Lovely bright homestay in a central location in Amed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Huge walk in shower. Breakfast is served on the balcony and is made up of tea or coffee, scrambled eggs or banana pancake, mixed fruit. ATM is 10’ walking; Amed beach is 2’ walking. Just around the corner there are warungs, a pharmacy, grocery stores and shops. Big plus: the owner is very kind. She offered to help us with snorkeling equipments, day trips, motorbikes etc.

It gets loud at night as in the village there are tons of roosters.

Almost everything! The breakfast was superb! Nearest to anything and its even a very peaceful and quiet stay even its near to the main road. You can even rent a motorbike from the host to wandering around Amed! Our host also very friendly and very helpful! Worth money to spend on this guesthouse

Just the next neighbour that was consistenly do an open burning during our 2 night stay. The smoke that enter into our room and spoiled our mood in the morning.

Kadek, the owner was so hospitable and very engaging. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. The rooms are massive, plenty of space for 2 people. Location was great for us, being nearer to drive to Tulumben but also close to Amed for dinner. We hired a bike from the guesthouse also, very easy.

Street dogs could be quite loud at night but it wasn’t all night and not every night so didn’t bother us too much.

Good location, though without a motorbike it's harder to get to jemuluk bay. I still managed to get around by walking and getting rides. Kadek is an amazing host who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and really made me feel welcome and even invited me to a wedding and drove me places. She has contacts for local activities as well.

The white lights, room would be more cozy with yellow lights. The bathroom was warm but typical of Bali.

I loved everything about Amed Kunara and cannot recommend it enough - especially for this great price. Elsa and her mom are so lovely and really create a little home away from home for their guests. Big clean rooms with super comfy beds, great aircon, great wifi and very hot shower with good water pressure. Beautiful terrace where you even get breakfast overlooking their little garden. Location is great too right at the beginning of Amed close to many restaurants, a few minutes to the beach, etc. Would always come back!!

Just a suggestion: the bathroom needs some hooks for the towels :)

The owner and her daughter was so friendly and kindful. The room was good and clean. The AC works really well. For breakfast you can choose between Toast/egg or Pancake. Every breakfast includes a fresh plates of fruit. It is possible to rent a scooter for 60k/day. The guest house is really close to the beach and lots of Warnung and Restaurants near by. I can highly recommend

The ventilation of the bathroom isn‘t really well, towels and clothes don’t become dry because of the many mosquitoes a mosquito net would be great

The rooms are big and there are only 3 so it's very quiet. The bed is comfortable and the showers are great, Good pressure and hot water that lasts. The cat is very cute and cuddly so if you like cats it's great. There are restaurants and the beach very close by - the main diving places and beach front restaurants are a 5-10 min walk away. Allt eh locals are very friendly when you are walking

The neighbours have pigs so there is sometimes a horrible odour with the heat too. I shut my doors and it was fine. The dogs can be a bit intimidating with their barking if you aren't a dog person but they are actually very friendly. My room didn't get cleaned one day because I spent the day inside. They didn't ask if they could clean it and I didn't ask them to. So if you are staying in for the day, ask them to clean and they will but otherwise, they will leave you to it.

Kardek, Elsa, Wayan & the staff/family were amazing. Great location, Enak Enak (Delicious) complimentary breakfast every morning. Nice and clean, rooms are cleaned every day if you are out and about, which is really nice. This was a fantastic spot for accomodation while I went diving at TwoFish/Dua Ikan. Awesome family guesthouse to stay in Amed, definitely recommend. Their anjing (dogs) Heli and Loli are a lot of fun as well. Say hi and give them some pats. Kardek and her family are super helpful and lovely to spend time with. Nothing. This place and the people are the best. 10/10.

The room was a good size and the airconditioning worked well. The shower was good and had hot water. There was a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside your room and was tasty. There was free drinking water for guests. It was easy to get into town and to the beach.

The third time I have stayed here and yet again I had a great experience. Friendly owner. Large, clean, comfy room. Good location just off the main road and within walking distance to many warungs.
