staff were amazing friendly, had the best driver you picked us up from the airport (Nyoman) and took us on a few different excursions on a few different days, breakfast was included in our package and was incredible with 4/5 different courses and several different options. views from the room and the pool are are amazing.

At night, in the villa I was sometimes woken my the animals outside, but arguable part of the charm. They were doing building works beside our villa and workers were sat on our wall, reducing the privacy.

The resort is located in the jungle where the views from the pool and restaurant are awesome. The breakfast is the best I ever had and worth every penny.

The property needs maintenance and the WIFI was terrible.

Everything. We came here for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing place to stay. The view of the Ayung valley was phenomenal, huge breakfasts with lots of choice, we had a room with a private pool and the hotel gave us an upgrade on the last night. We also got honeymoon cake on arrival. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and helped us book cars etc when we needed. We did the morning yoga and had the extra candlelight dinner and floating breakfast as well, which were definitely worth it. Would recommend this hotel and come back. :)

Very cute villa, with wooden details and a magic feel to it. You really feel like you are in ubud. The private pool was great fun. They include a yoga class in the morning, a shuttle into ubud downtown and also a walk to see the rice fields.

The bathroom was basically exposed to outdoors, and there were always crawlies around like massive hornets, or lizards, upon arrival we saw a small snake inside.

I’m giving this hotel a 5! The staff is incredibly friendly and was always ready to help. We asked for fruit to be sliced, and they happily did it. My boyfriend also arranged a surprise for me in the room, and they prepared everything perfectly. The nature surrounding the hotel is absolutely stunning, creating a magical atmosphere. The pool is fantastic, and relaxing by the pool was a highlight of our stay. I’d rate the restaurant and breakfasts a 4 out of 5, but everything else was simply top-notch. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We stayed at Pramana for 10 days for our honeymoon and are so glad we booked it! The staff were exceptional from start to finish. When we arrived we were provided with a welcome drink while they gave us an introduction into what facilities and extra services were on offer such as trip bookings, spa, daily shuttle bus etc. Whenever it rained, the staff would very kindly meet us at our taxi with umbrellas to ensure we were looked after. Whether it would be asking for tips/information on places to visit, ordering drinks at the pool bar, having breakfast/dinner or talking to the cleaning team, everyone we spoke to offered fantastic customer service and always greeted us with a smile! We felt extremely well looked after and the kindness the staff showed us completely elevated our stay. The room is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. We loved having the complimentary Bali coffee in our room, and were treated to a special floral decoration on the bed for our arrival in celebration of our honeymoon, alongside a cake! The extra touches the staff provide makes you feel very special. In addition to the room and your personal outdoor seating area, the restaurant and pool area has an exceptional view of the rainforest that you feel like you have walked out of an instagram post! The free yoga class each morning at 7am was something we were particularly looking forward to before our stay, and it did not disappoint! The class took place in open space underneath a bohemian wooden roof and just looking at it felt very zen... we did 3 classes in total and would have done more but also enjoy a lie in... however it completely makes sense for a 7am start as the heat would have been too much, so it was a great way to start our day! We were lucky enough to stay during a themed balinese dance event at the hotel restaurant. It was incredible being able to experience watching the local balinese dancers while eating a beautiful three course dinner.

We would only suggest having more lighting / brighter bulbs in the room itself as it offers a lot of soft lighting which is nice but also a bit too dark!

This hotel is absolutely amazing , it is out of this world. The setting is jaw dropping and the staff really made our trip one to remember. From the moment we checked in with Tani we felt so welcome and at ease. We were brought to the restaurant to enjoy a welcome drink looking over the magnificent valley. She informed us about 7am daily yoga, shuttle bus to the town, and the welcome freebies including a 15 min photoshoot and 10 mins welcome massage. Like hello??? This is the first hotel I’ve been to where you are invited to the spa as a welcome haha. Love it. We had a 2hr massage and mud bath with scrub and it was incredible. I think this was the best massage I had over my past 6 weeks in Asia. I also attended the yoga classes and the instructor was 10/10 superb. The infinity pool is amazing. The sunset here was stunning. The restaurant staff are so attentive and kind. Odi was one of the staff that couldn’t have been more gentle , kind and helpful. All of them were. The bedroom was huge with a two person bath tub. We were in the basic bedroom style, if I was to go back I would stay in one of the huts with a private pool. I found the value for money here to be really good. It would be 10 times to price in our home country. Thank you so so much to the staff, you are all deserve a big round of applause.

There was a musty smell in our bedroom. Maybe this is because it was ground floor with not too much daylight. We didn’t ask to change rooms because it wasn’t too big a deal for us. I would say that the first floor bedrooms are more airy.

The property has absolutely everything that a solo traveller, or a couple would need, including the small details like travel adapters. The bed is VERY comfortable, the outdoor bath tubs are also very private and are a brilliant touch. The price of a driver through the hotel is only slightly more expensive than Grab, however, the level of service and personalisation as well as safety and security that you receive from the drivers the hotel will provide, is genuinely unrivalled. The staff at Pramana, are accommodating, friendly and professional, any reasonable request they will action. The hotel staff took extremely good care of us, and we were happy to reciprocate as they were so amazing.

As we stayed in wooden floor villa, the floor are slippery and we needed to be extra careful when walking.
