Could have done with few more loungers chairs for group of 4 adults Mentioned electronic lockbox/ safe to staff to address.... if power goes off which it did in area ,we were unable to access safe with passport in it.. would not be good if required urgently to catch a plane !

The staff were really friendly and the villa was always clean.

The price of the Villa was a little expensive but other than that loved staying here.

Building work is being carried out next to the the property which made it difficult to access and noisy at times.

The property is clearly new and the upstairs bedroom is stunning. Love the dressing room. the bathrooms and kitchen which looked great. However definitely style over substance there is a lot of potential if the owners take onboard advice regarding seating. The villa was clean with some nice touches. Aircon worked well through out. Hot and cold water on tap and iron and iron board. Location was good try to find gate which gets you on the main road quicker.

We were upset to find there is building work directly next door which started early morning - this was not disclosed as all work according to the property was completed Jan 23. This ruined any opportunity to relax prior to our flight. Other issues include lack of comfortable seating for 4 people (villa will sleep 6) other than around the table on hard dining chairs . There is only 1 hanging seat around pool with no other lounger and actual pool does not get any sun. There are only 2 seats on balcony again making it impossible to sit comfortably as a group and large round lounger only sits 2. Other minor issues - There is a well stocked kitchen but a lack of wine glasses and other glass wear. The bath also needs to be secured as it rocks when in the shower. We attempted to raise issue with villa manager who just said they would advise management and check out was stressful as they did not advise with what we should do about keys. Overall disappointing as we stayed in 3 previous villa which were all fabulous and had been really looking forward to this stay

Big space. Relatively accesible. Towels and amenities are there.

Groundfloor room is wet and moist which is not good. Drain in bathroom is not working. It floods when someone is taking a bath. One of the A/C room second floor is not working Floor not thoroughly clean. There were some trash from the previous tenants. Water in water dispenser is old and looks like it was there for a long time.

Eric was very helpfull. He looked after us all the times.

Lots of things. Powerpoints in bedroom were not working. Shower drain was blocked. Toiler was not flushing. Plates were dirty. Had stains on them. We bought food for to cook and ended up not cooking it. Little ants crawling on bed.

Absolutely everything. The host was accommodating, the villa was stunning, the layout was excellent and facilities were great. The showers, air cons, space, music system and privacy were prime for our trip. My children and I had a wonderful stay. Anything we needed, the host accommodated, and added extras like a washing machine, and all kitchen appliances, were beyond most villas efforts in Seminyak. I can't wait to stay here again. An added bonus if you love mango trees, there is a beautiful huge mango tree that is right outside the villa and it's a delight watching the squirrels running around it. Highly recommend this villa and its in a quiet location near a busy area, you couldn't ask for more 🤌❤️

Note: this isnt a complaint, just something to be aware of and take into consideration after reading other reviews and the note the host left on the description. There is construction going on next door and surrounding the pool side of the villa, but the workers next door are very respectful, really don't disturb you or wake you up with building noises. We found if we turned the fountain on that overlooks the pool, you couldn't hear any of the construction next door, so please dont let this hinder your decision to stay here. I thought it may be a problem, but it wasn't in the slightest. The Balinese are great and they do their best to maintain a good stay. Outside the villa is slightly rough, but did not bother or hinder our stay as it only consists of about 10m around the outside of the villa. Once you see the construction, you'll understand how easy it is to have the most relaxing time while not being bothered by the works.
