The property was clean, located in a very good area for traveling around. The bed was comfortable, good water pressure , with a great pool to relax in. The best part was of course all of the staff, so very welcoming, polite, courteous and extremely attentive for any need. I would like to thank Nyoman for a wonderful welcome and made sure we were looked after during our stay, also Igus for his wonderful supper attentive service and making our stay comfortable and making sure we got to the airport safe and on time. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well!!! Definitely recommend to all.

We have just spent 15 days at this fantastic hidden gem in Seminyak. The Lotus Tirta is an older style small hotel with 16 bedrooms and 3 villas. The grounds and rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff work efficiently all day to ensure it stays spotless. The rooms are well airconditioned with large comfortable beds, TV, fridge, safe and bathrooms. They open onto a shared verandah with dividing half walls which allows for privacy but at the same time provides and opportunity to engage with the staff and other guests if desired. The pool is cold and refreshing with tropical plants, traditional statues where offerings were placed daily, several lounges and a table with comfortable chairs for relaxing. We were lucky enough to be served breakfast by the pool every day during our stay but there is also a dining area on the property where breakfast is served for all guests. Breakfast is booked the night before from a menu and includes local as well as western foods. It is served at your chosen time in your room or dining area and is excellent. During our stay we had the opportunity to move into the three bedroom villa and this is absolutely fantastic with very large rooms, semi outdoor bathroom, private pool, large kitchen, dining and lounge area. It is a mix of traditional style entrance and roof with relatively modern interior. The location is fantastic, on a small quiet street with good money changer, a coffee shop, an excellent warung, laundry and a 24 hr convenience store. The street joins two larger streets in this area, both with lots of shopping and extensive variety of restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to Seminyak beach. However what makes the Lotus Tirta shine among the many different hotels and villas we have stayed at over 30 years visiting Bali is the Staff. Agus and his staff were the kindest most accommodating staff we have come across we arrived at midnight with our kids checked straight in and they were fine with the kids playing in the pool quite loudly till around 3am late check out was no problem so made the late flight so much easier .. anything we needed they helped with couldn't reccomend this villa more 😁 also Warung kecil two shops up was the best place in the world for easy and close food options on those days the kids needed to relax

A little bit of a gap in the doors to rooms made mozzies a bit friendly maybe some mosquito nets over the beds would work well few little maintance issues from age but nothing was an issue to fix .. amazing people

I'm a solo traveler and booked room 101 at the ground floor with pool access, upgraded my stay and it was a good decision. Room was decent in terms of space, was able to find some spot for my luggage. Cabinets and drawers are clean, and able to use them. Aircon is super cold, the fridge is freezing my drinks too, which is a good thing in a warm sunny Bali. Restroom was spacious.. good hot water. Room was spotless! Housekeeping cleans everyday and was also very efficient! Bed was comfy, pillows are just okay not the fluffiest, they did give me extra pillows as I requested. Location was close to Harris and can definitely walk to nearby cafes/restos and also to the beach. It is a in a more secluded area so not the busiest. The dogs though kept barking at night which can be a bit noisy but didn't bother me much. The place still calmed me well. Get the ground floor rooms, for solo people opt for the corner one, you can enjoy some takeout meal and coffee on your chair facing the pool and enjoying nature and the aound of water drops. Place is safe, I was in and out of the place at night and coming back 3 or 4am, it is a gated complex. This place feels homey, simple villa that is calm. Other guests are also very chill and quiet. Thanks Pak Agus and the house staff who were very warm and welcoming, gave me early check-in too! :)

Lotus Tirta Seminyak has everything basic a guest could request for. First thing i want to mention is the staff. Staff was amazing , mostly young boys and girls managing the facility from front desk to housekeeping. They were over and beyond on our requests and very included with our stay, noticing even the smaller details. Second thing i want to mention is the location and price ratio. The facility is located in the middle of Seminyak, has quick access to everywhere in Kuta& Seminyak& Changu areas. I also highly recommend this place if you have limited time in Bali and want to take day trips to areas such as Ubud and Uluwatu, since locationwise it is situated right in the middle of two areas and has approx. similar distance to both. When it comes to the quality and state of the hotel, if you are not looking for a luxurious travel but rather a basic stay, i also recommend the hotel. They are providing all the basic needs that were completely fine for us. We also took the breakfast on daily basis, it doesnt make you full but it was tasty and allright. All in all, for a budget & location friendly stay & super friendly staff i highly recommend Lotus Tirta Seminyak. Small note: Markets&restaurants, cafes all in walking reach. Specially there was a small smoothie bar right around the corner which we enjoyed on daily basis, highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived & were greeted at the car the smiling faces of the staff were so welcoming. We were meeting friends so they made sure we were close together. Every day Agus the manager made sure everything was good for us. Breakfast was served to us by the pool everyday. Agung the supervisor & all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were meant to fly out of the 1st but due to a problem with the fuel pump in Perth we couldn’t fly out for a further 3 days. We got back from the airport & the staff didn’t want us to stress so put us in a fantastic villa. They all went above & beyond to make everything right for us. We will definitely go back to Bali & to the Lotus Tirta. It would be like coming back to family. Thank you all so much.

Would highly recommend Lotus Tirta. Room was very comfortable with every amenity and a view over the pool and tropical garden. Bed and shower wonderful. Spotlessly clean and room cleaned and linen changed daily. Breakfast, particularly the Nasi Goreng, was delicious. Best part - the excellent staff who make you feel like you are in a 5+star resort. Agung, and Agus (the manager) especially, are exceptional and Agus went above and beyond to make my stay, as a first-time single traveler, feel like I was staying with family. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Rooms are not large, although bathroom is, but I found it was quite satisfactory - well set out and comfortable.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. We've chosen the airport pick up, and the driver was there in advance so that we don't have to wait. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We've chosen the 3 bedrooms villa with pool as we were travelling with 3 kids. It has to be noted that the 3 rooms are independent and do not communicate, meaning you access each room from outdoor (within a private court that has a door than can be locked from inside), might not be very convenient for young kids. For the breakfast, you can choose between Indonesian options ( nasi goreng, or noddles) and pancakes (with chocolate sauce and fried bananas): We've taken the two options and everything was very tasty...and it is served in the private terrace of the villa, that was top notch. Shower are balinese style, open top. After the breakfast, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool, water was a little bit cold, however it was very good to get energized after the long flight we had the day before. The staff is very very reactive through WhatsApp, you get your questions answered within 5mn, amazing. It is a 25-30mn drive from the airport at night (We've picked up from the airport around 12am).

Staff were absolutely legends! Kind, friendly, professional, respectful, always smiling and ready to give the best support! All staff are shining stars! The room is small but includes all you need, bathroom was clean and fresh. Located close to the beach, a 10-15 walk. Many restaurants and supermarkets are found in the area. Had a lovely staying and would definitely revisit.

AC is very old and loud

Staff are very helpful & prompt although sometimes a bit difficult to communicate in English. Location is very good, out of the hustle bustle from the main Seminyak street but very easy to reach the streets when you need to. Rooms were kept neat and clean - breakfast was always on time, very punctual. Overall a good value for money space.

ACs in the room are old and hence takes a lot of time to cool. Taxi rates at the hotel are way too high so will suggest to take up options from other vendors outside
