Staff was really nice, they provide good massage, the location was perfect, the pool was clean.

The breakfast selection was poor and it wasn’t really tasty, we went out for breakfast couple of times even though we paid for breakfast at villa. We had to order breakfast everyday the day before and we could only select the whole breakfast menu, which wasn’t really made well, they had 6 of them and 3 were rice or noodles with chicken, which is not something tourists will eat. They were asking everyday about cleaning the room instead of cleaning it, which made it a bit uncomfortable to ask for cleaning all the time. The location is good, but it’s in a dark alley which is quite scary to walk in the night, and it’s right next to a cock farm, so you can hear them all the time, which can be annoying if you have to stay at villa when you feel sick.

The villa was absolutely amazing. Everything looks like the pictures. The room was lovely and the swimming pool was perfect. The staff was friendly and super helpful with everything you need. A couple of times we had things planned before breakfast time and they gave us a breakfast pack to go so we can bring it with us. The location was super good, very quite and close to the centre (10 min by Grab to the centre). In regards to the roosters, is it true you can hear them sometimes, but only sometimes and they didn’t bother us at all. The staff was very apologetic about it but were don’t think is a big deal. If you want to enjoy Ubud but have a quiet relaxing place to chill, this is your place to stay.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at De Metra Vila! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The vila itself was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Beautiful villa. Very private and romantic. Pool was very clean and the rooms were refreshed 2 times a day. The staff are wonderful, very attentive and will go above and beyond for their guests. If you hire a bike it’s only 10 minutes from central Ubud. Staff were great in helping us hire a bike and recommending places to go. You can even order massages to your room. The only problem was how loud the chickens and roosters are next to the villa. They provided earplugs for this noise and were very apologetic. This is not their fault but it definitely makes it a true local experience. I absolutely loved this villa and would return. Bagas is one of the staff members at the villa. He is a lovely person and extremely helpful. He is very friendly and always makes sure the guests feel safe and happy. Thankyou for everything Bagas, we will see you again soon!!

Amazing place to stay. It has the real authentic Bali Ubud experience. Tucked away and not near the busy traffic. Staff were amazing to me and they helped in any way possible. Must try the Indonesian breakfast they provide, the best I have had! The villa coordinator Bagas was the best, he made sure I had everything I needed and help me organise trips, food and everything in between.

The villa doesn’t do a dinner service BUT they were amazing at helping get what ever you wanted delivered if you didn’t feel like hitting the streets to find food.

Spacious and beautiful place to stay

The villas have a jungle inside, if you are okay living with bugs, lizards , frogs and slugs it is amazing. Most frustrating thing is they charge you for the water when you are leaving. Not a big amount but it is not nice charging something that they didn’t mention. Overall I can say the property is very expensive considering those.

Villa was great, clean and very attractive. Staff was very supportive and friendly, we need a bike for rent, they just provide us the key without any formalities in just 15 minutes. Location was little interior from road, but it was just 7-8 minutes away from ubud central by bike. Pool was clean, bathroom was very huge and having big bath tub. You can enjoy whole day on villa if u r going for honeymoon. I would recommend to couples to stay here for peaceful and lovely holiday. Overall great experience....good staff, available 24 hours. For couples who want to spend the peaceful and quality time, this is the one of best villa....i would love to come back here, if i olan to Bali again.

Very relaxing, quiet location, and we got exactly what is represented in the pics. Pool was great and the beds were comfortable. Put the kettle on early ... it takes a while to boil 🙂 Easy to get a driver to take you to Ubud centre for around 100k in the mornings - just ask at reception 👍 Loved our stay here in the two bedroom villa.

Located on a little road with only scooter traffic, the villas are a two minute walk from the rice fields and 10 minutes from several delightful restaurants. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, happy and attentive.  The bathroom is open to nature and is a delight. Of course the private pool is the biggest attraction.

The walls around the pool block any breeze. And the pool could have been cleaner. Cushions needed for the lounge chairs.

The location and property is beautiful, the villa with private pool is clean and extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They even arranged transport for us.

The place shows just a few km away from the centre but due to the traffic, you'll not get grab in the evening. The food delivery is also a problem as they don't serve dinner in the property. It's best to rent a bike.
