I am writing to share my incredible experience at Suara Alam during my recent visit to Bali in November. My husband and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. I would like to leave a glowing review to express my utmost satisfaction with every aspect of our stay. To start with, the hotel's location was perfect. Situated in Ubud, it offered convenient access to all the attractions in the area. We were able to explore the surroundings effortlessly, thanks to the proximity of the hotel to everything we wanted to see and do. We even had the freedom to venture around on our scooter, adding an extra layer of excitement to our trip. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and pristine condition of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was evident that the hotel management took great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. However, what truly set Suara Alam apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we checked in until our departure, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. During our stay, my husband arranged a romantic candlelit dinner by the pool as a surprise for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. The decorations, flowers, and ambiance created a truly magical setting. The chef personally visited our table to ensure that the food exceeded our expectations, and it certainly did. The meal was simply outstanding. Another highlight of our stay was the incredible massage we had at Suara Alam. The skilled therapists provided the best massage we have ever experienced. Their expert hands and the serene atmosphere completely relaxed our bodies and minds. I was so relaxed that I even dozed off during the session.

Hands down the best place I picked for my Bali trip. I had just informed them that it was my anniversary so they gave me the Honeymoon suite, which turned out to be exquisite and very intimate. Loved our stay, especially the private jacuzzi. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The property a little remote but easily accessible if you rent a bike

Definitely the most beautiful Hotel in Ubud. I just love everything. This is a new hotel, starting the building, the pools, the eating area, the rooms, and the furniture is soo immaculate. I’m very impressed. All here is same as on the pictures on booking. There are 3 pools and you have acces in all of these, the water in the pools is so pleasant. The sunbeds are so comfortable and they have some net beds. The rooms are so tidy, beautiful, I adore the design. The bed is comfortable. They clean the room amd change the towels every single day. Plus they bring you 2 bottles of still water. In the rooms there is a coffee maker, water kettle, hair dryer. They are offering slippers, bathrobes and a very cute bag with a hat and you can use it during the days you stay there. There are a lot of options for breakfast and all of these are so delicious plus you can choose coffee/tea,fresh juice. The stuff are so kind and respectful ,they always smiling. I will come back for sure!! 🤍

A beautiful property surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes by scooter from the center of Ubud. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and also helped us book our Quad ATV tour after it was canceled by another provider. Our terrace suite was SO spacious and had a huge walk-in shower as well as a private bathtub overlooking the jungle. We were provided with a daily refill of water and coffee capsules. The pancakes for breakfast are delicious, and you can have breakfast in your room or take it to go if you’re heading out early. It’s very convenient that scooters can be rent directly from the property. We liked that the hotel could accommodate a limited number of guests because it always felt very peaceful and we felt well taken care of. They even gave us some lovely gifts at checkout! We highly recommend this place!!!!!

If I have to be meticulous, the toilet (which is separate from the shower and sinks, as is often the case in Bali) had a slight unpleasant odor. Also, I would have liked if they had a spa on-site instead of it being located some distance away, as we definitely would have taken advantage of it to relax after intense days of exploration!

Such a beautiful room, modern facilities and lovely, friendly staff. Rice field views were stunning. Scooters available to rent as well and staff are super helpful.

Transport to the central would be amazing as it is far to walk, so had to regularly get transport into the main town.

We loved that it was an adult only hotel, the room was fantastic, as soon as you drew back the curtains, you were faced with paddy fields, such a nice view. Staff were friendly, we lived the three plunged pools and the farewell present we got. Staff was amazing and they took our breakfast order the day before, it was all very well organised.

The bedside lamps were hanging from the ceiling, they either need to be on the bedside tables or hanging higher from the ceiling because their position was very low and my husband kept hitting his head of them. Really awkward position. Also the entrance to the hotel was very narrow so there was no room for up or offloading taxis.

Great accommodation. As it is a boutique hotel, we did feel restricted when using the hotel facilities as only one guest at a time can use the pool etc. as it is so small.

Everything! It is a beautiful property. Our room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The location is a short drive from the main roads of ubud or a short walk to some local shops up the road. They off Scooter hire which was very handy ☺️

We had a glass door to our toilet which was odd having no privacy but otherwise no complaints. Everything was good 😊
