get back to see what he done.for the.day

I travelled with my adult daughter. Our room was on par with other resorts I have stayed at including The Stones. It was very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was lovely. There is a shallower pool for families with young children including a basketball hoop. The main pool is deeper with a swim-up pool bar. The breakfast was good for the price - buffet including omelettes made fresh to order. The staff were very friendly. Quipet greeted us with a friendly smile and warm welcome each morning at breakfast. There is table tennis and pool in the foyer,

This was my second visit to the resort and I really love the vibe of the place and there were some lovely flowers and fruit waiting for me in my room. The resort is in a great location and they have a little buggy that can take you to the beach or other parts of Seminyak, which is great in the heat. The place is kept beautifully clean and the room attendants leave towel animals and hand written notes in your room each day - a sweet touch. The staff are just beautiful, always saying hello with welcoming smiles.

I had a couple of cocktails at the swim up bar and these weren’t very good. They obviously use pre-mix and they were very sweet and tasted like cordial. I think the included breakfast should include decent coffee ( you had to pay extra for this). Filtered coffee and tea was included.
