They gave me a superior room so it was super big and spacious. I loved the outside area with a little garden and some chairs and table to relax. Super big and comfortable bed. Amazing shower. Personnel was super nice all the time.

The swimming pool was always dirty and some tiles were broken. It looked like it was not well taken care off. Breakfast was expensive compared to other places.

Lloyds is great for short stay. Modern rooms. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom and bathtub. Great price. Breakfast was adequate. Given an upgrade to bigger room. Fantastic location in the heart of Legian shops.

Pool needed cleaning. A bit green. Didn’t stop us from swimming tho. Drain was smelly in room occasionally but that’s Bali. Can happen in any hotel.

Such a gem of a hotel in the middle of bustling Seminyak! It’s hidden away so it feels private and quiet. The property is beautiful, I really enjoyed it and very picture worthy! My room was so comfortable and beautiful, I definitely recommend upgrading to the rooms with the private outdoor bath tub!!! I was so pleased with my room and amenities! The Canopy spa is incredible and I had a massage and a flower bath there. I would say this has been my favorite spa I’ve been to while in Bali by far! It is a must!!

The pool is pretty but needs some work and improvement. Some cracked tile and could used some new chairs and nets to lay in the pool on.

The property was nice, and workers were great

They didn’t clean the room couple of days.. the noise in the morning for breakfast was very noticeable even in the second floor.

Staffs are super friendly. Great location, walking distance to beach, supermarket, restaurants and spa.

There is some construction work going on next to the hotel, a bit noisey.

the design and the building. the staff was AMAZING! clean and changing towels and sheets when you need them to fast laundry discrete stuff generous with soaps etc

-the bathroom smelled because of the water that stays in the rocks(?) -you have to enforce quiet hours because the guests were too noisy. -the breakfast could be improved since they had too many asian options but the daily menu is great every day (two option) the a l carte is also great and the stuff really helped me to order special when my belly was sick. -the pool too small to swim and if someone is having breakfast at that time then you can't enjoy .

The staff were brilliant so happy and friendly thank you fajrin and wiwin on reception, super helpful. Lovely bedding , soft pillows and well designed room ideal for us with our teenager like all the extra touches , mosquito spray and plug in in the room, dressing gowns , fresh water, lovely toiletries . Smart tv to watch Netflix .

I like all the extra touches , mosquito spray and plug in in the room , fantastic food for lunch could have been more western style breakfast option though , bacon etc . The road in was hazardous especially after the rain ( that cannot be controlled of course ! ) but it needs to be more even for walking . I would suggest larger towel they are far too small , my husband is 6 foot 1 !

I loved the warm and friendly staff who continually delighted with their thoughtful and attentive service. Always ready to go the extra mile to make the stay as exceptional as possible. The location of Lloyds is ideal as its tucked away from busy streets for optimal quiet and privacy but equally so accessible to eveything in the area by foot. I loved the breakfast! It was really exceptional and it felt so abundant to have a 'main course' breakfast choice each morning in addition to the extensive buffet selection. The housekeeping service delighted with sweet towel arrangements on my bed each day - really made me smile! I also loved the spa and enjoyed a relaxing full body massage. The attention to detail in the spa and throughout the hotel offers something unique to travelers who enjoy artful touches that convey unique brand values and personality. I also loved the 'chill out space' which was ideal for remote work and reading. Oh and how could I leave out the pool! Such a refreshing haven to retreat to. If I return to Seminyak this is without doubt where I'll be returning to stay! Thank you :)

I really don't have any complaints or suggestions to make. Every detail was catered to. Its clear that the owner and team care very much about guest satisfaction.

It was a quirky little place with very interesting rooms.

The shower was half inside and outside which was fun but the toilet was in with it. The floor got very wet and slippery after a shower.

I got a room upgrade and had a gorgeous outdoor bathtub. The room is quite clean with a fairly comfortable bed.

It is difficult to walk barefoot in the room because it is concrete. You can hear very well what is going on outside the door. also there are often parties outside which you can hear very well in the room. The massage is good but better to find something else with better quality. At breakfasts small variety of dishes. there is a small buffet and for the main course you have to order one of two dishes. One dish from European cuisine and the other dish from Asian cuisine. The wifi went to switch on and off periodically so it worked well. And I didn't understand how to ask for towels to be changed.
