Ketut is very nice and available, his auntie also so sweet. I forgot my hat at checkout and he helped me to get it delivered despite being very busy. The room is quite big and basic, but perfect for a place to sleep in the centre on a low budget. I would say it's great for travelers and backpackers.

It is just in the middle of the market so is not so easy to get in and out with luggage as cars can not enter. Also due to the location you can hear the area is very busy day and night.

The location of Sadru is unbeatable! You can literally be all in the center of everything and come back to your room to relax a little bit. The rooms were incredibly big with two queen sized beds. Katu was an amazing host, very friendly and with a smiley face all the time. Thanks to him and his family we witnessed the Hindu culture and local living because they live there and there is a temple right in the yard which added to the charm of the place. We happened to be there for the Silent Day and they shared a great local lunch with us.

There is no soap so bring yours! There can be some improvements in terms of cleaning. There is no wardrobe in the rooms, 2 racks can do the work. But I am rating this place for price / performance ratio and it is unbeatable.

everything was amazing! I stayed there for a month and never had any problems! located in the Center of Ubud, close to everything. Ketut and his family are the best and will really take good care of you will definitely come back!

The room was prefect and on the street of a little market! Very spacious, clean and homey. Lovely traditional interiors and the comfort was excellent.

The location is super good! If wandering on the street to late evening, soon to be back hotel. The provide breakfast for the morning. (Tasted good!!) There is a balcony for rest out of the room. It’s like staying in the old Bali architecture!! The room is big and with hot water for shower.

The wall cancer should be repair in the room. It looks scaring…. The owner didn’t reply on message. If you are looking for some tour ordering, it’s hard to get reply.

Staff were lovely, location is excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet and safe location.

Booking.com stated that all units are on the ground floor. They are not, it is a three story building with two rooms on each floor. Also, Booking.com stated that there is a restaurant on site which there is not, although there are many nearby. The bathroom needed a good scrub.

Excellent location, nice breakfast, comfortable beds great value for money. If the bath towel isn't in the room, you can ask for it and you'll get one.

I had the room in the basement. There's a dog tied to a tree that barks constantly at night and it's annoying and disturbing.

No wardrobe or cupboards in my room , not sure if the other 5 rooms have them Rooms not serviced daily But it's only minor issue . Sheets & towel were fresh when I arrived. Overall I'd absolutely 💯 % recommend the property. It's great value overall

The location is superb and the young man working there was kind. The room was clean The breakfast was very good

Unfortunately I had a bit of a confusing check in, which was possibly because I didn't give them a time that I would arrive! (This was my fault, and it resulted in me doing without a few things on the first night) If you do not have a towel or toilet paper, be sure to ask as it will be provided!
