The food here is a bit Western, especially for us Asians. It's lacking spiciness and deep flavors, but it's still tasty. The pool is large and comfortable, especially the small pool outside the Japan villa accommodation. In the afternoon, around noon, the pool is shaded from direct sunlight, so it stays cool. However, with such a beautiful sea, as a scuba diver, I'd rather jump into the ocean to get wet. The breakfast offers a few options, mostly Western-style and delicious, but after staying for many days, it gets a bit repetitive. I do miss Asian-style breakfasts.

The pillow was too soft and flat for me. I prefer a higher and slightly firmer pillow, but since diving was so exhausting, I still slept quite well. Other than that I regret that vacation time is limited and I can't stay longer.

The resort design was nice overlooking the volcano and the see. The excessive hotel staff were friendly and massages were great.

Restaurant staff - like not joking 13 people I counted - 4-5 behind bar, the rest in the kitchen and around were just standing, staring at us. So you are sitting down, want a glass of water, which they could have brought, but instead they keep staring and you have to call them. They look annoyed :) They bring water. Then they bring two food platters, but there is 3 of you. They charge for large beer but bring small. You order food, they don't bring it,... but we were one family amongst line 6 guests total for a resort with capacity of probably 80 ppl! Also, too much resort maintenance. Constantly when you want to enjoy the pool there was someone maintaining pool, watering grass that was greener that Heineken bottle cutting grass, just absolutely overstaffed probably creating jobs.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Those in the restaurant, the office, the spa, and the diving staff. All were wonderful. The food at the restaurant, the spa services, and all the diving opportunities were amazing. There are so many great places to dive nearby, including the resort's own beach. I will definitely return.

Far from the airport, but worth it if you want to be near so many amazing dive sites.

Food was yummy and we can go anytime or order food anytime to the restaurant ( we don't eat so late anyway ). The property is well maintained and clean and I think our room is the best because it facing the sea and it has a big mango tree in front of the terrace that gives lots of shades. And we did some massages... excellent.. !!!!!!

I was hoping there is some TV Channel so that we can watch the News live. Although they do have digital television that you can connect with your gadget, but I'm suggesting you to have your own Internet Abonnement for a faster connection. Outside the hotel there is a grocery shop nearby, if you want to see a market you need to go somewhere else.

Beautiful location on the beach. Not immediately in the town so more peace and quiet. You can get them to drive you into town if you want to. The restaurant has a great selection of dishes so no need to go into town if you are staying just a few days. Close to several dive sites including the Liberty wreck, I did the Open water certificate here and I can recommend it. Remi was a patient instructor with an eye for detail.

Close to nice diving spots. Friendly staff. Nice pool and private bungalows. Food was also good, especially breakfast. Great ocean views!

Sometimes they would run out of certain foods or ingredients, which is fine, but they seemed to swap them for ingredients that were very different (i.e. cayenne instead of cinnamon). Kind of funny. Nothing is really walking distance but you can get a ride for cheap if needed. Also the ATM machines nearby didn't have cash so we had to go to Amed. Not a big deal but something to be aware of.

Most comfortable beds on our 3.5wk trip! Loved them! Great pool, very peaceful. Rooms and complex very clean. Dive shop is attached to it, so it is easy to go diving here. Kind staff, good restaurant.

Dive sites around here are SO commercialized, had I known that, would have rather stayed few extra days in Pemuteran or go to Penida instead. Also DM was't too invested. We had 2 rather short dives.

The location is fabulous, and the organization also works very well. Direct access to the beach, which is very stoney. Bring swim shoes (recommended) if you are sensitive. The staff is friendly except for the European workers. They are somewhat distanced, which makes it feel weird. Diving there is handled professionally and seems to be in the average pricing on Bali.

When you have a connected room, then you can hear the neighbors as there is a connected door. Rather unpleasant at times. The biggest issue is the internet connection which is very, very bad. I cannot recommend staying there if you have business meetings scheduled. Very frustrating. If you want to watch a movie, be aware that the TVs are super small, and you should have them downloaded already.

great location on the beach. beach is good for swimming. nice pool with cool water. room was fine, fitting the hotel category. everything was clean. dive school in-house was good. breakfast and dinner in the restaurant exceeded our expectations. overall, nothing fancy but pleasant and solid, i would say.

aircon was weak: even when running all the time the room would cool down only just enough to be comfortable. shower drain was a bit clogged, water took a while to drain.
